Cropmarks has done several projects for me over the years and they do a fantastic job with quality, meeting a time schedule and overall customer service is the best. You will not find a better Local printer than with Cropmarks. Their team is just amazing and Russ is one of the owners that is always making sure the prints are done right.

Claimed they lost my print job when it was ordered through their website. Offered no apologies for it.They eventually found my print jobs (didnt tell me that they did, figured it out through context clues when they began to email me about a job that I had not specified on, other than through the website)They continuously acted as if my files were not useable -- when they were high quality PDFs ready for print. Even if they werent usable PDFs. They were also sent the original Ai files with everything expanded to be vector as a backup through a file transfer website. They continued to tell me that my files were unusable, even though when they download my files through the file transfer website, it alerts me by email.Sure -- claim that the files are unusable when you havent even downloaded them. Terrible company. Terrible communication. Super unprofessional.

Crop Marks is very speedy and gets me what Im looking for. I just called because I forgot to put an order for chipboard from an online source but they are giving me some last-minute and being very kind about it. I go to Crop Marks for all my printing needs and it is very affordable. Support your local businesses!

Very quick response when I reached out to get a vinyl done. Gave me exactly what I wanted. Went to the shop, which is in a convenient location and really welcoming. The shop looks great and the staff helped me quickly. They even took the time to show me instructions. 10/10 would use again.

We are professional designers and Crop Marks is our GO TO short run printer. They have hit 100% of our deadlines and the product is always perfect. Their paper choices and color is always spot on for what we are looking to achieve and the customer service is fabulous too; all for a very fair price. I cant say enough great things about Crop Marks and will always be a loyal customer.

Myself and a couple of my other writer friends and some of their friends have done business with Crop Marks, they take pride in what they sell. Offering a wide variety of advertising supplies and services. Cups, Pen, t-shirts, business cards, and ect. I have no association with any of the the employees, other then my photography and friends I have brought to them for supplies. The staff has always, ALWAYS! seen to it and treated me with nothing short of their best. Like a good retail servicer of goods, the customer isnt always right. But they sure will make you feel that way.

Honestly annoyed that someone rated this stellar business at 1 star without leaving a single reason because these guys are great!! I had to ditch my other printing company because 1) they were expensive as hell 2) they switched their webpage to a format my outdated computer couldnt navigate with no other uploading options and 3) they were no longer allowing customers to pick up directly from the shop, shipping only.I HATE working with a company I cant go in to talk to, sometimes customers have complicated questions and chatting over the phone just wont do it. And I like being able to pick a print up from the location without worrying about shipping damage or cost. & This team has spectacular costumer service, Mike and Caleb and Russ (?) have been so so helpful! Ive talked ALL of their ears off at some point hahah.Their prices are also so much more affordable then my previous shop with several options for file upload! They have impressed me in a multitude of ways and I seriously could not be happier I made the switch. Hoping this honey hole never dries up~ (:

Nobody else could seem to print exactly what I wanted; hard hat stickers in a very particular size with logo. They are perfect!
