I had a really good time shopping here. The staff in the shoppers welcome center were incredible. I was able to become a member (one time lifetime payment of $10) and get a parking pass, a bottle of water, and a coupon book. I like the variety of stores offered at this outlet mall and I appreciated the many different seating options for taking stock of my receipts and purchases or waiting for my family who were still shopping. This area reminded me of Disney Springs down in FL. So along that vein, Im not sure if this is something already offered at Tanger as this was just my first visit, but live music would be really great here. Maybe some unique food experiences like churros or a crepe cart?

It was very clean. The staff in the shops did wear masks. It was a very friendly atmosphere. Nice music was playing while you walked around to the shops. They had the outdoor fire going that was a very nice touch. I will continue to come back.

This was the place to go in Michigan if you like shopping I hope you have deep pockets

Great place to shop. Over clean and nice in appearance. Also spent $10 for a life time membership which got us coupons and a free gift. The woman doing the memberships was very friendly and polite. As were the staff at all the stores we visited. They have alot of great options for shopping.

I always go here to shop at H&M. i totally recommend this place because its got some good food places and stores!

This is our absolute Favorite place! Me and my wife love it. We live in Kalamazoo and whenever we get a chance we dont mind driving down to Tanger for some shopping. 😁Amazing Prices and deals all the time on upscale brands. Extremely beautiful outlet mall which is very well maintained through out the year.

Decent one stop shopping. Not much for discounts. It seems like the prices are a bit higher and then marked down.. Although the site says the stores open at 10, several of them dont open until 11. Some stores are no longer there so check before you go if there is a specific place you want to shop.

This is definitely one of the nicest outlet malls in Michigan. The majority of our outlet malls are spread out over a large outdoor area and you have to move your car or walk a long way to get to everything. This mall is different - it’s set up like a normal mall with all the stores in a walkable setup with one parking location. It’s well designed, looks new, and the stores are big. I enjoyed my visit and will be back!

We arrived around 5:30pm on Saturday. The site was clean and relatively nice but the problem I had was that all the stores do not close at the same time. We found ourselves walking in different directions to catch different stores before they closed. I assumed when it said that Tanger Outlet closes at 9:00 p.m. that all the stores close at 9:00 and thats not the case. Nike closed at 7:00 while some things were closed before that. I dont know if theres a listing of hours on their website or not for the various stores, it was just inconvenient.

Popular shopping spot that has all of the major brand stores. Lots of variety. Has complimentary charging station for electric vehicles. Nearby Starbucks and gas stations. Easy on and off to expressway.

My husband and I love coming to Tanger outlets, they have lots of great deals and if you pay just $10 for a lifetime VIP membership, you get access to their cozy lounge. Here you have water and coffee and everything to relax and reset. Their VIP membership gets you their coupon booklet for free which usually costs $5. You also get their VIP Membership parking access. Everytime you shop, and add your receipt to your account either through the app or their customer service desk, you accumulate points. These points get you great gifts and bigger deals for more fun shopping.The customer service desk is awesome. The staff is very courteous and knowledgeable. If you have too many bags, you can have them hold these for you on the side.During COVID-19, we saw all of their stores apply great social distancing measures. Each store had their limit set to customer count depending on it size.The mall was extremely busy for the labour day weekend, but everyone was wearing a mask and this was a pleasant experience.They have restrooms and vending machines conveniently available throughout the mall. Wifi is free! There are a variety of food options like Auntie Anne’s, Subway and Rise Pies.They have a children’s playground as well which is very cute.A bigger Coach outlet is opening in the fall. They have a temporary space at the moment at Space 965. Kay Jewelers has ear piercing available.From the pictures you can see long lines outside each store if their maximum capacity was met ensuring proper social distancing.

Its been been 2 years since I visited this Outlet Mall in GR. Extremely clean with all of the COVID safety protocols in place. I definitely felt safe shopping. A few storefronts were vacant. The stores I visited the staff was friendly and eager to help. Definitely a place to visit if you are in the area.

The place itself was very nice with a wide variety of stores. However, the whole space was poorly designed. Starting with the parking; there are very few handicap parking spots. On top of that, a handicap person could never go around easily or even get inside the stores by themselves as the stores don’t have automatic doors for handicap people. I guess they will have to wait outside until someone sees them and opens the door for them. It’s been like this for years. It’s 2021! This is unacceptable!I’m sure this place makes a lot of money so they should make it a priority to fix this issue as soon as possible! But I guess they don’t care about handicap customers. I’m talking to you MANAGEMENT!!

