Had to get a blood test. Quest Diagnostics is at the back inside the store. Very easy quick and convenient to get a blood test. Then you can pick up a few items at the grocery store, if needed.

Didnt know this was this close to me. Its going to be tough for me to ever go to any other grocery store. The local groceries in the area seem a little rundown way under staffed and usually under stocked. Tom thumb had everything I was looking for, the store was extremely clean, the employees were all very courteous and friendly. To top it off there were two lines for carts with no waiting. You simply cant find this in any of the other stores. It might be a tad bit more pricey, Ill have to compare receipts but it was definitely a great experience and a good store

I have been to their pharmacy for almost every immunizations. Every time I am here. The staff are so caring and amazing. By the way,Stephen helped me a lot. He is extremely AMAZING. He did a great job for helping me and explaining things. Also appreciate Dr.James about every specific details. Thank you to all the Pharmacy staff member.

I usually try to be quick, in and out, but i had to use the restroom. Girl at the checkout counter was kind enough to hold my merch for a few minutes. Was able to pick up my things and leave it of hers and the next customers way. Great store!

After shopping and paying for my groceries l left the store only to get home and discover I left my fruit! I went back to customer service and asked if anyone had turn in some fruit? With a smile the employee handed me my bags and wished me a good day. Just one more reason I love Tom Thumb!

Veggies and fruit always old e.g lemon, oranges, brussels sprouts, greens beans in a bag, red onions, ginger brown inside every time gross, apples, turmeric etc this has been going in for months. We have to travel to Central Market. So sad this is the only Tom Thumb with consistently old veggies and fruits. Shame on you!

One of the largest grocery chain in the country. Its blessing for the residents of Grand Prairie. You can buy almost everything for your home under one roof. It also has a gas station with Convenience store. The employees here are very friendly and helpful. The store is neat & clean and well organized. The prices are little higher than some other competitors. They also has free home delivery service.

Very good store, the Manager and her staff very friendly clean and always stocked store. Esp when the Pandemic hit last year. I shopped Wal-Mart Super market, out if many needed items but my Tom Thumbs was well stocked hats out to the Manager and her team.

At the time that I went was early in the morning no waiting in line people are always friendly and helpful store is always immaculately clean. Sure wish they give away a free Starbucks coffee though:-)

My experience was good. The only reason I dont rate 5 stars, is because the customer service is overwhelming. The cashiers were all over me. I was at the bakery isle, and the lady behind the counter kept asking me questions such as, How can so help you today? following with, Are you doing alright? And, Im here if you need anything. Otherwise, everything is great.

I love going to this Tom Thumb location! Clean and organized! The staff are always friendly and willing to help. Fresh, clean produce and meat selections. They usually have whatever I’m looking for in stock. You can get quite a few things done in one stop: grab coffee(Starbucks), car registrations, pharmacy, gas, etc. Can be pricey but they always have great sales and specials! The fresh selections, customer service and convenience keeps me coming back.

I just want to give a HUGE shoutout to Sydney in the floral department. It was my sister-in-law‘s birthday and I needed three flower arrangements from different people. Not only did she make them look so beautiful but she also did it with a smile. She is truly the reason why I buy all of my flowers at Tom Thumb.

The store clean and has a variety of items, the prices are reasonable with the rewards card. I just wish they offered more vegan products.

Prices are sooooo RIDICULOUSLY high and they aren’t too into being friendly and helpful, I don’t see a point in shopping here again but they do have good fresh food in the deli and fruit sections!

Lived in Grand Prairie almost 10 years now. Weve had our ups and downs with this store. But, I love the coupons here I always get discounts and free items.

This Tom Thumb seems to be trying to get back to the high standards they use to have. Their produce department used to be terrible. Substandard quality and quantity. But I can see they are making much needed improvements. Here is one [little] complaint. Why do you put crouton at the highest hanging level? Impossible to reach if you are petite.

Good selection of baked goods, wines. Prices have come down with the Albertsons merger.

Very clean grocery store. Well space and easy to find things

My first time at this Tom Thumb and cant wait til I go again. This store is absolutely amazing. My cashier Trevor was friendly and engaging made my shopping experience that much more fun.

