I showed up at 0557 for a 0600 appointment on a Saturday. I knocked on the door to receiving and was immediately given a dock around back. They had the trailer unloaded in about 40 minutes and the customer even rolled my straps back up for me and left the trailer clean. Very easy backing into the dock. I have no complaints I would go back again.

No overnight parking. Enter from Corporate Grove Dr SE St. Open at 6:00 am. Truckers don’t enter from the front door.

Got here at 9 for a 9:30 appt only 1 guy to unload, lots of ppl standing around, did not start to unload till 11, if you come here plan on being here for at least two hours. Never coming back.

Slow unloading with no overnight parking.

They screwed up their own appointments. Was a 6am appointment, becomes a fill in. Not a good place when you have another scheduled load.

I agree with the previous comment came for 05:30 am appointment BROKER IS CONVOY.Receiver stated it has been mistake you have appointment scheduled for 09: 00am.Current time 09: 06 am and not yet in a door.Wasted time and counting....
