Stopped in on Saturday to check out a couple vehicles thought they were closed but then Bruce came out to greet us. We have bought 4 vehicles from him over the years. He remembered us . We test drove one and decided to buy it. It was closing time so we said we would be back Monday. Finished up the deal in about 45 min. Great service. Would recommend them to any one. July of 2021 we had our Chrysler hard top repaired by Fox Chrysler after delivering it to 3 other repair centers including Betten Baker of Big Rapids. All of the 3 said they did not have equipment to repair it. Finally due to Morgan (the service adviser) and a very efficient tech at Fox we had our Chrysler repaired. Highly recommend Fox!

Rob Devereaux notified me about getting out of my lease early and getting a 2021. He assured me no out of pocket money, and no balance added to the new vehicle. Then, I had to decide the color. They had a vehicle with the exterior color, but not interior. I like lighter interior. Well, after a few minutes talking to Bob he found the vehicle I wanted. June 28th I received my new vehicle slate blue with tan interior. I am very pleased----and no out of pocket money. Once again, couldn’t be more disappointed in this dealership. Steer clear and do yourself a favor. The financing department sold me a “bumper-to-bumper” warranty. And specifically mentioned “every electronic and safety component is covered in this vehicle should they fail”. Well, guess what? Our backup sensors failed and the warranty company isn’t covering them. Upon talking with the warranty everything isn’t covered which is much different from what was presented to me. I shouldn’t be surprised since this dealership has now been caught in a lie a second time.

She took the time to carefully listen to the issue I was having with my vehicle and made sure that the repairs were completed. I’ve owned 5 vehicles in the last 15 years. This weekend I traded in a 2003 Ford Explorer for a 2019 Subaru Crosstrek. I originally came in looking for a work truck (Dodge Ram & ProMaster), but discovered the 2020+ Motor Trend Truck of the Year was a little out of my price range. After much convincing from my girlfriend (lol she knows best), I discovered a more fuel efficient and practical option to meet both work requirements and weekend fun. I am thrilled to report I had such a seamless and patient transaction with Nate from Fox Chrysler/Jeep/Dodge/Ram. He really went above and beyond this weekend. We test drove a few vehicles, we even went to other locations with us to drive non-Chrysler vehicles. With the help of Nate and the finance guru, James, we struck a deal and I’m 100% satisfied with my purchase.Furthermore, Nate proactively replaced the batteries in both electronic keys (as made aware during the test drive) and after discovering a small crack in the windshield (common for our model of Subaru), he expressed our concern and ordered the part for replacement.Hands down best car buying experience I’ve ever had.10/10.My next purchase will be a 2024 Dodge Ram from Nate no doubt about it. Made an appointment to have a recall issue fixed. The appointment was almost 2 wks out. Day of appointment manager called and said they didnt have the part in and proceeded to tell me they were only allowed so many parts per wk. So I made another appointment 30 days out. Manager assured me they would have the part. He said he would stash one under his desk for me. Go back at new appointment time only to find out they still dont have it. I went to a different dealership
Needed new battery right away, got in no appointment, added oil change and tire rotation...took about an hour. Nice new digs 👍

Bought both sets of my tires from Belle Tire. Needed my winter tires mounted, so I gave them a call and they wanted $80.00 😳. Gave Fox Chrysler a call and they did it for $50.00. They also reminded me of a recall on my car and got both done in one shot. They also provided me with shuttle service and they followed the Covid guidelines exceptionally well. Fox Chrysler Jeep....of youre not getting it done here, youre doing it wrong!
Service department has terrible communication. Brought my vehicle there for warranty work several times over the last year. Every time has been a worse experience. We have been through 3 service advisors. To receive any information on your vehicle you must repeatedly call. My vehicle has been in for the same issues multiple times. They do not follow through on their promises such as completion, loaner cars or delivery of vehicles. Do not bring your vehicle to this service department. We will not be bringing our vehicle back to Fox again. Highly disappointed.

