As a welding hobbyist, I appreciated the customer service and quick walk-through on some things I should be conscientious of when choosing materials to work with. This was completely unsolicited, but very welcomed.I never felt stupid for asking questions like suggestions on gas, ways of handling it, etc. They respect the customer and their level of expertise and want to make sure youre getting what you need vs selling you what they want.

The store hours arent great but the staff they are wonderful.

As a small time welder i got excellent customer service. Gas solvent prices are a bit higher than some but its in a really convenient location right next to the highway. My favorite thing there is the regulator swap program with victor. I got the exact regulator i needed at a discount( for my regulator series, it may be different for you)

Worst customer service rep ever! Mark Bond (counter sales) had a bad attitude, very short and vague with basic questions and basically seemed to prefer I not bother him with questions at all, and appeared to prefer I leave instead of making him do his job! Ive been a business owner for years and wouldnt hire him to sweep floors!

22 minutes of waiting on hold listening to their on hold message about how my call is important to them and I should stay on the line. I have things to do and their customer service is really bad I have hung up. This is not the first time for this situation for me either.