I’ve wasted over an hour at this store either waiting on a manager or someone in the floral section to finally get here or help me. I waited 30 minutes for the florist to get in late. I then arrive at the store a few days later to pick up my flowers and no one seems to know where they are. We’re still waiting to hear from the florist as we speak to see if she made them or not. I will update this post IF they find my flowers, but they still deserve one star for this service.Update: my flowers weren’t there, the manager let me choose a pre-made arraignment free of charge and was very apologetic. He earned the extra star, but I’m not sure if I’ll order an arraignment here again.

I was able to clip some digital coupons for oranges, bananas, Ore Ida fries, milk, and bacon, among other items. I also found some Turkey Hill ice cream on clearance. I saved 50% on my transaction, which made my total $46! Ill be shopping there again soon.

My goodole neighborhood market place staff Is always friendly their attention to keeping CDC guide lines is on point always having a sanitation crew sanitizing carts and banquets for shoppers their departments are always tip top always stocked, From their beautiful floral department,to meats and dely and their wide selection of wines and alcoholic beverages it is your one stop shop never disappointed and you can always pick yourself up a nice hot cup of Starbucks on your way out. Sadly theres only 5 stars for me to select.

Tom Thumb is a good store, they have fresh fruits and vegetables, thats a plus. They have a big variety of desserts, they have a lot of delicious homemade desserts. The bakery has some awesome cakes, the meat dept has a good variety of meats. I recommend this store to everyone.

If you are thinking about going to one of the top notch grocery stores you expect a Tom Thumb to be...forget it. It looks like a Dollar Store Deluxe. You can hardly move around with all of the clutter and trying to find a decent variety is no longer possible. Grand Prairie deserves a top notch grocery store.

I placed an order for delivery to be delivered Monday 11/30. A pretty small order scheduled to arrive between 1-2pm- this was going to work perfectly into my Monday schedule of zoom calls, work schedule, errands and of course dinner. I was pretty irritated when I was phoned at 11:42 and informed that my order would be up to 3 hours late- on a voice mail a man “ thanked me for my understanding “odd because I don’t remember understanding this at all. If you are not set up with a business model or employees who have desire or ability to provide excellent customer service, it is still on you to figure it out, don’t wreck my day because something fell apart on your end. Then to top it off, of course, when my groceries arrived 2 items were out of stock. Never saw an adjustment for that. Poor poor poor. Don’t get into a convenience business until you can meet/exceed customer expectations.

Second time I purchase a cake from this store and ended up with an embarrassing moment. First one it was with a vanilla cake, that turned out to be chocolate, it was mislabeled and my child hates chocolate cake. It was her birthday.Today I purchase another cake and when I opened it, the box flap had cut through the cake. The lady was not careful when boxing the cake. Well this will be the last time I purchase a birthday cake from there.

Customer service looks like nobody work there, we were waiting in line, and nobody came and noticed us. It looks like that they didn’t care we were there... and nobody would service us. Customer service department is always empty. Nobody’s there, AT ALL.

Have enjoyed this store for years, even enjoyed it before it opened and most of the original staff was at a location on Pioneer. Staff is always kind and helpful, can always find everything were looking for and some good deals every visit.Even a few days after the quarantine measures and panic buyers had cleared out many things at other stores, this store was still very well stocked.Now that a few weeks into it even, this store has remained almost unchanged in terms of stock and service. I always see someone in my recent visits wiping down baskets, cleaning carts, shelves and other things that people come in contact with.

I love this neighborhood Tom Thumb. They are keeping the public safe with essential products. The prices are good, the staff are friendly, and the place is clean. Im always dropping by and its a quick in and out.

Bought flowers 💐 for my 1st Afghan Hounds 50th Birthday

Went again yesterday. Ordered 1lb of lunch meat, took 17 minutes to complete. Had to bag my own groceries. This store is going down hill.

I’ve been coming to this store for 4 years now love the quality of the fresh vegetables and fruits but lately the meat i buy is not good the top looks fresh and the bottom is black. Please if you know the meat has expired don’t sell it specially because is expensive.

What was suppose to be deitz and watson smoke turkey breast and ham were not.

This store is very clean, staff very friendly, and the store has been remodeled recently. Very pleasant atmosphere. Now for the bad, the prices are extremely high, the coupons and sales are extremely confusing and my biggest complaint is that the electric carts are not maintained with any attention to detail. They forget to plug them in so they run out of charge in the middle of shopping. One or more carts are intermittent and will suddenly stop at the most inopportune time and not restart! Even though it shows fully charged. I am handicapped so the electric carts are of more importance to me than they would be to your average customer.
