Our builder sent us here for new kitchen cabinets, counters, bather cabinets, counters and much more.Staff is pretty rude and not very personable, its almost like your a nuisance to them rather than a customer?! The few times we stopped into the store we felt we had inconvenienced them.We started this order prior to Covid, we are still dealing with our build as we ran into delays as most people. Our kitchen island is missing, they say it was delivered and not their fault but everything was delivered to the garage, locked and shut until time to install in the kitchen. Our bathroom vanity granite is broken, they say it was also the builders fault. You can see it was damaged due to how the company packaged the granite. The color we choose for the Kitchen counter tops is now no longer available but ordered almost 12 months ago, not sure how that happens? The hardware that we picked out for our kitchen cabinets was never ordered. The list goes on....They do not communicate very well with the builder or customer, order was pretty much all wrong besides the actual cabinets themselves. Things are broken that they will not cover or stand behind. I would not recommend this company to anyone . Save yourself some time, money and the frustration and go with a different company!!!!
My husband and I went into the showroom back in December, wanting to get a quote on cabinets and countertops for our new build. We spent a couple hours picking out selections and were very happy with the interactions in the showroom. Fast forward a month and a half, we hadnt heard from anyone, so I emailed the two sales guys that we spoke with in the showroom. No response. Literally nothing. Its now been almost 4 months.Miraculously, our builder sent in our floorplan a few weeks ago and gets a quote back in two weeks.Basically, if youre not working through a builder, dont bother wasting your time here. As a previous kitchen designer, this was completely unacceptable and horrible customer service.
I absolutely love the showroom and awesome ideas displayed all around. But their way of working with customers doesnt fit with how I do business. So, they lost this customer. You MUST make an appointment or they will not work with you. I knew exactly what I wanted to order and would have happily placed that order with anyone. But they sent me away. So be it.
We built a house this year, and this is where our builder sent us for our kitchen and bathroom needs. The wrong kitchen sink was delivered setting us back three weeks. It was an apron sink so the counters and tile work couldn’t be done until the sink was installed. When it came to the bathroom plumbing the sink and shower faucets were all wrong except one. I have called to get the correct faucets, and have been told they are on back order. A month later I haven’t heard a word. I emailed with no response. I called three times before Stephanie in plumbing took my call. She assured me they were still on back order and would email me with an eta. It has now been 3 months and I haven’t heard a word and she hasn’t emailed me with an eta. I sent another email 4 days ago and haven’t heard from anyone. Three months of living in my new house, still living with the wrong faucets, and crickets from this company. I’m pretty certain they hope I go away, and never replace my faucets. I will never shop here again or recommend this place to anyone. Btw, I spent over $17,000 at this place, and that did not include any vanities, mirrors, or hardware. Horrible customer service.
Williams Outlet is in the back...its returns and label change items, so you have to visit regularly to check for what you want. I got a kitchen sink at 90% off! They will load it all for you at rheir pick up dock.
We ordered bathroom vanities and countertops. The vanities were ordered under the assumption that they would have soft-close and push-open drawers. The factory took the order but only produced the vanities with soft-close drawers, instead of contacting our Williams rep to let them know they cannot offer both features. So, we didnt discover that the drawers wouldnt open until after everything was installed, since there was no hardware on the vanities. Williams worked with our contractor not only to ensure we received a refund, but also to provide additional resources to help in fixing the problem. We received great customer service from Williams throughout this experience and are grateful for their help in rectifying the situation.
The vanity and sink we purchase was repaired with J-B weld and crazy glue. believe they are buying some stuff from Menards and Lowes that are rejects.
