Prepaid OrderOrder Date 11/18/2020Pick Up Date 11/25/2020While picking up our prepaid order today, we were informed that the (2) sides we ordered were out of stock. A refund was never offered. We were told to pick out (2) new sides.It would have been nice to receive a phone call in advance of our pick up date advising us that even though we had pre-paid for the items they failed to set them aside for our order. At the very least, a refund should have been offered.The store manager, Mike, is unimpressive to deal with.I would not recommend using this location.

Don’t have sliced turkey on your menu if you are unable to provide it to customers. I was literally told by staff that I had to GUESS when it would be available. Absurd.

Bought a four pound boneless ham for a party and then went back for another one when the party got bigger. Evelyn gave us great service and advice about which ham to buy. The sides they sell are also great. We love to come here and assemble a full dinner for our elderly parents. They love it and always have nice leftovers for the week. Don’t forget to look over the varieties of mustard choices they have too. Yum.

Bought a Honey baked whole smoked turkey for $49.99 and a Costco Kirkland whole smoked turkey for $23 for the holidays. The Kirkland turkey was more flavorful, soft and smokier. The Honey baked was bland, a bit rubbery and hardly taste smoky. I guess I know where to get my turkey next time and for a lot less money.

They wouldnt let me walk in and buy a ham. I had to have ordered it. Upset.

Never been for lunch. Have gotten ham there for holidays. The sandwiches we got were delicious. Our service was excellent by Nicki. We will definitely keep coming back.

This place seemed highly incompetent of taking a lunch order. The restaurant was dead and we asked for 4 sandwiches. Somehow we walked out with 5 and two of them were done incorrectly. We waited a half hour and we were asked to repeat our order 4 times to still not get it right. The food tasted good and that was its only saving grace. I will not come back here.

Honey Baked Ham Company seems to be going down in quality. I had the $7.99 coupon for a lunch special sandwich, chips and a beverage. I requested swirled rye bread and smoked turkey for my sandwich, with provolone cheese. I went in to the Grand Rapids, MI store about 2:30 p.m. and ordered the sandwich. Upon getting to my home, about 5 miles away, I discovered the cheese was dry, the turkey appeared to be from a turkey roll which is basically, plastic turkey. The bread was stale. I could have made a better smoked turkey sandwich from Oscar Mayer smoked turkey I buy in the grocery store. Lesson learned - I wont do that again.

Best ham and boxed lunched in the city. Only complaint is bigger servings of pasta salad with the lunch combo.
