In my experience, Harley dealership can be a little hit or miss. This place has their customer service ironed out and has been a great experience for me every time! Very helpful, even with phone calls, very courteous and helpful with information about my bike. Got some tires put on recently and they were the best price of any dealership in the metroplex… Offering half-off if you bought the tires from them. This place is almost an hour from my house… Have to pass another dealership to get to them but it’s worth it to know you’re being treated honestly, respectfully and usually getting a great deal!

Ok so last year I would have given 0 stars. I had a horrible sales experience. So this time when I saw a bike I liked I just did it through the Internet. And I was taken care of by Cheryl. She was awesome and transparent! She gave me the price and even was honest about what numbers they could come off of. She never told me I had to come in just to get the price. So ask for Cheryl!!

Every time that I have gone there, I’ve always been greeted by the front desk, and checked on while browsing clothing inventory. The parts department have knowledgeable people, and are friendly. A few of them have gotten to know me for coming in searching for parts, and always ask how my project is coming along and wanting to see photos. Great staff there!Today was definitely above par. I was looking at shirts trying to decide what to buy. A gentleman with long hair stopped by to see if I needed assistance at all. At the time I was just browsing, didn’t need any. And when I got to what I was looking for, a young woman with a foreign accent came up and started telling me little details about the shirts I was looking at and trying on. She had all sorts of info on em and very kind. Definitely great hiring skills and she’s extremely sweet. I’ve always been well taken care of in the clothing department, but this was out of this world!

We got our first Harley yesterday and we enjoyed our time there, everyone was amazing, we had a blast, “Lev” you’re forever in our hearts (sales dep) he went far and beyond we conceder him our friend, and Richie we love you, this guys are amazing, we felted at home with everyone from the start to the end, I don’t remember everyone’s name, it’s a shame, but they’re one awesome team. I made a appointment to get bike checked out . It was 5 days out cool. Took it in they found that the plugs and wires where trashed . I told them to change them. It didnt fix the problem so tried to hook up to the computer and they say computer keeps going down I said ok let me know what u find out . Was told tech would get on it after he finished up on other bikes. Called next day still hadnt even looked at it. So I waited 5 days for appointment for what. To not fix the problem then throw me to back of line again since you couldnt figure it out. So picked up bike took to another harley they jumped right on it to find the spark plug wires I just paid for where broke . So pretty much wasted a week and 430 bucks in there service dept

I was treated exceptionally well. Rico my salesman was the best. The buying process is unlike any other dealer. You get a tour. You meet people. It was the most interesting buying experience. You leave feeling like part of the team. BTW no pressure. Not even at finance.

Great, great customer service by Rico, he took the time to listen to what I was looking for a in a bike and showed me bikes that fit my criteria and explained the features of each one! A+ There was another gentleman who assisted, I cant recall his name, but he was very friendly and helpful as well!

I could not have had a better experience. I went here for the Experienced Rider safety course. Since I brought my own bike for the course, it required a safety inspection. During the bike inspection, they found that I needed a tire. They took the time to show me why and then gave me a better deal on the installed tire than other dealers sell just the tire. After that, the service manager and a tech spent quality time with me to explain both good things about my bike and things that could use attention. They were extremely patient and knowledgeable. I will not hesitate to go back when I need service again.

I took my 2020 Road Glide in to have the stereo upgraded, Michael Barnes Lt. Dan did an amazing job. The sound is crystal clear and I can hear my music perfectly going down the freeway at 90 MPH. I couldnt be happier with the job Michael did, total professionalism and highest quality work. This is the dealership to go to, these guys know their stuff.

Overall enjoyable experience. I highly recommend speaking with Lev when you go in. Very knowledgeable and friendly.

