I have been very pleased with Winners Brand products. Jennifer Israels, my account rep, consistently does a great job suggesting things within my budget and explaining the products in the level of detail I need in order to make a decision. When she is on vacation another person handles my requests immediately if needed but I usually like to wait for her to return because she is friendly and easy to work with and just “gets me.” We have been ordering from Winners Brand for years but on Friday there was a delivery snafu and I did not receive the product on the date I was expecting. Jennifer personally intercepted the package and drove it to me so I could have it in time for my event today. This level of customer service is so difficult to find. I am so grateful. Great company - highly recommend!
Very poor communication. Won’t respond to emails. Shipped wrong size pull over and took 4 months to correct. I now have a $60 winter pullover and it’s 90 outside.
I contacted Samantha on May 8th to order custom fabric ribbons with tie tack, we also discussed that I needed these ribbons before June 14th. I sent several emails to Samantha asking for status and when I would receive, she did respond but never gave me a firm delivery date. I reached out to her on Tuesday, June 12th and was told that my order would be delivered on June 14th. Received the ribbons today, June 14th for my event that is also today and they are not what I ordered. The ribbons came with a straight pin instead of the tie tack.
