We used DreamScape Desserts for our wedding day dessert! They were AMAZING to work with! Their cake is delicious, they have great customer service and our cake was beautiful! We had a two-tier for our cutting cake and then orders a handful of other sheet cakes. The raspberry chocolate is absolutely dreamy. We had a chocolate-chocolate gluten free cake and my aunt couldnt believe it was actually gluten free because it was so yummy! Dreamscape made a smash cake for my daughter’s first birthday and it couldn’t have turned out better! The cake itself was beautiful and exactly what I wanted. Also, I did taste it (even though it was supposed to just be for my daughter 😜) and it was one of the best cakes I’ve ever tasted!! We will be going here again for our special occasion cakes

We used DreamScape Desserts for our wedding and loved it! We had a small cake for just our cutting cake and then cupcakes for everyone else. We picked five flavors of cupcakes and they were all such a huge hit we hardly had any leftover at the end of the night. We had to postpone from 2020 to 2021 and Julie was so easy to work with to switch everything over to our new date.

I would give 10 stars if I could. Our cake looked identical to the inspiration photos. We had to move our order 4 times for Covid and they were nothing but pleasant and understanding. They went above and beyond when we messed up the pick up time and arranged for us to get it in time anyway. Thank you Julie, for your professionalism and also going above and beyond to get us what we needed!

Wow! these were the best cupcakes I have ever had!!! The best part was that the cupcakes werent just vanilla and chocolate cupcakes topped with flavored frosting, but the flavors were infused into the batter to create a dreamy experience. I was blown away by the flavors coming to life inside my mouth. Also, the frosting wasnt sickeningly, make-your-teeth-hurt sweet, but rather like a fine and delicate cream. I usually never write reviews, but this one deserved every one of the five stars.

We got married on 9/14/19. Julie was AMAZING to work with from the beginning with the tasting and then helping us to figure out our dream cakes and working with us on budget and style.Not only did Dreamscapes make, decorate and delivered our two-tiered GF/DF - they also made, decorated, delivered and set up 26 cakes that were used as our centerpieces rotating with 3 different flavors throughout the room. Everyone was coming up to us asking us where we got the cakes because they were the best they have had!For any future events we will 100% use Dreamscapes because they are the best!

Julie and her team did a FANTASTIC job creating a BEAUTIFUL and DELICIOUS cake for my parents 50th wedding anniversary celebration. I sent her several ideas from which she pieced together a gorgeous cake that every single guest raved about how amazing it tasted. AMAZING! DreamScape is super easy to work with and their mini cupcakes are absolutely delicious, along with everything else they bake! We used them for my bridal shower and wedding reception, and we had nothing but compliments on the mini cupcakes display. Guests love them and the size is perfect to try multiple flavors. This bakery adds flavor to the Alpine scene. I sampled every flavor of their cupcakes and although I was not a fan of every flavor, the presentation and attitude of professionalism is shown in every single item that they make. The cupcakes were well crafted and definitely thought out. The talent of the Baker was shown. The cupcakes were light, fluffy and very tasteful. I will definitely be returning to get more cupcakes. The next step is to order a cake, which I have no doubt it will be as delicious.

I ordered a set of cake jars from this company via a Groupon- six jars in total, two each of the following flavors- salted caramel, maple bacon, and triple chocolate. The item was delivered within one day of being shipped, and did indeed taste like it was made within 48 hours. The packaging was of great quality- thick styrofoam separating each jar. The 8 oz jars were larger than expected and very reusable. The labels were easy to read and contained extremely detailed ingredient lists.As for the cakes themselves, my whole family enjoyed them. The chocolate chips, frosting, and especially the cake mix seemed like it was made from scratch and had a nice fresh homemade quality. The cake portions were very moist. I never stored these in the fridge- they were all enjoyed within a few days at room temperature. The flavors are very diverse and different. The maple bacon sounded odd but tasted surprisingly great, the salted caramel had a heavy dollop of salt and sugar reminding me of chocolate-covered pretzels. The triple chocolate was the best, and had a generous amount of chips tossed on top. Some things I would change— for the asking price, even at a discount I think 8 oz jars are on the small side and larger would be better and make for a better balance between the layers of frosting and cake- there is a lot of frosting in each jar. There was a considerable wait time between making an order and receiving it in my experience, though this seemed to be due to a high volume of orders at the time. I would buy these again.