My Jeep has a leak where water is coming into the vehicle. I scheduled an appointment two weeks ago and had an appointment scheduled for this afternoon to fix it. This morning, I received a call from Stephanie. She stated that they could not do the fix today and that it was going to be a multi-day process. They said that I would have to bring it in some other time. I took a half day off of work when I originally scheduled the appointment specifically to take care of this. It is imperative that I get this issue fixed as soon as possible to prevent any damage to my vehicle, and Fox seemed as if they couldn’t care less. I left a voicemail with the service manager, but have not heard back. I called Stephanie and asked why they didn’t inform me of this when I scheduled the appointment. She stated that she didn’t check my appointment until this morning and was very short with me. Save your time and the headache and get your vehicle serviced somewhere else. I have not had an issue like this at any of the other area dealerships.

Worst customer service ever!Took car to a shop and their diagnostic showed timing belt. Suggested if it was under warranty to take it to the Jeep Dealer that I have bought 3 vehicles from. Customer service there said I need to replace engine and it is my fault for not keeping up on my oil changes over covid. If they remove engine and put on timing belt see they would pay for it, but by saying it needs new engine and I can not provide paperwork to support my last oil change then it is my fault and I will have to pay thousands of dollars! My emails and calls were not returned for 2 days because they thought I was trying to track down every bit of paperwork to show maintenance. The woman never explained anything or made anything clear what to do . The only thing she made crystal clear was it was 100 percent my fault and they would not cover a penny of the repairs. I had to pay for the diagnostic and take it back to someone else to do the timing belt! Do not buy from them! Once Van Andel was a great place ! They were awesome, knowledgeable and explained things clearly and worked with us on all vehicles! Fox does not care . They are bottom line people and once they have your money, you mean nothing to them!

Purchased a Certified Pre-Owned vehicle, and had a tie rod end need to be replaced within 3 months. A major component that does not fail quickly but instead wears to the point of needing to be replaced. Was apparently completely missed during the inspection and upon reaching out to the dealership they do not respond. UPDATE: Fox has reimbursed my cost to replace the part.

Been dealing with this service department for a year now and not one bit impressed. Started out taking my vehicle there because it was under warranty. I did not buy the Jeep from them but from another fox dealer, being a certified Jeep dealer I had to go to them for all the repairs. I first had my a/c compressor, pcm, and radio replaced back in October of last year. Had the radio replaced three times and every time told it was good and quit either in the parking lot or a week later. Next spring rolls around and a/c quit working again. Told could not replicate had to bring them to the vehicle and show them what the issue was. Now I have been through 3 different service advisors started with Marie then Joe now Raiden . Once they heard the issue they then replaced the a/c compressor said it was good picked it up blew nothing but hot air did not even leave the parking lot. Then I was told to let them keep it for a couple of days. After over a week they replaced almost everything in the a/c system besides the lines. Then was told all of the replacements was not covered with the Fox Certified Warranty, even though our purchase paperwork clearly states that it is covered. After a week of arguing everything was settled. It still makes a little noise but it blows cold. Next heard a rattling noise, found that my power steering cooler was not attached to condenser which was replaced with the AC repair. First was told nothing they did, luckily I work for a shop and found out that if the Jeep is equipped with a power steering cooler you must remove and replace the cooler to replace a/c condenser. Called Raiden and told him that information. He said that that’s not his call to talk to his manager Ty. Who by the way you can never reach by phone and never returns messages.Finally got a call two week later after I already contacted Jeep corporate and was told he is going to look into the issue and call me back next day. Three more weeks go by after and the Jeep complaint department called and called and emailed and no response. Finally receive an email to bring it in and they will look at it. Brought it in the service advisor Raiden asked my wife “does TY knows the vehicle is coming?” Poor communication between them. Then I call next day at 10 sent to Ty’s extension phone just kept ringing after 10 minutes. Called at 12 was told service department was busy and someone would call me back, called again at 4 was told the vehicle was done and Ty would get ahold of me. Finally Raiden called at 5 and said the vehicle was ready to be picked up, no call from Ty. Called back and left a message you would like to speak with Ty when picking up to express my concerns about the service we received. My car was supposed to be in first thing and it’s only a 2 hour job max, it took them from 7 to 4 to complete my vehicle. Ty was unavailable to meet when picking up the vehicle, asked for him to give me a call and have received nothing. Through all of this they never call to update even when having the car multiple days. They try to say we need to pay to have issues fixed when clearly it was their fault. Never apologize once and never heard from service manager again. Don’t ever bring your car here it will only cause you more issues go somewhere else other then fox because the fox way is not caring for their customers.
My van was towed in with a dead battery and Raiden went to work replacing it. Additionally, he discovered I also needed an alternator. Took more than a day to get the part so he gave me a loaner for the duration. Excellent customer service.

