I had an overall great experience with them. I went to pick up my firearm I had shipped there from a company I had placed an order with online and I got confirmation that my ordered was there for pickup. I got there and I filled out the proper paperwork and ever. It took probably no longer than thirty minutes and I was set to go. I love my overall experience there. They were very friendly and helpful. They were also very knowledgeable and answered my very question. I would definitely recommend them and I would definitely go back again. I could write a book on my horrible experience. I purchased a 308 pistol upper that won’t cycle properly, $900. When I sent it back to them as a complete pistol they advised me to purchase an upgraded spring and weight for an additional $100 from them to make it cycle smooth... I get it back from them with the same problem and out an additional $100 in parts. To top it off the spring and weights were the exact same as the one I already had in it. Exact same weight and all. Guarantee is worthless.

I have several companies use outside customer service companies which mean you can never talk to the company themselves. BUYER BEWARE!!! I purchased an AR10 upper and lower. I received the upper but it was not what I ordered. I called to notify them about the discrepancy and inquire about my lower. Well they never answered and Ive left emails and voice-mails for the past 2 weeks with no response. I would like to add an update to this review. I received my purchase months ago and I will say the quality is very good. Im changing my 1star rating to a 3 simply based on the quality.

Tactical Skeleton! 10/10 would recommend this company to anyone who is looking for complete builds/accessories for their AR10’s and 15’s.I thoroughly read the FAQ page before placing my order and was informed that there was a minimum lead time of 6-8 weeks and that I was subject to a 20% restocking fee If I were to cancel. At first I was kind of upset about that but once I got their general manageron the phone and he explained to me why the company put that policy in place I became more understanding.Shortly after I placed my order, I called the company again with just a few basic questions about the product itself. Again, the general manager was very informative and was able to answer my questions. He then assured me that there was a lifetime warranty on all products ordered so if I had any issues I would be able to send it back and they would cover shipping costs!Once I got my item, I took it out of the case and it was superb. I immediately took it to the range and began running some rounds through it. Because the parts are newly machined the tolerances were really low but I just kept the gun oiled up and kept using it and it work like a charm!

I placed on order not realizing that it would take a month to build. The site did not specify that the item ( 223 Wilde take down pistol) was not in stock and it was an order for a product to be built. I found out the following morning when I called to inquire if I could pick up the item or if it needed to be shipped to my FFL dealer. I cancelled order was cancelled then, through the manager, by phone. A month later I get a notice from my credit card company that these people kept $150 of the $1500 that I had paid for an item that did not exist. I tried to contact them and they never responded. I finally got them to answer to the Better Business Bureau. They lied by saying that they informed me that they charged 20% for restocking cancelled items. Now the order was placed in the previous evening when the business was Closed and cancelled early the next morning. On top of that, I was not informed of such a charge by anyone, including the emails that advised me that the order had been cancelled. These are deceptive practices by an obvious starving company. I can only imagine what they would come up with if their product malfunctions or has quality control issues. I do not feel that this is a trust worthy company. I would rather buy from a known manufacturer or business with sound business practices. Buy at your own risk, good luck.
