Good place to pick up. Almost always ready and if not the loader is quick to get you loaded and is very pleasant. Paperwork is simple.

Very unorganized poor management ..its a dead end job no growth no teamwork . I simply wouldnt advise none of my friends or family here.. Reminder only one 30 minute break. Its like a slave job

Place is very unprofessional! Does not give raises anually as any other company does. Insurance is garbage. Fred (plant manager) gives empty promises on the regular. The owners are by far the biggest cheap asses out there. By far one of the worse companies to work for in the grand rapids area. No bonuses or quality incentives. Very fraudulent individuals to work for! Their motto should be Expect the most, give nothing, and underappreciate

Work here and get treated like you mean something to the company.
