I bought a Snowman rear plow for my SUV for personal use at Arista. I booked the install date; dropped it off in the morning and they had it done by the end of the day. I am new to plows & hydraulics, so i wish there was more 1on 1 time to go over how it works, operates and specific scenarios like the height i should keep it at under tow etc.My third use in, I came out to the garage and had a puddle of blue hydraulic fluid on the floor. After further investigation i had some loose hose connections and because of a design/install oversight i had a hole in the line. I do want the emphasize that the Service Manager Isaac went out of his way to ensure i was taken care of and even answered my email concern during the weekend and off hours. By Monday i was fixed up and back on the road. Great service and treating people right is what will keep people coming back and I will refer people to you for it. I have had alot of interest from guys at work interested in a setup to use at home. Thanks guys!

I stopped in because I had 7 pallets that needed to be unloaded, and my Tommy gate wasnt working. Their service departed fixed it within an hour. I was able to unload. When I got back the the office it was having issues again.

Arista is the place to go! Product knowledgeably, quick service and they are willing to go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. By the way, when Gordy says hes your friend, he really means it! I give them 5.5 Stars. Theyd get 6 stars but waiting room was a little chilly and had no decaf coffee! LOL.

I delivered a couple cab and chassis here, the service department is good, I arrived late in the afternoon and they made me rush, kinda felt like I was an interruption. nothing convenient for undecking, ie..trash can, space, grease recovery. had to call a tow truck, just adding to confusion. I probably wont return cause they are not prepared. I understand customers are priority I am a customer too.

Anazing and friendly staff

Im a bit frustrated with my latest experience. My plow install took longer than I was promised to install requiring me to rearrange plans. While I understand things can happen during installation that require additional time to complete, the scratch and scuff marks on the side of my first new truck in 16 years leaves me very irritated.I was also informed when I picked up my truck that the harness included by GM for the plow package option requires dealership installation. In talking with the dealership, they have NEVER had to install one of those since it is an integrated part of the plow system wiring that keeps the battery voltage constant while the plow is in use and is only installed when a plow is added to the truck. Normally by the plow upfitter. In looking over the Western bulletin on the harness, it says nothing about the dealership needing to install it and from the diagrams it appears to go in-line with the plow wiring.The people are friendly, but Im seriously questioning their abilities and will be looking elsewhere for my equipment from now on.

These folks are fantastic to work with, make very good recommendations for equipment and come through ahead of schedule. Both Gordie Wittenbach and AJ DeLange are both salt of the earth characters. Would highly recommend them to anyone. My last project included a stainless dump body with a Western Wide-Out front plow and a salter that fit into the dump body as well as an interior van package with ladder racks. Customer could not be happier.

I purchased a western v plow for my side by side. The plow was drawing too much power and setting off codes on my utv. I used plow a few times and loved it but was concerned it would damage my electronics or computer on my utv. I called arista and they were more than happy to help. They took the v blade back and swaped it out with a straight blade and gave me the full difference. Great customer service! They will get all my business and Ill send anyone there.
