Ive been a customer for 15 years now and have ordered several different types of mulch, top soil and crushed stone and every time its been top quality product delivered to me. On time. Great prices. Sue also recommends good help if you need it. They also told me the best way to spread it. We have always had a pleasant experience with Sue the owner, found many years ago that mulch there is a better quality than the other places we have bought from along with their screened soil.

Gave detailed instructions on where to dump and left flag marker in lawn. They instead dumped on new grass I had been growing. When I called to inquire the office staff had huge attitude and said they have no control over their employees. They recommended I go elsewhere, I advise you to do the same.

Friendly folks, but the product (hardwood mulch) was very “composty”. It was so old it had already broken down into soil. My mom and I both have used hardwood mulch for decades (she’s a master gardener) and we have never had hardwood mulch so broken down. I called to give feedback and I don’t think they could’ve given a rat’s behind. Her response was “that’s why I push for people to use the color enhanced mulch”. Seriously? Doesn’t make sense and I will never put that garbage in my landscape. I’ll go back to using Brinks wood products. Their mulch lasts a longer time with a natural color. Shouldn’t have switched to the more local provider.

We have had Buy-Sell deliver materials to us for many years. Recently we need to fix a drainage issue. They came out the next two days and worked with my urgent needs like pros. You cannot find service like that very often!!
