I have been on the hunt for the best coffee in grand rapids and finally I have found the winner. With the roasting company right next door, the coffee is so fresh and tasty. I am in heaven, I finally found my favorite local place. I will be coming back to try all of the tasty drinks. Give the nitro cold brew and the peanut butter cup latte a try!

Ferris consistently has some of the best coffee in GR! Their drinks are so good, and their coffee beans are fresh and make a fantastic cup of coffee. I like that I can get coffee without the pretentious attitude of some other shops in town.

It took me a while to realize there was actually a coffee shop tucked in this big building, but its a great spot to get a drink and some beans or snacks to go.

Seriously the best whole bean coffee. Weve been drinking whole beans for a couple years now and always try new brands both local and nationally and this is the best stuff weve had. There may be better out there but we havent had anything even close. We especially lose the westcoast blend. Their bean is just 100x smoother than any other coffee we have tried. They flavor is a bit mild but its never fake tasting so mixed with the smoothness its unbeatable.

Always in/out quickly. Friendly staff. Lots of parking and lots of room to get in the docks. Keep up the good work guys.

My wife and i have been searching for the best coffe spot in GR since we moved. FERRIS HAS BY FAR EXCEEDED MY EXPECTAIONS. Tge Nitro cold brew is the best ever. 10/10

Great place to pull in for some coffee and delicious treats. It looks like a corporate office from the outside. . . because it is. But they have a first rate coffee bar and exceptional baristas to take care of your caffeine fantasies.

The cafe was clean and the barista was very helpful. There was plenty of easy access parking as well.

I purchased the walnuts at Luckys in Lakewood Ohio. I nearly broke my teeth because some of the shells are still on the walnuts! There is absolutely no warning on the bag about the possibility of these walnut shells still attached to the nuts. I never had that happen with other brands before. I certainly didnt expect it, but I wouldnt recommend purchasing the nuts unless you dont like your teeth and want to crack them.

Great selection of nuts, trail mix, and chocolate. Also you must try the seasonal lattes! So good!

Cute little place off the beaten path. Has a coffee bar with a little store to buy fresh coffee, chocolate covered coffee beans or make your own peanut butter.The fresh peanut butter was delicious. Had a cappuccino and latte while we were there. Bought some cold coffee in a can to bring home.If you are around Grand Rapids drop in and enjoy a cup.

The people here were great!! Allowed me to deliver the night I got here instead of the next morning at my appointment time!! Also, allowed me to park for the night, and gave me a coupon to use in their coffee shop for a free coffee!!! Was good and so was the Chocolate Seafoam candy !!!! Thanks!!

Place isnt welcoming, service isnt that great.There are some healthy snacks for you to pick, similar to those from D&W.Not an ideal place to get breakfast or something light as they isnt any pastries/food available.

Didnt realize the location had moved since this one never showed up in my search results. Sad to see no more flavored coffees. The individual packets that used to be a stocking stuffer staple are now just the same few beans offered in store. Also having very plain packaging that you can barley read the name on.

WORST place to work for in Quality Assurance. Production personnel are very kind people, including line leads and managers. Quality Supervisor was friendly, but co-workers or techs, are very much the opposite. Techs wanted you to keep up with their pace and did double the work when doing checks. One tech would go to the bathroom every hour just to go on his phone for 30 mins, while other tech would want trainee to always be doing something. I walked out 2nd day on the job as techs complained I wasn’t “training.” Training was horrible as techs did not show me enough and threw me “on the line” immediately to do checks I had NO idea how to do, based off that every company has own GMP’s. Department should have better trainers, or better techs to show how to actually do the job itself. Techs are NOT doing job sufficiently either, as only care about getting paperwork done and correctly, not the process itself, and spend more time in the bathroom overall. Coming from 4 years of Quality experience, I would give this company 0 stars if I could. No one should have to work under stress, especially coming from their own department, or “team.”
