Cool store with good vibes. Limited selection on shoe size for myself (size 12). They have a good variety over all though.

At first I was a little hesitant to shop at this place cuz Ive heard the workers there were rude but those workers, are the coolest that they were awesome especially Dee and the manager..sorry forgot your name.🙄 My husband, Grandpa bought everybody new kicks..All 7 of us, but of course he had to get two pair..we will be back.And to let everybody know its under new management.😊

Only one in store. Turned away for not wearing a mask. Why people have to be so rude about it too? Been ok if she not a clown! Not getting anymore my funds! Another one buts the dust!! Gotta be smart to make it these days.

Ive always had great experiences in shopping at multiple Mr Alans stores around Michigan and they always have gear other stores dont have! I give there stores a 5star rating and been hip too them especially on the eastside of the D on 8mile and both stores on 28th st Grand Rapids! A great store for good sports gear!!

Ive bought something twice at this store the 1st time dude was cool very friendly made me want to come back and buy again the 2nd time came back a female was there I asked about him and she said he quit but she was cool to I bought wrong size shirt my last visit she let me exchange it and I bought a tshirt got it home and it was to small so of course had to go back then a diffrent person I tgink maybe the owner he wasnt customer friendly did talk much the point is when I come to a urban store you have to provide me with an experience that I would want to come back and buy and im not impress with the customer service here it horrible one time came to look there where to young men and there customer service is horrible and tgey wonder why business is slow improve with customers service might be a factor
