What a great shopping experience I had. My style has mainly consisted of every type of black t-shirt and shorts/jeans/skirt/pants. I can’t remember the lady’s name, but she’s “the accessories lady.” She helped me expand my style and, among other things, helped me decide on a hot-pink jumpsuit to wear to my new business’s ribbon cutting event. I got more compliments than I’ve ever gotten AND it was so comfortable! Thank you for gently pushing me outside my comfort zone.

I stopped in last week to check out this store. My sister in law recommended. I walked in and there was a middle aged sales associate standing near the door. She stared at me but didnt say a word. I walked around and just received stares, it was quite uncomfortable. I walked out and went across the lot to another store and bought some merchandise.

Fantastic place to get a gift for your loved one if you arent good at shopping like me!

I went in the other day and at first was not greeted by anyone by anything other than blank stares. While I’m not an EGR mom who is their main demographic, I am a college student who regularly purchases clothing from them but i don’t plan on going back. they followed my friend and I around the store as if we were going to steal something. I felt so unwelcome and like they were talking about me. If they get some friendlier or more mature workers I might return. Not impressed.

If you’re looking for an amazing shopping experience, this is the place. These ladies are so much fun and do everything they can to make you feel confident and beautiful!

Was not greeted, informed of details of the sale going on, could not tell who was shopping and who worked there. Left without purchasing anything. Will not be back.

Horrible horrible customer service at this store. Staff spends more time on their phones, talking to each other & trying on clothes themselves instead of helping customers. On numerous occasions I have been in the store for 15 - 20 minutes without being greeted so I just walk out. Staff sees you walk out & ...... crickets. Happened again yesterday. The tall curly haired blonde doesnt even look at people. Couldnt use my reward dollars that I EARNED by spending $$$ at Evereve b/c no one acknowledged my existence in the store & I wasnt going to beg someone to help me spend my money. I saw others walk in, look around & leave b/c no one would help them. It just boggles my mind how bad this store has become since moving out of EGR.

Bonnie, Kate and Claire were fantastic. I do not like to shop, so the girls got me in and out - and the gifts that were purchased went over very well.

Retail is probably one of the easiest jobs to have. I work in retail, so this is not a biased statement of my experience.I recently went into this store for the first time. It was not busy, maybe four people browsing with two girls working. They were incapable of the 4 easiest parts of retail customer service:1. I was not greeted when I walked in2. I was not asked if I needed help with anything when I was browsing3. I had to get the girls attention to ask for a dressing room4. I was not told to Have a nice night when I leftGranted I do not look like every other preppy blonde woman in EGR, there is no excuse. I am polite to everyone that comes into my place of work - regardless of how they look, how they are dressed, how they present themselves, etc. If you are not dressed like a preppy blonde woman and/or you are not white, be weary of receiving poor customer service.