Love this place! Some many stores to choose from. Like Old Navy, Skechers, Made In Michigan, to name a few.Restrooms are all round and I was able to find plenty of handicap parking over by the Old Navy store. I do agree that all stores should have handicap doors but this place is always full of polite people around to help with doors.Love the openness of this place, I will be back.Highly recommend this place.

Tanger has everything and more for the Grand Rapids area. Many stores and Shops! would reccomend.

Very nice outlet. Come early if you are going to any of the most visited stores so that u wont have to be on a very long cue. The long cues are due to covid-19 safety guidelines.

Its a pretty big outlet. All the clothes were overpriced though. If you are going to a outlet to get good deals and discounted prices this is not the place.

Had so fun shopping with kimmy here. we bought tons of stuff! i even splurged an extra 10 dollars even though I wasn’t planning on it! We had such a fun day being silly geese and shopping around! So much better than fallen timbers. Had lots of great stores to look in! Was great to get away from the kids! They were really bugging me and momma needed a shopping day.

Its a very clean place with nice people.. but, we went to get my 8 year old school clothes and shoes... and not a single place there had anything in her size...

Had a blast visiting this weekend! They have a play area for small children. Family friendly food options as well, like fresh pizza. I can see myself visiting again and strolling through the plaza. It has an indoor mall feel to it.

I knew it was going to be crowded and crazy because it is close to school. The stores that we visited did not honer the 20 off all purchased. So if you could separate the stores from the ones that do it would help out shopping as to which stores we would choose. Old Navy over charged us on alot of things to where my daughter has to spend her time going over the receipt to get credit for me. Around 💯 dollars. When we tried to get food most vendors ran out of supplies. They should know that the month of August is their busiest time and plan accordingly. And around Christmas as well. This was the very first time I visited this mall. Not very shopper friendly from what I told you.

Good selection of stores. Photos are of the Fossil store that had some good deals typically 50% off or more on the tagged price of the items. Other stores have good deals as well some better prices than others. Nice clean stores and restrooms.

It was very nice shopping at Tanger today. Got there early plenty of parking and the place looked very nice and clean.

Recently my husband was working in Michigan on a long term project so I would often make the trip from our home in Wisconsin to visit. He worked long hours so I would regularly plan my days with a list lists of thing to do and places to visit. I found this outlet mall online and put it on my list. Now, I like to consider myself an avid antique and designer shopper who has a passion for interior design (with my antiques of course) 😁 My husband refers to me as something else😜Ive visited many many outlet malls but this one was...just wow! I was a bit intimidated when arriving with the parking lot being just never ending and I wasnt sure where I wanted to begin or take this place on. You cant tell until you walk into the outlet mall area how fabulously this is designed. Seriously it is probably my favorite outlet mall to visit. With the set up its like a little village of shopping not having to walk a mile to the next shop or drive from one to another. It gives an amazing appearance As far layout, accessibility and most of all just wonderfully Clean and pleasant shopping area. It really was a fabulous shopping experience which was so relaxing and pleasant. Everyone I came in contact with was so knowledgeable and very helpful. The selection of stores is perfect! I cant imagine anyone leaving with nothing. Personally I had to go back to my vehicle to unload a number of times but dont tell my husband!!! 🤑Definitely one of my favorite shopping experiences at a outlet mall in my years of traveling around. Who would have thought Id find this hidden gem in Michigan. Unfortunately my husband no longer is in Michigan but I cant wait to come back.

Great selection of high/medium range stores. Very clean & safe environment. Even the parking lot is kept clean. The only thing I would recommend is more parking. It can be hard to find parking on some weekends & Holidays. I also wish there was more ways to get in and out of the outlet center. It gets very backed up during Christmas shopping season. Overall great place to shop!

Great place to find good deals. Not all the stores are outlet stores though. Wish there was another coffee shop in the outlet instead of Starbucks, where you have to leave the outlet area and its parking lot, to order.

