I recommended them to my new employer and he ordered camera systems for his 4 store locations, then he ordered a system for his home! The cameras are great quality, the systems and technology is always the latest. And the sales team is very knowledgeable, professional, and help assist putting custom orders based on your needs. Great products but Website crashes every time you log on. Hard to shop when the sites continually down. Gave a friend who is a high volume guy the web address. Last week he told me same thing....crashes within 5 minutes on being on it.

Just went to the store. No one was in the front desk. Two guys sitting in an office and didnt get up to ask if I needed any help. One guy got up to go to other office. Walking out he saw me and didnt bother to ask me if I needed help. After a few minutes I just walked out.

Bought two cameras to add to our 32 camera system. One was broken on arrival. Was such a hassle to work with them to figure out was defective. They then wanted a restocking fee to replace it. There are too many options for security cameras online. I would search elsewhere. The service was very poor.