Brought my jeep in for an oil change and asked to have my breaks checked. Was told they were fine until next oil change (5000 miles). 2000 miles later I was on metal on metal and told to not drive it. Appointment to put new breaks on until 6 days later! They would not try to get me in sooner. I went to another dealer who got me in the next morning!! Service department is terrible since being bought out by Fox Motors.
Joe and the team went out of their way for me today. I called Joe at 8:15am. He fit me into the schedule that day. I pulled in, they opened the door for me and led me to the service desk. Everyone was so polite and caring. After being told that my problem may take till tomorrow to be fully resolved, I was pleasantly surprised that my car was done by 3 pm. Poor experience. Purchased a 2016 Yukon Denali in November of 2019. Came from the Plainfield dealership with a computer problem that they promised would be taken care of in short order. In less than a month from purchase the vehicle had to be brought in for a check engine light and clunky shifting.The transmission had parts that needed to be replaced and the struts were shot and had to be replaced, all per the Fox Alpine GMC dealership. Fox Plainfield would not cover repair costs and have not returned polite phone calls requesting answers and resolution of our concerns.Frustrated that a company claiming to be reputable would sell a car in this condition and then not take care of a faithful Fox customer.

This dealership really went above and beyond to help me find a very specific car that fit my budget. Mike Vorhees worked with me for over 5 months to help me find the van that I really wanted, constantly working with his buyer and letting me know what they could find at least weekly. He was so laid back and never tried to pressure me to purchase something that was not quite right. I really appreciate the time and respect he and all the employees at the dealership gave me. When we finally found the right vehicle, his finance team (shout out to Sarah Clift!!) did an awesome job getting me a great rate and taking care of everything so I didnt have to go to a bank or even to the SOS. My Jeep Compass started having a problem with the gear shifter. We first called the Fox dealership a few days before Christmas and were told that they wouldnt be able to take a look at it until after the New Year. We then made an appointment for the morning of Jan. 2nd. We heard nothing all day on the 2nd until my husband went to ask why our vehicle hadnt been diagnosed yet. We were told that there was only one person in the whole facility who could diagnose the problem and he wouldnt get to it that day but that we would be called the following morning. We then went another full day without hearing anything until we called again to inquire what was happening. At that point we were told that still no one had even looked at the vehicle and decided to take it somewhere else.We will not be doing business with Fox Chrysler again as they clearly have no respect for their customers and are inadequately staffed to provide the services they promise. I was completely unimpressed with their ability to diagnose my vehicle, to say nothing of actually fixing it, and I dont appreciate their lack of communication. We wont be back.

I was working with the sales team to find and order a fully optioned 2020 Durango as I need a second car. The sales team was fantastic. Very knowledgeable, willing to listen to my needs and asks, and was great with their followups.While we were waiting for the right 2020 Durango to be found, my current vehicle, a Dodge Charger had a check engine light come on when I started it after breakfast at Annas house. I decided that since I was going to buy my new suv at Fox and I was right next door, I would bring my car into Foxs service department to have the code scanned and see what was going on (if it was urgent or not).I talked with the quick lube service rep (very friendly), whom sent me over to the regular service writer whom proceeded to tell me that he would not be able to scan the codes, and that it was required that I make a service appointment and pay a large fee just to have my stored codes read. Very poor customer service, and wouldnt even look at the check engine light while he was working on his morning coffee.None of the other dealers I have been to have ever charged to check what caused a light before. I told the service write this and he more or less said tough luck, thats how we operate here, to which I wished him a good day and took my car to Watsons Dodge whom read the code and advised what they would do. Watsons and Courtesy Dodge both have FANTASTIC service departments willing to work with you.Due to this VERY poor service, and knowing this his how Fox would treat its customers after a purchase or should anything come up with their vehicles post sale, I will be taking by business elsewhere and would highly recommend other customers to do the same.Michael PalsSr. Hospital Territory Manager
Even though theyd been broken into around the rioting in GR, they have forged ahead and continue to provide excellent service 👍. They fixed a wheel bearing in my aging Caliber, it works like new again.
