I just picked up a Avid Cue, Im excited to use it. Great service!

I have refrained from posting any negative info on this company but as of late, I’ve decided to share my experience in terms of this company’s installation of my new Olhausen 8’ pool table purchased from their store. (I’ve never given any/a review before)After the install, (by the store’s installers) I noticed the slate sections did not match/align. After calling the store, the owner returned to address the issue but the mismatch still existed. Later, another issue cropped up as my cloth began to wrinkle around the side pockets. (Champion brand cloth) The store did come back again to attempt to re-stretch. At first, the wrinkles appeared to be gone but soon (within the week) they re-appeared.While addressing this wrinkle issue, an attempt to once again align the slate was made without success. After 5 1/2 months, I then offered to pay the store to come back to fully break down the table to start over. The store said they were booked out and once caught up they were going on vacation and that I may want to opt to have another company take care of the issue. I took them up on this suggestion and within a week, a new installer corrected everything.It should be noted: the new installer noticed the screws holding down the slate had not been tightened during the original install in the area of the greatest mismatch. Also, the cloth was not glued along all edges which I now know is the standard during cloth installation.I am a serious pool player that plays on average 6-8 hours daily. this being said, I’m sorry to give this review as I like the owners but I have to recommend to buyers…they should consider having another outside company do your install if you purchase a table from this store.

These guys were awesome! I drove two hours to check out their darts and dartboard selection and I was not disappointed one bit! They were awesome with me knowing that I knew my stuff and just let me look around, touch, and throw any dart I wanted to throw!! I will definitely be going back and I am hoping they expand there dart equipment area...they have a awesome thing going on that for sure!!

Super friendly staff. Have gone in two separate occasions now to buy dart related things. Very helpful both times and are very personable! They were able to repoint my darts very quickly and let me throw on their dartboard in the meantime!Will definitely be back!

Eric was absolutely great!! Knowing that I was not going to buy a pool table (I am from out of town), he went through table options, felts and wood colors and the buying process with me. He also explained the different cues and balls, explaining the quality and how to identify quality of each with me. I spent close to an hour getting knowledgeable advice on my soon to be new purchase, all without hesitation from Eric. I cannot underscore the value of service that I received while in store. As I will be getting an Olhausen table from another dealer in my area, I will be purchasing my accessories from here. It is the least I can do for the hands on help I received. They were able to customize a purchase of cues/balls and equipment of quality that fits my needs for the same price as a standard “play kit” of stuff available at my local store. Then we went through the whole process again with darts and equipment. You can tell that they enjoy what they do. It was well worth my drive and time to go to the store. Thank you!!!

New modern spa choices

Newton goes above and beyond to make sure that we receive the best customer service he can offer! He will come out to the house to personally fix problems with the hot tub and has even cleaned it on his own dime. He is quick to respond to questions I have about my hot tub and is even willing to help me with another hot tub that was purchased through another vendor.

Alec was super helpful today when I came in looking for a dart board and darts. Its really great to have someone who is passionate about what their showing you and able to help customize things without going overboard.

They have a wide selection of absolutely gorgeous pool tables of high quality. Mike and Newton were very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the entire process in-store. The professional installation was great! All I had to do was open the door and within no time a courteous crew came in and set everything up.

I got a custom J. Pechauer cue from Emerald recently and LOVE LOVE LOVE it!!! Its so well balanced and smooth, it has definitely improved my game. So much that I joined another league so I can use it more often :) The staff is so helpful and friendly, I wouldnt go anywhere else for my billiards fun!!!