We ordered a 6inch cutting cake (lemon blueberry) and 200 miniature cupcakes in 5 different flavors for our 80 person wedding. Every single cupcake was polished off! We absolutely LOVE our cake and are still working our way through it. We also rented cake stands and DreamScape set up and arranged our dessert table for us. Cute and delicious. Definitely recommend.

I was very impressed at first, everything was professionally done. My wedding was a month and a half away and I didn’t hear a word from anyone in the company to finalize anything. Then a month almost to the date I reached out to find out what needed to happen to finalize everything. That shouldn’t have happened they should have contacted me. I asked for instructions on how to store the cake and cupcakes, all she said was if they where in air conditioning they where fine.The day of my wedding my parents pick up the cake. When they got there the cake was not in the fridge or anything, it was just sitting there. She boxed it up and that was it. My parent went right to the venue to start setting up and put everything in place. They opened the cake to set it up, the layers on the bottom tear slowly shifted and my parents made sure the drive slowly because they have the flowers also. Thankfully the venue redid the whole cake and said the frosting was way to soft there was no way it would have stayed together. I was not a happy bride to hear that about my cake. That is definitely something I shouldn’t have been worried about.

I love love love everything I have tried I have ordered for many different occasions and sometimes just to get good cupcakes. Every flavor we have tried is amazing!!! They are so nice and accomidating. I tried the minis this weekend and omg they are a bite size of amazing I will continue to order frequently to spoil my kids and boyfriend and a little for myself I tell everyone about them we are so lucky to have them in our area

Excellent desserts for our wedding! We had a dessert bar with bars, cupcakes, and strawberry shortcake. We were able to mix flavors between the bars and cakes. Cakes were moist and delicious! We used DreamScape for mini cupcakes and a small cake for our wedding. The mini cupcakes were so tasty and they offered tons of unique flavors. Although we had a small cake, it looked and tasted amazing! They also came and set everything up for us. The display was beautiful!

My daughter got married a few months ago and we went to DreamScape Desserts and the lady there was so friendly and helpful. We ended up getting a two tiered cake, the top being Cookies and Cream, and the bottom Salted Caramel and they both tasted SO good! They were so moist and flavorful! Ordered our wedding cake along with two sheet cakes. The cakes were amazing as was the service. We ordered cupcakes for our 6 month anniversary which were just as great. We just cut into our 1 year too of cake, and after being frozen for a year, it tastes just as amazing. This is where you want all of your cakes/cupcakes from.

Julie was very helpful in accommodating my custom request for a birthday cake for my Mom. We went with a Mounds Candy Bar inspired flavor. She was also able to get my order done for pick-up on the exact date and time I needed and was very friendly at pick-up. The cake turned out great, just the way I had wanted it, and my Mom absolutely loved it! It tasted just like a Mounds bar! Delicious! Would definitely order from Dreamscape again =)

I requested a tasting with DreamScape Desserts for my wedding. I was told they could accommodate up to four adults, so I brought my two brothers and one of my bridesmaids. I was a little disappointment when we were served mini cupcakes, as all four of us had a very hard time tasting each one. They also do the tasting in the middle of the bakery, meaning youre sitting next to the mixers. It would be nice to have a separate area for this. The cupcakes tasted great though, just wished they could have been bigger portions or told they could only accommodate two people. In addition, they state they can work something within your budget, but I didnt find much flexibility. I felt that I somewhat wasted my time and theirs, as I cannot afford $700 for a cake and cupcakes for my wedding. I stated in my first communication with them that my budget was $500.

Exceptional experience! Had a wedding and ordered a 2 layer cake with mini cupcakes. So many mouthwatering flavors! The most comments about the wedding were how great the cupcakes were! So we come back time and again for cupcakes!

We had such a wonderful experience working with Julie and Dan at Dreamscape Desserts for our wedding! At Julie’s suggestion, we opted for mini cupcakes, which were a HUGE hit with our guests and our other vendors (our caterer even inquired about where we’d found such yummy cupcakes)! The flavors were fun and original (root beer float, peanut butter cup, apple pie, strawberry lemonade and more), and they were absolutely delicious! The guests loved that the mini size allowed them to try multiple flavors. The cupcake display Julie and Dan arranged for us was beautiful, and they also did an excellent job decorating our small cutting cake exactly how we wanted it. We can’t wait to find an excuse to order more cupcakes from them!

