Love fossil brand and the store is rackd with deals and plenty of friendly employees I was helped soon as I walked thru the door, AN ALL AROUND GREAT BRAND GREAT PRICES & GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE & GREAT MERCHANDISE

All I needed was my battery changed. The young woman took my watch and didnt even ask for my name. She told me I could take a seat or browse the store as it would take a few minutes. After about 15 minutes everyone else at the repair counter was gone and I still didnt have my watch. I ask the other worker and he said he didnt know. He asked the young lady and she asked if my name was Charlotte or something. I said no but apparently she put my watch in someone elses bag to give it away. No apology and they didnt even set the watch to the correct time. I have bought hundreds of dollars of Fossil merchandise over the years but will never return to this location.

Store was clean and things were nicely displayed. Aaron was helpful in taking out the extra links from my watches. He also was the one who engraved my key chains. I bought a hobo, wallets and key chains.

Had to have a couple links taken out of my watch. These guys were quick and very accommodating.....thank you

I was beyond impressed with this fossil store. So major thing to know about fossil - they do embossing! FOR FREE. I got a leather briefcase done for my best friend that just graduated and it was an amazing personal touch that cost me nothing but a little bit of my time. Excellent selection due to it being an outlet. The staff is epic. They will answer the phone in a timely fashion and answer your questions that you might have with enthusiasm.

I love this store. Staffs are really friendly. Krysia is the best. She was so patient in helping us select watches and fix links, engrave. Had a wonderful customer experience.

The lady who adjusted my watch was a ding-bat. She couldnt tell me what the other dials on my watch meant (the date) and literally set it to the wrong time. She also told me she couldnt adjust the dials. Only thing they know how to do is remove links.

12/1/2019 @ 3pm - Store was busy due to black Friday shoppers but I have to give props to the service I received. My Fossil Q was not connecting to my phone. The manager went as far as to ensure that the issue was not my watch, paired it to her own cell phone and updated the watch software. After the update, the watch finally paired to my phone. Even though my battery was not low, she replaced it and removed a link for a perfect fit. I dont always agree with Fossils prices or policies for loyal customers with multiple watches, but I have yet to be disappointed from the service I received at this store!

This probably is the biggest Fossil store in around Dallas. Great options from watches to smart watches, wallets, bags and jewellery. Best to try their generation 4 smart watch and their newest release the Fossil Sport smartwatches. Their Minimalist designs are also great.

Great place! I get my watch serviced here every year. Staff is knowledgeable about the watches they currently carry and watches they no longer carry. Fossil seems to take time in product training their employees.

Until today the customer service in Fossil has been great. Unfortunately after today, I will not be back. I purchased a bracelet from them that broke after being worn for one hour. I took the bracelet back to the store to see what options I had. I informed this particular employee that I really just wanted the bracelet repaired or replaced. He proceeded to tell me that there was nothing that can be done because it was not sold to me broke and I can always take it to a jewelry repair store.Obviously that was not the response I was expecting since Fossil has always had exceptional customer service. Once leaving the store, I called headquarters to see if this information was correct. It was not. The options I have were not offered. Needless to say I will not be back to this particular store since customer service is not a priority.

Ken was the guy who served me, and his service was exceptionally good. Left a happy customer.On another note, I went because my smartwatch broke down, and fossil told me they cant repair it for lack of parts. They sent me a hefty gift card instead which was enough to buy a new smartwatch. Great experience both in store and online.

Horrible customer service and when you ask for help you get ignored. They had plenty of staff to help customers but yet some of the staff rather be in a corner talking to each other even after they saw that we needed help. The store manager was of little help and didn’t seem to care that we were upset about the lack of help from his staff.

I recieved the best customer service that Ive had ever recieved by Renee. She made my return so easy and seamless that I decided to stay and shop, resulting in me purchasing two more items. She is very knowledgable about the Fossil products and I could see her pride in her work and the brand. The store got very busy during my visit, she managed the situation like a pro and ensured all the customers were greeted and assisted. There are closer shopping malls but I will make the drive to recieve this grade a customer service. I hope that Renee recieves praise for work ethic, knowledge and kindness!

The girl who helped me was just not interested in working today. I asked for an item n without looking she said they didn’t have it. Then I asked if a section was the only section with gift sets n she said yes. Turns out they did have the item n that wasn’t the only section. She then said she thought I was looking for leather straps, but I never said anything about leather. She just don’t like her job I guess. So many ppl would be grateful to have a job.
