We recently had a lag bolt pull loose from our garage ceiling when I pushed the button to close the garage door, causing the track to bend. When the track bent, the door was then stuck in the up position, and I was afraid all that weight on one bolt would cause either the frame to snap or the other lag bolt to come loose and the whole thing would collapse. I called Environmental Door, close to panicked, and explained the situation. After I texted a few pictures, the person on the phone (who was very friendly and kind) said that they would have someone out to our house by 5:00. This was at 1 p.m., and I was pretty happy with that. In fact, though, they did much better than that. Someone was at our house by 2:30 and had it repaired before 3:30. All for under $100. I will absolutely be calling again if we ever have an issue involving a garage door.

I have had them out periodically to maintain or fix my garage door. Most recently, a few of the rollers broke and door got completely bound up. They came right out and got the door back in working condition for the cost of a date night. Well worth the money spent, will always have them back for my garage door work.

I had Environmental Door out to tune up my 16 garage door. Needed to be leveled (1 gap from floor on one side) and had bad squeak that I had been unable to fix with lubrication. The Technician Robb was very attentive. Uniform clean and work truck clean and well organized. Leveled the door and diagnosed the squeak from a nylon retaining clip on spring shaft by the cable take up reel. He did a thorough inspection of the door and tightened a few bolts and added a couple more turns on the springs to increase tension to aid lifting the door. Inspected garage door opener and made a couple small adjustments.Ive installed numerous garage doors and well over 100 springs and cables in my younger days (working a summer with a garage door company). I no longer have spring winding bars so I used a coupon to have Environmental Door perform a tuneup. I would definitely recommend Environmental Door for garage door servicing.

Very nice people to work with. I was given several samples and lines to look at. Price quotes arrived to my email almost immediately and I was even given address that were nearby to see a finished product. When it came time to install, they were able to fast track me and get the job done. I would have put 5 stars, but during the install there was a minor problem that I fixed myself.

Did a good job in a timely fashion. I had a different company install the weatherstripping because the sides of the garage needed repair. Shouldve called these guys instead, because in the end, I had to call them anyway the next year to repair the bad job that the other company did. Now, I have no air holes/light/snow/rain coming in!!! Recommend these guys in a heartbeat!

I had two doors replaced (double and single) several years ago due to the existing having no insulation value and no windows. The sales and installation process went without issue and we couldnt be happier with the upgrade. We also had Environmental Door back a few years ago to upgrade our door openers to belt-drive smart units. Same professional installation and sales process. Great company!

Our builder had used Environmental Door for the original installation, so when our driveway plow service damaged the door, I called them first. Their service man was quick to respond, and got the door fixed well enough to work while we waited for a replacement door. The cost was fair and acceptable to our plow company, and the replacement was completed when promised.

I called Environmental to service my door-- the main rod and the springs were not working, and it was causing damage to the door brackets that hold the door to the chain. The service charge for the technician to come out was very reasonable, and they did not upcharge much at all for the part (I checked on the price of the parts to try to fix it myself.) He also did a simple and very effective repair to the broken bracket, and did not charge me anything for putting in a couple of screws that he had on the truck. I recommend them to anyone who needs door service.

Garage broke on a Friday night. Left a service request on the website and actually got a response less than a couple hours later. Had someone at the house before 9 on that Saturday and had it fixed in less than an hour. The repair man was respectful, knowledgeable, and quick. Ive used Environmental Door twice - once to replace a garage door at a previous house, and once for a repair at my current home after a spring broke. Both times they were great. For the replacement everything went perfectly (and the clean up was spotless - where many contractors tend to slack off). The Garaga door I choose was awesome. For the repair, they scheduled me quickly, the tech fixed the problem, and even sorted out some other safety-related problems he noticed that I was glad to have corrected (with my pre-approval to do the work of course). Definitely will call again if I need garage door service or replacement.

Our garage door broke Christmas Eve and was too heavy to open manually; there went Christmas. We had used a garage door service a year prior as the spring broke so I called them to come fix the cords...$200 emergency service fee, plus $100 for the cords, and labor. Environmental Door quoted my husband $128 total. The gentleman came and had the door working in 30 minutes...$128 fee! Im very pleased and we will be contacting them to replace the door in the future!