I would first like to start by thanking Mark Holcomb and Hector in the service department, as well as the technician, Freddie Mack, who brought my veteran fathers bike back to life in its original condition after he passed away 1 year ago today. Just picked it up this morning and it rides like a dream. You gentlemen do fantastic work and all deserve a raise at the very least. In addition to the work they did, they were kind and patient enough to hold on to the bike for almost a month after service because of my inability to get to the shop to pick it up. I sincerely appreciate each and every one of you that helped me with this and allowed me to find a sense of closure that had, until this morning, been impossible. My husband and I have bought 2 bikes in the past month from this dealership as the way they treat you makes everyone feel like a VIP. From sales to service they quickly learn your name and treat you like family when you show up. Jeff Hakul was our salesman and we now consider him a friend.Even the GM works at the front desk and greats everyone like they were a guest at his home.After having a less than stellar experience with another local Harley dealer it has been a breath of fresh air coming to Longhorn and dealing with folks who appreciate you and truly seem to enjoy working there.

I’ve been dealing with Longhorn for years.Mostly for Maintenance and Service of mine and friends bikes.99% of my experience with this store has been GREAT. A few of the employees are just NOT customer friendly and act is if they’re “Gov’ment” employees, jobs are secure, no matter their attitude towards customers. I’ve taken the survey, multiple times, that they send out after every service trip. I’ve brought up this topic on these surveys.Well, the camels back was broken by a last straw this week. After spending close to $1500 in less than a year, on service and parts, I am moving on down the road.I received a T-shirt as a gift, bought at this store, emboldened with The Longhorn logo and address. So basically, I’m was supposed to wear it to ADVERTISE this Harley Dealership.It was the wrong size. I took it back to EXCHANGE it, but was told “Sorry, we can’t take it back, you’ve gone past the return date.”I JUST received it as a GIFT LAST WEEK.I was told well, “We’ll take it back...but you will have to PAY a 30% RESTOCKING Fee”.REALLY!!! Well, You’ve lost my business over a $40 dollar t-shirt and I promise, with my contacts, that, I won’t be the only customer to move on.

1,000 mile service. $543!!! What?? Then I received my bike back with water in the saddlebags. If a dealership is going to charge these higher rates, they should at least return a customer’s bike in the same condition they received it. Very disappointing. I expected more from this place.

Bought my first Harley a few weeks back and couldn’t be happier with my 09 Road King. Didn’t know what to expect at the dealership but the overall experience was great and no pressure sales tactics at all. Lev was my sales guy and was great. He handled most of my questions via text in the morning which was ideal with my limited time due to work. Went in with my pre-approval an hour before closing and was out with the bike including an oil change before closing. Everyone I met was great and made sure all questions were answered including an overview of the bike with the repair shop. I would definitely recommend Longhorn if you’re looking for a Harley and will continue to do business with them for any needs.

He had an immense amount of patience as I went back and forth on what I wanted, took me on multiple test rides, and still called, texted, and met with me whenever I reached out to him.When I finally decided on a bike, he sat down and talked with my wife and me while we were waiting on other folks - just to get to know us.Rico is a gem and if youre looking for a good dude to talk with about your bike situation, I cannot recommend anyone else.Additionally, all the folks in apparel, parts, and service all have really great attitudes. I’m from Bandera, TX and was in town to be with my dad as he passed away and went to Longhorn H-D when my heated hand grips failed, I had a 6 hour ride ahead of me in wet, cold weather. Without hesitation the guys in service took my bike in and had me back on the road in short time. Everyone in service was courteous and very professional.

I graduated from their motorcycle beginners course academy. Jason and Rocky were amazing instructors! I had never operated a motorcycle before this class. I didnt buy a bike here or have mine serviced there yet, but i felt the need to give a review on how well this dealer treated a total stranger. I recently moved from Upstate NY and had my bike shipped to Texas via Haul Bikes. Not being from the area Haul Bikes recommended I call a local dealer about taking delivery of my bike when it arrived in Texas. I had visited this dealer earlier in the summer and bought a few trinkets so I called Lonestar and spoke with both Hector and Mark in service and they were so helpful I was more than happy. The dealer actually called me when my bike was delivered before the shipping company did. I only live 5 miles from this dealership and they will be my new Go-To dealership. thanks Lonestar!!

Rico (sales) is great, but watch the finance department. They are not very forthcoming with the pricing of their service packages and warranty.
