The led store called unique, I bought a mask and they never gave me the harness so I can wear it. I live hrs away and when my wife went down to try and get the harness they said they dont have one and for me to drive all the way back down and bring mask in, for what? Spend 3 to 4 times the money and them not do anything cause they dont have the harness. Exchange is out of the question cause they dont have anything else I wanted . So if you do buy from them make sure you check out everything before you leave. Bad when you cant trust a business anymore to be honest

A very nice mall, we were looking to burn some time while we waited for our flight and this mall was a perfect pit stop to walk around and do some shopping. Plenty of food in the food court and a good mix of shops.

Had not been here in many years. It was a pleasant surprise to see this mall is very nice and has a nice selection of great stores. And also anew movie theater.

Its honestly based on the store. The mall itself isnt too bad as far as outside of the store. Its usually very clean and well kept. The food court is good unless its the play area. I just feel the play area where kids run around without shoes being next to the food court isnt such a good idea.

Nice and quite and clean and spacious. Good walking mall and good sells.

Nice mall with some good offerings and large spaces to walk around. Starbucks and Jamba Juice in the center. Festive themes. Santa is here! Families enjoying time. A few higher end shops for higher class shoppers. Clean facilities. Good visit.

The Black Rock Grill was so delicious.When I got back to my truck my tire was 100% flat. So I parked in three parking spaces and soon Mall Security, came up to me and I told him my situation.He told me, Theres security here 24/7 just tell them you already spoke with Muhammad and you will be fine, not fined.Muhammad thank you so much :)

Has changed a lot since we used to visit it back in the day!so many upgrades! everything is so clean and well lit and has a nice variety of stores! Ill miss my go to store sears,but theres plenty for the family to enjoy.check out the food court too!

Food is high end of good, not great but good better than majority of chains. Service is slow but I take that because the food is obviously fresh and that takes time.

Its a pretty nice mall with fun stores to go into! The food court has a lot of different choices. The stores inside the mall has something for everyone! Id also suggest walking around outside too, they have some nice restaurants and is decorated pretty nicely.

Very nice and very clean mall in Grand Rapids that I like to go to when Im craving a big mall fix. Good selections and brands with a nice bookstore with a well appointed Starbucks. Love that they have cheesecake factory. Easy to get to from 131.

I basically went here to meet someone for a coffee. But from what I saw, the mall was clean. It had lots of customers walking around. The section I was in had all the stores filled up.

Definitely a nicer mall. Small but has a great number of stores. Food court was okay, could be cleaner but the booths were nice. I would return!

The food at the cafe is lovely though they seem to run low often. Though the employees seem to be in their own world and its hard to get their attention. All-in-all the book selection is great and there is lots of space, I would definitely go there if you have a free afternoon with family or friends.

It has been years since I visited Woodland Mall. The mall looks more appealing now that it has been remodeled. Its a great place to shop at.

Its a cool place and they have a good range of stores and restaurants, including Cheesecake Factory. Stop in to go mall shopping and grab a bite to eat.

I still enjoy an indoor mall. It was hot outside and who wants to go in and out of stores and move your car when you can go to a place like woodland Mall go in and go to all kinds of places all in comfort.

Surprised how nice the mall has become. Inside is great, outside seems a little dated. Good selection of stores. There is a play area for kids.

This review is for those who have mobility issues. The renovations that the mall has recently done created something really great for those who have a difficult time getting around. On the north side of the mall, near the Von Maur store, is a mall entrance with 10 handicap spots near the door! Once you enter this entrance, there is a very short walk to the wheelchair/mobility scooter corral. I worked at Woodland for years, so I am in aw that it opens at noon and closes at 7pm. In all my years in retail, that was only a Sunday schedule. I hope they get back to where they once were.

Has a good number of top notch stores like Apple, J.Crew, and Northface. Still had a lot of lame stores too.

Renovated play-space!!! Such a fun area. Its located in the current food court wing by JCPenney. Accessible early when the main doors open for the AM walkers etc. Great for passing some time with little kiddos before general mall shopping hours.

I only went to Macy’s but the selection was good and the sales clerks were friendly and helpful. It was too warm in the store though.

This was a wonderful place to visit and shop. We saw Santa and got pictures taken. It was beautiful inside. There were many places to eat and great sales for the holiday.

This is not a very big mall, but it has several popular stores. This is why I like to shop at the Woodland Mall, it is not very congested and the clothes selection is good. Only complaint is there is no Finish Line at this mall. It also has several great restaurants surrounding the mall, such as Cheesecake Factory, TGI Fridays just to name a couple, which makes it great and convenient to have lunch or dinner after you are all done shopping.

I purchased some gift items at Von Maur.Very nice store, nice selections, and they offer gift wrapping. Some items were a little pricey, but I found some great deals.

Our go to place for window shopping and killing time, Starbucks, Apple and lots of other stores. Now we know many sales people by name and they know us, feels good feels like family. I love their holiday decor, especially their bear. #letsguide

I like the different stores and restaurants they have that Rivertown doesnt; sometimes I go specifically for those. Definitely a nice change of scenery if you typically go to Rivertown!

First time visiting this Mall coming all the way from Detroit just site seing and visiting Grandrapids. Ill definitely return next visit.

The security was out in the mall, interacting with guests and visitors all over, being totally helpful and helping to assist anyone and everyone. My visit was great, definitely recommend shopping here for all of your home needs.

This mall was really nice. Very kids friendly due to the indoor play ground. I was looking for I phone store for a friend and this is where the head me and Victoria secret store. I am loving this mall it has every shopping that I need for my pasalubong.

The mall is still active, busy, and constantly changing every time I go.

Woodland Shopping Center is in the perfect location on 28th Street. You have every option of restaurants nearby in case you get hungry (or grab a snack at the newly opened Grand Rapidss first Trader Joes). The mall has a Starbucks in the center with four wings branching out from there with any shop you can imagine including a movie theater, H & M, and a food court. Its usually clean and the staff are helpful.If youre from an urban center or one of the coasts of the USA, keep in mind two things: 1) Things are cheaper in Michigan so use that to your advantage, and 2) The style in Michigan is a few years behind the rest of the US so keep that in mind as you shop.

Bought AirPods II with Apple care. I had a earbud go missing on a run. Called Apple support, they referred me to the woodland store. I finally got time to go to the Apple store and was turned away trying to by a ear bud replacement. So much for being a valued customer.

Stopped in for a quick bite... had sushi 🍣 from WOW Sushi. I must say I was pleasantly surprised, it was very good. And the man behind the counter was very nice. I would recommend this place. 👌

Had a lot of great stores. They did amazing keeping track of how many people were in the store. Security was heavily present. Witness 2 different groups of kids being walked out.

If you are a middle class person 35 and up, you probably wont like it. They had so many good stores in the 90s but now....😩😠

Great updates and upgrades to alot of the stores along with new additions like Popular Demand a hip mens clothing stores thats definitely been needed in this area for a while and is extremely welcomed to Woodland.

Has become a sketchy place the past few years. Prefer to go to Rivertown.

The salon was really clean. I didnt have to wait for service, someone was already available to do my pedicure. The pedicure was so nice and relaxing and my feet looks wonderful. I will be back. I really enjoyed my service

I needed to go to the bathroom really bad and discovered this place on google maps. I popped in for a quick dump and found these bathrooms to be amazingly clean for a shopping mall. Toilet paper fully stocked as well. Hats of to you Woodland Mall! 5 well deserved stars!
