I ordered a semi rare phone screen from these guys for a decent price. The shipping was at a decent speed but it arrived destroyed the first time. I got in contact with their customer service, which was fast and friendly, and they got me a new screen sent out pronto. Id give 5 stars if it wasnt for that issue but thats not really their fault at the end of the day.

I love locally in Grand Rapids, Michigan, and have been coming to Group Vertical for two years. I have purchased many screens here - and have only ever had one screen that was bad. Upon finding the screen was faulty, I reached back out to Group Vertical and they made it right - giving me a replacement. Their customer service is amazing - I am always taken care of and always greeted with a smile when I pick up my parts. They have very fair pricing - and a wide enough inventory that Ive never had to shop anywhere else for phone parts.I have recommended them to anyone and everyone that will listen - and will continue to do so.

Bought a replacement digitizer/screen and it had dead pixels in it. They required me to return it to get a refund meaning I had to leave my phone in pieces or pay for a new screen so I could ship the defective one back. Would have preferred they ship me the new screen first and charge me if I didnt return the defective one.

I love Group Vertical. Ive been getting parts from them for years. Mostly have had good quality parts from them, but even with the very few times Ive had problems, GV has been quick and helpful to fix it. And its that great customer service that keeps me coming back.

After applying for a job with Group Vertical, I received a phone call and completed a phone interview. From there, an interview and Excel test was setup for the following week. The day before the interview, I received a phone call cancelling the interview because they found the perfect candidate after setting up my interview. A complete lack of any professionalism, so I can only assume this is how you would be treated as a customer as well.

With a large selection of replacement parts for smartphones, tablets, game consoles and more, I cant think of going anywhere else than Group Vertical. Among many more reasons, their website makes it easy to search for what I need and their employees are very knowledgeable and helpful!

I think we are one of there only regular Canadian buyers, with the current exchange rate they are THE most expensive place to get screens but the quality and service is so good that we just wouldnt get our screens anywhere else!!! it is the screens with all the small parts on them already that make a difference, our average repair time is around 10 min because of GV+ screens

Well as long as they ship a RA tag with you order because something is inevitably going to be defective in every order. The fact they use fed ex means it will take 4 times longer to get then any other shipper (if you ever do get your order). At least Mobile Defenders uses UPS and a much lower fail rate.
