My first experience picking up 5G containers has been positive. The staff I interacted with was kind and courteous in loading them right into my vehicle, and it was a great value versus purchasing at Home Depot or other theirs parties.Note that due to covid, you can actually only enter the office to customer pickups until 3:30, not 5:00 as the website says.

I have done business with Absopure for many years. Brian and the entire staff provide quality service and a top-flight product. Highly recommended.

Terrible customer service. I scheduled a water delivery for Jan 22 -2019, the delivery was never made. Zero attempt to reach out to us to explain why we didn’t receive our water delivery!They claim to have tried Calling my husbands cell phone 3 times, they never left a vm. My husband checked his phone records there aren’t any calls from Absopure.Its now Feb 4-2019 We tried contacting this company through email to find out why our water wasn’t delivered on the scheduled Jan 22nd -2019 date.They haven’t replied to our email either.Today Feb4-2019 my husband called the office and was met with a snarky attitude from the Absopure phone center employee when he told her he doesn’t have any phone records that absopure called his phone. The absopure call center employee basically blamed us for the non delivery of water.We have also gone through 3 of their Crystal Mountain Storm Bottom-Load water dispensers since Sept 2018!!!All three have stopped producing hot water after about 3 weeks and have leaked water on our solid maple floors causing damage to the wood flooring.When I brought this to the Area Service leader Brian Roon’s attention his remark to my telling him about this was “water and wood don’t mix” !!!Like I said pathetic customer service. I would never recommend this company.
