I had my car in for some warranty repair work and cant thank the Porsche team enough for the great work. Matthew Kurtz was exceptional with his communication throughout the entire process, which was very much appreciated. The work was completed on time and they addressed a few other concerns while the car was in their care. I received a follow up text within 2 days from Erin to ensure everything went well. I greatly appreciate the ease of communication, prompt follow up and attention to detail.

I’m in the market for a new car and on my list was the Porsche Cayenne.I get there & was greeted by the sales team on the Audi side. The lady walked me over to the Porsche side and that’s where I met Gareth. Everything was good up until I brought the car back from a test drive.As soon as I parked the car he came up and handed me his card & simply said if I had any questions to call him and was done with us. This is NOT the type of customer service I was expecting. Very rude guy!I will be taking my business to another Porsche dealership.

I had my Cayenne shipped from California to Porsche Grand Rapids and was delighted with the service of the vehicle. They did everything right the first time and charged a reasonable amount. And, living “Up North” on the Leelanau Peninsula, I was delighted to learn that they have a pick up and delivery service. Now, with my 997.2 C4S they will be handling the service of that vehicle as well.Ed

Honestly the way the entire team interacted with me specially, Mr. Howard G., Mr. Todd K. and Ms. Candace H. - they went far and beyond from what I expected and I couldnt be more grateful for their time, attention and care about me...and making my dream of owning a Porsche come true.Their professionalism and their mannerism through the entire process, they were always attentive, always communicative and I truly felt that they care about me as a customer. I highly recommend this dealership Out of 4 Porsche dealerships I have dealt with over the past 26 years this is the BEST!! 2015 Porsche Macan S bought new in Florida, warranty expired 8 months ago & 32000 miles and it had a transfer case failure Talked with Adam in service on a Monday he said he would talk with Porsche but he first had todiagnosis itErrin in service arranged pick up at my home in Traverse City on Thurs which is 320 miles round trip, Adam tested car & had new transfer case installed & delivered next day at 1:30 WOW!! Best news Porsche was so kind as to to cover 80% of bill!!Thank You Porsche and Porsche of Grand Rapids MIBob L

I recently purchased a Cayenne at this dealership. I first dealt with Natasha, then with Howard. Both were very helpful at getting me the information about the car that I needed, and not holding back any information. Howard and Todd went the extra mile to send me additional pictures as well. If it hadnt been for them I would not have purchased the car and trusted that I could fly to Michigan without a bad surprise.There are plenty of dealerships that dont want to deal with out of state customers. They never let me feel like that they would prefer a local customer that just walks in. I would buy from this dealership again.

Mr. Gareth White helped me pick up a used car for my wife. Even though it was a economy car a Mini Clubman. He treated this transaction with such priority and was always available.I bothered him multiple times and test drove the car a couple of times before I decided to get the car. Gareth treated this transaction very personally and assured us that the car is in very good condition. Like the claims he made, the car is wonderful and we are very happy customers.I would love to go back to FOX and hopefully Gareth to get my next car. I hope this time it will be a Porsche :)

Recently purchased a pre-owned Porsche Macan and took it to Grand Rapids Porsche for the 30K mile service. Never owned a Porsche before, so this was my first time there. Check in was smooth and service advisor Adam was courteous and professional at time of check-in. They did provide a loaner vehicle for me while mine was being worked on. Wasnt a Porsche, but thats okay. Met one of their sales people in the showroom (Gareth White) and had a very nice conversation about my new ride. Even though I didnt buy the Macan from them, Gareth was willing to spend some time with my wife and I talking about our Macan. Disappointment set in when we came back to pick up our vehicle. First, there was nobody in the service area to attend to us, so we had to find a sales person to track someone down. There were two inspection notes on the service bill that were not even mentioned until I asked about them. One was a note that the cabin filter was found dirty. Not sure why they wouldnt have just replaced it if it was dirty, but they didnt. Went out to our Macan and found a grease spot on the passenger seat. Went back in the dealership to talk to service advisor, only to find everyone had disappeared. Not a single person to be found.... Finally, another sales person came out and tried to page Adam. After too much time passed by, he asked if he could help. He went and found some cleaner and cleaned the seat for us. I have to say, both sales people we met seemed very informative and helpful. From a service standpoint however, I really didnt get the feeling they cared one way or another if we came back again. I know I didnt buy my Macan from them and Im not a Porsche expert by any means, but I expected a little more attentiveness if they really wanted my future business. Also interesting that my BMW dealership always follows up with me a few days after I get my other car serviced. No follow up from Porsche yet...

I just want to express my extreme disappointment with how this dealership (specifically Howard Goei) handled a potential vehicle purchase. I really wanted the particular vehicle, and was practically ready to purchase.After all of the back and forth communication we had, he could see I was sincerely interested and dedicated to this vehicle.I asked one last question and waited TWO days for the dealership to get back to me, only to be informed (two days later, when they finally returned my email) oh we sold the car. It was very selfish and very unprofessional of him to not only sell it from under me, but to not even give me a courtesy email when it was sold; or better yet---even a courtesy email to let me know someone else was interested in it, and potentially might buy it. Had I known that, I would have hastily made arrangements to purchase, as I was an out of state buyer and I was waiting for their responses to my emails.I would have expected this behavior from CarMax or Honda, and not a luxury automaker dealership; and certainly not from Porsche.I feel it is important to show my extreme disappointment with Howard Goeis your lack of professional courtesy and the dealership lack of concern (I even emailed the sales manager and he didnt even return my email to say as much as a sorry!I would give 0 stars if I could...

I bought a certified Porsche Cayman S from Charles VanWyke. He made the entire process fun. His professionalism, his great sense of humor and his product knowlegeare second to none. Even though I wasnt buying a new $120,000 Porsche, Charles treated me as though I was his most important customer. I will go to him for my next car. Since my purchase I stop in just to talk to Charles, just to see whats new. He always has time for me and lets me know how much he appreciates my business. He has gone above and beyond to make sure that I am happy.Jordan in service has also been fantastic. He, like Charles, has bent over backwords to make sure that I have been happy in all aspects of my purchase and the service of my car. I also like all the guys in the parts department, their service and friendliness has been great.I would recommend (in fact I have) this dealership to any of my friends with confidence.