We choose a variety of mini cupcakes for our wedding day because we just couldnt decide on one flavor. The dreamscape team was so amazing they set up our table so beautifully, they took care of all the details for set up and tear down giving us one less thing to worry about. I had a great time with our cake tasting. The had several different selection and I was really take aback by the variety. I went in thinking I wanted lemon and left getting salted caramel. I was excited about out big day already but now that I know I will have a gorgeous unique cake im even more so.

My mom ordered me a birthday cake a week ago, and it was absolutely amazing. She sent in pictures of a unicorn cake, and when we came to pick it up it looked even better than the pictures. So vibrant and colorful. The white even had an iridescent color to it. I shared it on Facebook and my friends raved about it. The best part is it tasted just as good as it looked. We ordered the cookies and cream and it was so moist and tasty! We have no good bakeries in Kalamazoo so we will order all of our cakes from here now on!

First trouble we had was coming to our venue, and there was no cake set up. They were suppose to be there around 1, and we were there at 4 and there was no cake. I, mother of the bride, was panicked. We called. No answer. They were closed. Called again at 4:30 hoping to catch someone. Nope. At 4:45, fifteen minutes before the wedding ceremony was to start, a box with the cake and cupcakes was found in the corner of the venue. Fifteen minutes to start time!!! UGH. The facility manager said no one had told them the cake had arrived, as the facility typically will get a table set up for them. I was so stressed out wondering what had happened to my daughters cake/cupcakes. Then to top it off, my daughters face just fell when the cake came out. It wasnt what she had expected at all. The colors werent as she had planned and not the beautiful ombre look she had been shown in pictures. The cupcake stand that was in the box didnt look like it had been washed either. Fingerprints all over it. Needless to say, Im not happy with the over $400 we spent and would not use them again. Way too expensive for bad service.

Before we picked them we went to a wedding show where there were lots of different wedding cake vendors. I remember dreamscape standing out and writing their info down. Glad we went with them!

I needed a birthday cake for my mothers 80th birthday. I sent a picture of the cake I wanted. It was perfect, and tasted incredible. I love the fillings and frosting. Not too sweet and is a wonderful buttercream. Highly recommend.

I ordered my wedding cake from Dreamscape. I was very disappointed that my cake was yellowish instead of the gold I asked for. My guest didnt notice or complain, Im guessing it tasted great but $700 is a lot of money to spend so I expected perfection!!!

I ordered a $150 graduation cake. Not only was the flavors wrong, the cake itself fell apart when I tried to cut. After throwing 90% of it away, they told me they would not offer a refund and stopped answering my emails. Her response was raspberry cheesecake wouldnt taste like raspberry because they do not use syrups. So why call is raspberry cheesecake when it turns out blue and taste totally different? They have more flavors than baking skills and are very unprofessional. I would not recommend this place at all!

We had a small cake and several dozen cupcakes made by dreamscapes. They were the biggest hit and were quickly devoured and talked about!! To top it off, the tasting we did at the bakery was a blast. Be sure to arrive hungry!

Dreamscape Desserts did an amazing job with our wedding! They kept it within the budget we needed and gave us multiple options for flavors so all of our guests could pick their favorites! They set everything up and all we had to do was drof off the acrylic stands after! Would HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! Also the taste is better than anyone else’s.

We were extremely disappointed with Dreamscape Desserts! Their cupcakes are great, but their customer service lacks greatly! I tried contacting them multiple times (over a 4 week period) to put in our final numbers, flavors, ask a question and submit our final payment. Each time, I got a different excuse as to why they never responded. One email they apologized and responded with we are a little overwhelmed and just focusing on making sure orders are completed on time. Unfortunately, that meant the communication really was poor. I emailed, called, sent messages on Facebook and the only reason I did not physically go to their storefront is because I am not in the GR area. When I finally got the final invoice, the description of our display cake was not what we had originally talked about. I sent back another email to confirm (along with a picture and description of what we wanted/planned for) that our cake was NOT going to be what was described on the invoice- they did respond and reassured me that our cake would be like the picture.That feeling of disappointment as we walked up to our plain white cake was awful! Its only once in your lifetime do you get to design your wedding cake! The fact that we did not get what we had talked about and planned for and that our cake was nothing but a two tiered white cake was unacceptable! Not to mention we paid EXTRA for this cake.. All in all, extremely disappointed with this company and I would not recommend them at all.
