Seems like the hours are constantly changing! I’ve been there at 11... at noon... and no answer and doors are locked.Hours today show 12-8. It’s 12:30 and doors are still locked.Unfortunately Vapor Plus lost a loyal customer today... as I won’t be coming back!

Good flavors and reasonable prices

3rd time in a row that I have visited and nobody is at the counter. Last couple of times after about 5 minutes of waiting and calling out someone finally comes from the back. Today music was probably too loud to hear anyone calling out for assistance. After waiting 5 minutes could not wait any longer and left. There was a passed out individual on the sofa that I took for a visitor may have been the employee but if it was he was way too out of it for me to wake up.

Fantastic vape shop with friendly, knowledgeable, staff. Ive been coming to this shop since they first opened and despite moving out of the area, still prefer to stop here as often as possible for all necessary mods, juices, and equipment.

Helped me out when it came to the questions I had and took care of me in a professional manor.

Amazing vape juice

I went to TX for a family emergency. Im from Boston and i forgot my ciggy juice. All i had since i been vaping was menthol. I went in this store. The guy was super nice and friendly. I walk out of the store with the kiwi strawberry juice and i love it. Now im trying to figure out how to get some juice from there since im back home in Boston. Love the flavor and the smell.

Never been disappointed with any juice Ive bought! Super friendly staff, and always great when I need help.

First let me say the few times Ive been served by the girl who works there have been great experiences. She sold me my most recent mod and I love it. She is knowledgeable and helpful. However, after almost a year being a loyal customer, I will never go back again. Why? The guy who works there is dishonest and lazy. Had enough.

Store is clean, and displays are nice. Staff is really friendly and always try to do their best to help you even if theyre slammed.House juice is okay- havent found one I really liked but they do sell premium juice from notable vendors and those are amazing. Definitely check this place out!

This place is one of the best vapor retail stores I have ever been to. They have all original brands and also have cost effective options available for all customers. The staff is very friendly and has a energetic and enthusiastic sales environment. I went to Vapor Plus with my brother to buy an electronic cigarette and flavors. We ended up buy two with multiple flavors. The staff was very generous in letting us try all of the flavors. They have a wide array of options when it comes to the flavors. The very pretty sales girl helped us deciding on the flavors and we went with the apple martini, tigers blood and Turkish delight. This place is a gem in Grand Prairie and you are missing out if you are getting your vapor fix elsewhere. Great staff, good products and information galore. Vapor Plus is my e-cig store.

They carry all ORIGINAL BRANDS along with generic brands for cost savvy people. This place is so trendy and cool. Theyve got huge selection and their stuff is really good quality. I went to purchase 1 liquid and bought 5 plus a whole new JOYTECH kit! Their prices are super reasonable and trust me I have been to many vapor shops. I love their stuff they are so friendly and nice and well informed about their products. This is my place to go from now and forever!

First time to this shop, bad batch of house juice/wasnt blended correctly that was supposed to be a top seller. The juice is super thick and has almost no taste/smell when vaped. Wish I could get a new bottle....$30 bucks wasted.

A bit pricey but they are taking away the tasting. Huge disappointment since sometimes the flavors dont taste like they are described. People have different palettes so thats a turnoff. Will stick to my usual but anything new will have to pick up else where

It was OK. I was in the store sampling flavors for a solid 10 minutes before the guy behind the counter knew I was there. They carry some good flavors, but there was nothing about this shop that was anything more than average.

Decent prices, selection is lacking. Nothing special here. No hard to find items... Its got the same stuff other places sell... No high end pieces, no hard to find items. And the stuff they do sell is higher than other places near by, but not outrageously high.

The staff was really friendly I paid $68 to buy the eGo kit. WARNING the Kits and their products are imitations. I have taken my battery and tank to a different store that is very popular and he showed me the difference between a real one and a fake one. My battery and tank are both imitations. My case says it is an Ego product and the clerk verified that it was an Ego product he was selling me. It was not. Please take your business some where else.

I have been to multiple vape shops looking for a new flavor to keep me into vaping. Having tried other shops around I have spent a lot of money to only be disappointed in flavor produced in smok prince tank. I explained to sales clerk my issues and they introduced me to the naked juices. THANK YOU VERY MUCH!!!! Their pricing at the store was really good in comparison to others and service was excellent. Im sold on them and they now have a constant customer for my vape needs.

Purchase my joytech starter kit from here. Got the best price in town along with 2 free liquids. Try their bubblegum and atomic fireball liquid. My go to vapor store. Definitely highly recommendedAser K.

Very bad experience here. This place is not friendly or helpful for someone new to vaping. The man behind the counter was friendly but was only trying to sell products of his choice. After telling him what I was looking for, he recommended the JUUL. He seemed to have all the answers to my questions and assured me the JUUL was exactly what I needed. Unfortunately, I found out that most everything he told me about the JUUL was not true. I called back to discuss what I was experiencing with the JUUL and to see if I could exchange it (since it was nothing like what I had originally asked for). He was rude and told me it was my problem and there were no refunds or exchanges. I will never return to this place. Fortunately, there are much better vape shops with knowledgeable and friendly people and a much better selection of flavors and products. Would not recommend this place at all.

Great Customer Service, very friendly staff. They had no problem letting me try out pretty much every flavor on the walls; and they had a HUGE selection. This place has a very nice ambiance, doesnt feel like a shop more like a lounge. They sell all original and generic brands and the staff was super knowledgeable about the products which made it easy for me to make my purchase decisions. I went in to get a flavor or two but left with like 7. Everything was great quality and the flavors LASTTT! I bought Lemonade, Mountain Dew, Watermelon, Honeydew, Peppermint, Pina Colada and TIGERS BLOOD!!!! I am definitely a happy camper and see myself going back to them again and again!!!

I love their Joytech,ego and iTaste products, their e-liquids are one of the best in town, and they are all premium blend. Best collection of atomizers in town. Store has a trendy look. Staff is so helpful and knowledgable. Everything they carry is original not imitations like a lot of other stores. You are missing out if you havent checked out this awesome place yet! :)
