They built my desk top, when they were off Buchanan, S.E, I dont remember year, on 3rd monitor been awhile, will be contacting them, Palo name familiar. Been pleased with system, unknown problem escalated, from no internet connection, now after unplugging wont power up. New location is miles more from us. Glad they are still in business.
I have been a customer of UserEasy for over 20 years. When I moved across the country, I have continued to buy systems from them because they build dependable top notch machines. Most importantly they support them, even from 3000 miles away. Cheap computers without support are useless. With UserEasy you can pay for quality and ACTUALLY GET IT, and count on it.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Dont ever expect a call back or any updates or information about the status of your computer. Dont expect your laptop back for at least 2 weeks. Will not be returning.

These guys ROCK! Paolo and the crew do an excellent job...skillful, professional, on-time and no BS. They just rescued my 7-year-old PC via remote access. I was very mislead by sales person.
My laptop would not start, so I called and they told me to bring it in. They opened it up, ran a couple of tests, and it worked, so they called me to pick it up. They charged me $95. It worked for the rest of that day, but the next day, it would not start. I called back, and then they told me to call HP and see if its under warranty (which it is). Shame on me for not checking with HP first, but I wish they would have advised me to check the warranty before bringing it in and charging me for not fixing anything.
A great local shop for all your computer needs. They helped me out in a pinch when my laptop keys started breaking down. Having a local computer company is priceless and I’d choose this company over box stores or online shopping any day. There is something to be said about the service these folks can provide.
Fast, excellent, inexpensive. My Dell laptop suddenly stopped working. I brought it to UserEasy on Monday afternoon. Within an hour, I received a call from the computer technician (Shawn) telling me that the problem was the motherboard. He outlined different options. I chose to replace the motherboard. By Wednesday afternoon, the replacement had arrived and Shawn had installed it. In addition, with my permission, Shawn fixed several other problems with various settings and drivers, and updated my whole system.I was pleased with the fast and excellent service. I recommend this firm for computer repairs.
Very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful staff. Great shop for computer repairs, components, and consultation. They went out of their way to help me find an inexpensive solution to a problem with my computers power supply unit. Definitely my computer shop of choice in Grand Rapids.
Shawn and the team here went above and beyond fixing my computer. They quickly identified the issue my home-built gaming PC was having, walked me through the RMA process, reinstalled the component when it was fixed, and left my computer in better condition than when I first built it.
Wonderful experience. They were very quick in contacting me and very thorough with their diognostics. I decided not to repair my laptop, and the technician gave me recommendations on more reliable brands to replace it with. If I ever need my computer serviced again, it will absolutely be with them.
We have used UserEasy for tech support a number of years. Paulo and his team are always ready and prepared for whatever help we need. They are also able to keep us ahead of any trouble with our current equipment and make recommendations when we need to update. I would give them 5 more stars if it were an option.

I purchased a new computer and I have been a Best Buy Geek squad customer for a while. They have been losing their ability to work with customers on a personal level and I was looking for a place that offered that feeling.I found User Easy and they were great, Shawn set my computer up to match what I needed. It is a very involved process and he tailored it fit my use. My hard drive died...I had years of photos on it...its an old Windows 7, Dell, 17 inch laptop...very comfortable with it. Im 69 so that explains a lot...Brought it in Thursday, got a call 3 days later...they did magic...new hard drive and all my files are there...Couldnt thank them enough...I recommend UserEasy to one & all...

Came there with a Macbook pro that would not turn on. Turns out the computer itself was fried but I was desperate to get back the docs I was working on when it crashed. They allowed me to use their equipment/space/time to save everything I could off the extracted hard drive onto my Dropbox. I wasnt able to find the docs I was working on in Word because they had never been saved. Yet, the tech there was able to do some magical coding/typing and located the unfinished/unsaved docs I thought I had lost forever! Very kind and patient and accommodating. I will always go back there when/if I need service.Note: It looks really confusing from the outside - is it a jewelry store? Antique store? Computer shop? The website is also really confusing. But if you just step inside the door to the shop, youll see that the computer folks are to the left and they will help you from there. (Basically, its a family-owned company with multiple businesses in the same building.)

I teach mostly senior citizens how to use their computers and have sent a number of folks to UserEasy. Every one has returned with only glowing reports about their experience with them. I just sent another person their way today. Ive also used their service and have only been happy with their work.

UserEasy computers helped me diagnose a bad motherboard in my custom PC for much less than it would have been at Best Buy. They had the parts and knowledge to get my computer up and running again with no loss of data within a couple days.I will definately be returning to UserEasy for future help with my electronics!

This place is horrible. Straight up the worst computer repair store I have ever been to. After giving them my laptop and identifying the problem for them they said to me that this was their profession they know what to do and that I was wrong, after two weeks of waiting for my laptop they told me that they replaced the display (ADDING YET ANOTHER FEE) and gave it back, within minutes of using it again I encountered the same problem and returned the next day. Now the genius in charge there talks to me as if I am a child this entire time, where if not discouraged by my peers I would have likely fixed this problem myself for a fraction of the cost, and says that the initial problem WAS EXACTLY WHAT I TOLD THEM WHEN I BROUGHT IT IN, this man is a condescending prick who thinks he knows better than anybody. Refusing to give me a refund for not fixing anything I tried to leave three times but was stopped with potential things they could do, all of them adding another $100 at least most likely more to the charge. Needless to say I left in a huff and am incredibly pissed off by this entire exchange. Never go here.