I gave the Tanger Outlet mall 3 stars because I think overall this concept is a scam. These modern outlets are simply more retail locations with very small savings vs the regular retail locations. Do not expect huge savings like you got back in the early days of outlet locations. I do admit we have hit some stores during a sale and have seen some great deals during those special events, however on a regular basis you might get lucky to see 10-30% off regular retail prices. I know that is nothing to sneeze at, especially at some of these stores. But in the past it was not uncommon to see 50-60% or more off at the outlet store. This location is set up nicely, and they have some nice special features like food trucks and a farmers market. There is a nice variety of stores, and it seems to continue to grow. Not a bad shopping experience, it should just be called an outdoor mall instead of outlet stores imho.

Nice collection of outlet stores. Layout was good, the outdoor areas were clean and inviting. Just in case for those that are not aware, this is a like a outlet strip mall- it is not enclosed space that links the stores.

We make the drive from south Kalamazoo county to visit this mall. We like many of the specialty shops and the outdoor atmosphere is great.

Get a membership. My boyfriend dragged me up here and I instantly fell in love! This is the mecca for retail therapy

Have been going here since it opened. Went this week Monday (got there around 7:30) and over half the stores were closed by 7pm. So FYI if you want to shop go early in the day. I even checked the hours online (posted as 10am-9pm) and only thing stated is some store hours may very. Wasted trip only could go to one store we wanted to shop at! Would be nice if all store hours were posted online.

I highly recommend that you must be meet Heather and Tracy, who is so kind, at the shopper services office. Specially Tracy, she was very kind and gentle, caring for her guests and our family, and gave us a lot of information and products. She made us want to go back to the Tanger outlet mall again.

Experience with this outlet mall was good. Not all of the stores were open but the ones that we did go into were clean, very well organized, and the staff were helpful. Would probably visit this place again if we were ever in the area.

I liked it. If you shop here alot Id recommend the VIP section. The levels are costly but the rewards are good as well. In the winter the VIP section has hot chocolate. Seems more lively in the summer than in the winter.

Its a beautiful place, me and my family come here all the time to get new clothes and just to have a good time! There are a lot of outdoor walking so its easier to stay safe!

Love this place! It’s a great stop along the way if your coming to or from Grand Rapids. They have a variety of popular stores at the awesome outlet price. I would recommend to anyone looking for a quick stop or to go on a shopping day.

The staff here do a great job at providing a safe and clean shopping experience. I recommend becoming a member and taking advantage of the discounts. There are bathrooms, and a wide variety of shops.

A nice outlet center with interior walkways for people and parking on the perimeter. Some stores are definitely factory stores versus more traditional outlet stores which means products are made specifically for this market. Good diversity of stores, lighting, and bathrooms. Only four stars due to lack of food options.

No places to eat or drink while here - many empty store fronts and most outlets are chaotic, understaffed, undermerchanized and unclean. Maybe just make some orders online and skip

I went there on Black Friday. Seemed like they had enough parking for an extremely large number of cars. Has a lot of stores as which had decent prices. This place dont have Puma though which was also one of the store I was looking for. All in all it was a good shopping experience.

Tanger is a great outdoor visit. Its like a leisurely walking path. Theres, trees, nature sounds, and your partner gets to blow some money which makes them happy too. A bit cold sometimes

This is a good place to shop and find good deals. This is an open air mall, you walk outside from store to store, which isnt ideal for winter weather. There are many stores and more are opening soon. There are also places to eat around the mall.

It has some major stores like old navy h and m ECT, but there is a lot of empty stores making it a fast trip.

Clean and pretty. Had a store for everyone on my Christmas shopping list. Bathrooms were also clean. Wish they had more restaurants. Only choice is Subway and a pretzel shop. Other than that Tanger is a perfect place to shop!

We have been to Tanger outlet in previous years but today was first time this year, very different for 2 reasons. #1 reason is food trucks everywhere which is great if youve ever been there before you know they dont have any food unless u want a hot dog. #2 lines to get into the busiest stores or smaller stores and most lines are long. But had beautiful weather today.

Not impressed with this place. I thought the prices were supposed to be lower being that its an outlet plaza, but the prices were about the same.

Almost all the good and fancy brands are available. I wished they could have extended their operating hours and have a food court around. The fire place is kinda cool one to have during winter!Will come n visit again for sure.
