I was very impressed with the cut-away window examples at the sales presentation, they have great durability and construction. Also the installation team was impressive. I assumed the job would take all day, but they had it done in a couple hours! They were very neat with wrapping and caulking the old trim. Definitely going to use WeatherGard again!

I’m very pleased with our install of our new windows. The crew showed up on time and was super friendly. They laid down blankets where they were working and cleaned up after themselves as if they had never been there. I was very impressed with this crew and how well they worked together. It’s like they all know their part of the install and they do it and it all runs very smoothly. They truly paid attention to details and made sure their work was good and they are their to please the customer. I’m so very pleased with Weather Guard and the crew they sent.

We ordered windows in April but werent able to get them installed until August. I know these types of businesses are very backed up so that wasnt an issue for us. Our installers were very nice, friendly and professional...except one thing. My landscaping took the brunt of their work. I wish they were more careful when it came to that. We take pride in our landscaping and our lawn. When they left two of my bushes were broken completely off on one side, my flowers look like they sat on them and my lawn has patches where it burned from we think the wasp spray they soaked our shutters with then laid in the sun. Our windows are great so far! I just wish they were more careful.

Get everything in writing. We signed a contract in June and were told that installation can be done in Oct. We get a call mid-october that the soonest that can install is NOV. 16. This is after having been told that scheduling was 8 months out after I called. They never called to schedule as the contract states they do. The window were ready to be installed and I had not been contacted. Do NOT believe anything and get everything in writing. Customer service is disgusting.

After a six month wait, we are very pleased with our nine windows and one slider. The windows themselves are of high quality and the craftsmanship for the installation, including the trim work, is excellent. The crew took particular care with some tricky details with our tiled window openings and oak trim in our dining area and kitchen windows. We don’t hear a sound outside of our house so that will bewonderful. We are very relieved with this finished product, but are leaving only 4 stars due to the very disappointing lack of communication after the point of sale. Though we do understand that the pandemic may have created delays, we would have appreciated updates on the status. We purchased in mid February and told we would have installation by mid to late May. After feeling in the dark all summer long, we finally had our project completed in one day on August 18th. Except for one phone call by a co-owner in June to review some order specifications, all contact was initiated by us. Customer relations needs major improvement but the windows are amazing so far!

Professional installation crew was efficient, pleasant, and clean; felt comfortable with them in our home. Clear instructions on how to operate windows after installation. A minor issue with the slider was fixed very promptly and easily. Put us at ease knowing any issue would be quickly resolved. Very happy with purchase; receiving compliments from passersby and neighbors. Great product. And cleaning these windows should be fun! So easy. Highly recommend.

We received almost a full house of windows which were installed this past Oct. I was very skeptical about the process, since Ive not spent this much on a home improvement project in the past. The process was very smoothly operated and Im satisfied with the windows over all verses the price. They were reasonably priced. Only concern is how they will fair with the ice and snow with harsh Michigan winter weather, but with a full warranty it should be okay. House seemed comfortable enough this winter, but it was a mild one. Ill keep you posted if anything changes.Windows dont come with instructions and I needed to know how to properly remove the screens without damaging them. The employee Allison was so rude for no reason at all, unhelpful and short. I had to speak with someone else. I have therefore, I have removed a star.

We had our windows replaced with WeatherGard. They look outstanding. They had the old ones out and new ones in quickly. The installers were very professional and courteous. No mess was left and I cant stop looking out my new windows. We tested the temperature of the windows after being installed. The windows were warmer than the inside wall that are 2x4 construction with fiberglass batting insulation. Amazing.

Soliciting in a private neighborhood. Salesperson asked if they could leave a flyer and we said no so he called us Karen and walked off. Come up with a more creative insult next time and I might bump you to 2 stars.

I have a no soliciting sign, but some individuals who appeared to be your salespeople decided to knock and ring anyway. The sign is placed right next to the doorbell. Not hard to just leave and move on.

It took months to get the windows made. The windows were ordered in July. They were installed in February. The installer was rude. I didnt want him to drive on paving stones that were protecting sprinkler heads so he said well, I can leave. They cut all the way through a window frame with a Sawzall and never said a word. Flashing is buckling in places. Most important, I never received a call from the company to see if I was pleased with my service when the work was done. I spent over $16,000.00. The salesman said the installers would remove and replace the blinds. They refused.. That was another $400.00 for Top Care Cleaning remove blinds and they were excellent. The salesman was going to come when the installers were here. He never showed up. I am very disappointed with this investment. I cannot recommend this company.

Any company that pressures you and your significant other into both being at the sales pitch is just trying to push a sale before you can research.They also say a certain price is only good for a week, and then a different price after that. If the first price expires within a week, (no matter what reason they give you) its not a good price.They will bash other companies and it will sound good at the time until you think a little about it and do some research.Find a local contractor, not some company that has shady and pushy sales tactics. Look them up on Better Business Bureau. Look up other locations of the same company. They do not have a good reputation like they claim they do.

WeatherGard windows are windows made for the crazy Michigan weather! Since installation of our windows and sliders we have seen a reductio in our heating bill and have noticed the furnace running less. Our windows came in before our doors so we did have to have two days for install, but they were fast, courteous, and professional. I would recommend these windows in a heartbeat.

Davids house needs a little more insulation. He has an interior dimension of 25 x 50 If we add wall thickness for 2 walls at 8 and soffits 2 at 16 on the short side and 2 8 walls on the long side we come to a total attic area of 27 8 by 51 4 But somehow my attic space is 37 x 52... Seeing a problem yet? No? Well lets try some more math. Davids rafters are 2x6 and the insulation is just over the top of them yet somehow there is only 3-4 inches of insulation present. If you cant even measure a house properly, how am I suppose to trust you with any work on the damn thing? Also, you DO NOT need both my wife and I present to discuss insulation. ITS INSULATION there arent a lot of options that need discussing.

We are very happy with our new WeatherGard windows and wall door. Already noticed how they have cut down on sound from outside. Install was done very professionally. They were on time and did a great job. We really like the new fresh look of them from outside. And, next winter, we wont need to get the hair dryer out to open the slider to let the dog out.

We just recently had our roof done by WeatherGard. The process was quick and they did a wonderful job. Job was done sooner then they originally thought. Roof looks awesome. Would definitely recommend them to friends and family.

Please stop pestering me I have told you I dont want new windows Ive asked your door to door sales people to go away several times. leave me alone

Company that easily thinks about appointment10:00 to 10:30 I am measuring the window size and it is time to cancel it without permission and when I want to finish the construction ...Its just three weeks from the contract.
