Weve been working with this business for a past few months to have a signed built and, as promised, installed last month without any success. The company has dropped the ball while filing for permitting. it was their failure to provide documentation required at the time of application and requested thereafter when the error was noted on the cities review of the application. Now, the company wants us, the customer, to assume responsibility for their misstep but theyre the ones that failed to deliver on their promise. The only resonable resolution to this matter is to resolved the matter with the city permit department asap -- resubmit the application for approval and absorbed the cost since our upfront payment was to cover these expenses -- and install our sign.The balance payment is due upon delievery of the finish product.... We have nothing too date and the owner appears to be passing this matter off to his employee oppose to addressing this issue. I am sure this business delivers quality work but I guess these are the bumps in the road another reviewer mentioned.

Used them 5 years ago when we built a few of our locations and we’re great. But unfortunately this experience has been really rough. We’ve been told 4-5 different install dates for some basic banners... a month later nothing and every time it’s the same thing “let me check with the installer”. They don’t call you back or followup, unfortunately you have to stay on them. And so far theyve done nothing to compensate for the delays, and drops in communication. I’ve asked for the owner or supervisor to call and give me a clear date and all I’ve heard is crickets.
