Was very disappointed in the personal treatment I received here. I was doing b laundary in the center they have no bathroom services so I go to staters making sure to always purchase as well. Im a clean well kept persona but dont dress to the 10s to do wash. It was cold that day an a bit of rain I was in a shorts an tennis shoes along with my new very warm winter coat which was longer than my shorts an it was a bit out of place based on the weather but it was wash day an you wear what ever isnt dirty. Apon Entered the store was sized up a down stared at an felt so judged got a few items an headed to the bathroom located in back of store asked a worker for the door code an again looked at up an down I carry a clear bag so it was easy to see I had no intention of misd using there restroom ..was barely in an the loud knocking began an contuined the entire time. I was so upset embarrassed an very insecure at this point was detained the moment I stepped out my purse was looked over an I was asked to show my pockets which I refused to do. I bought the items I needed an left caring an feeling so dirty an humiliated. I wont ever go back there Id rather pee in my shorts than be treated like a common criminal or homeless person. Shame on all of you

Another one of my favorite Staters. The sushi is fresher and the flowers are more beautiful and a bigger selection. Its nice and clean.

Staff was very helpful...just not enough staff on floor...had to look around for about 5 mins to get a question answered..over all staff was helpful when available.

Everybody here is always friendly. They have great energy. Always so very helpful. The store is clean and organized. I literally come here 3x a week. lol

These butchers should not be cutting flap meat aka Ranchera like this, bought 3lbs of meat in it was one huge chunk. Please note that this is not right. This is just pure laziness and a lack of work ethic. Food 4 less does better work than this.

I love Stater Bros & I grew up shopping there in Riverside. About this store in Grand Terrace: its a very nice & clean store, but it only has one entrance so be careful in the parking lot, especially if youre handicapped (like me).

I have been a stater bros shopper for over 40 years all have friendly and very helpful but I have to say how impressed I was with there store and how well stocked and clean it was im new to the area been there twice and will continue to shop there thank you Stater bros

We order cake this weekend and it was the BEST !! the bread was super soft bread and the filling delicious 😋 thanks we usually never finish a cake at a party but this time the whole cake went!!

I love stater bros, especially the one on Barton Rd. They always have everything I need and the workers are friendly and helpful if you ever have trouble finding something.

I always go here for good cuts of meats. But everytime I come here the cashiers always seem to have an attitude. Like they think they are better then everyone or something. They snap at people. Just rude workers. I much rather go to the Colton staters before here. But lately I been going to grocery outlet, better service anyday.

Grand Terrace is one of the few Stater Bros. That cleans really well and the employees wear masks correctly although Insta Cart shoppers seems to prefer the under the nose style.

Ive been to plenty of stater bros in the inland empire, and I have to say this stater bros in grand terrace is the best overall, While waiting in line, I remember I forgot the tapatio, just happen a worker was coming my way, I stop him asked if he could direct me to which aisle the tapatio would be, he then ask me what size would you like, small size I said and he went right over got it for me, I was totally surprised I didnt have to get out of line, I wish there were more gentlemen like this,I only wish I would have gotten this young man name, your customer serves is over the top and thank you for teaching your young men to be gentlemen, I will be coming back to this starter bros.

The stater bros in Grand terrace seems to be out of products and prices seem to be raised alot where as the staters in colton on valley is always stocked and prices are less then. I may be wrong about the latter but it is what it seems. Also I obtained a staters check cashing card years ago but never used it til the other day when I tried to use it with an 8 dollar check from my old bank that I closed out and was told I couldnt use it to cash anything but a personal check. I dont thing it could be anymore personal than that. I mean it was from my back and was wrote out to me. Seriously. I plan on switching to food for less.

Clean, short lines, if it lines get long they alwYs open another line, staff are so courteous and helpful! Prices are ok, slightly high but Albertsons is higher!

Always had great experiences here. They were out of sourdough bread and someone went to the back and found one for me. Also, one time I accidentally got a yogurt that was opened and they went and got me a different one. Anytime I need help lifting heavy items they are ready and willing. I also usually have meats cut behind the counter and they do a great job. They will even remove skin and fat if you like.

My store employees are always nice and helpful. Im always asking them question about this and that and the employees always answer me with a smile and if theres anything else I need. We are trying to go to the store once a month with this pandemic and its all I can do to make it to the check out. Today I was pleasantly surprised to have an employee come up behind me and offered to unload my cart!!!!! ( thank you, thank you !!) It was really rough when this pandemic started and almost all the shelves were empty. That was a really scary time. Im glad to see that the shelves are looking so much better. Just getting the paper towels I like really makes my day. Its the little things that will make my day.So again I say thank you to my Grand Terrace Stater Bros

This is our local grocery store and is 10 times cleaner and upscale vs the other Stater Bros in our city. They always have what you need and more. Their customer service is top notch and the butchers are always helpful and friendly. Ive been to other locations nearby and can tell a big difference between how they greet and treat you. Not to mention the type of crowds that the other stores attract in and around the vicinity.

I have been shopping from Grand Terrace Stater Bros since 1999. I love the personable Managers Steve and now Jeff. The service has always been of the highest degree. The quality of produce that Julio manages. The wonderful proficient and helpful Josephine and majority of guys behind the meat counter. From the bakery to produce, I have special ordered products, filed complaints and I am always amazed at how professional and people friendly the management has created with this amazing group of staff. Thats why I keep coming back.

They restock every 24 hours I like how controlled the community and the workers were everyone was pretty cool today and I think its great that theyre limiting everyones purchases so that they can give everyone a little something instead of letting one person purchase everything and hog it all. all they want is for everyone to behave when entering their store and have respect for one another

8/31/19 - From Cub Scout Pack 242 GT. Today a not nice person tricked our popcorn sellers and gave them a fake 100 hundred bill and got away with $90 cash.....we were all pretty bummed about it when just now the staff of Stater Brothers came out and donated $100 of thier own money to us to replace what was taken. Huge thanks to the stater brothers team for making our day a lot better and showing us how good the people of Grand Terrace are. We love Stater Brothers Grand Terrace

I used to get cakes from their bakery all the time and was satisfy with them. Last cake I got was not a good experience but I decided to give them one more try since past times I had no issues. BIG mistake. I order a cake for my son birthday party on Wednesday to be picked up on Saturday when I went to pick it up they had no idea what I was talking about. They didn’t have my cake and the employee helping me ( if you can call it that) was not helpful at all. They didn’t care that they didn’t have my cake and didn’t do anything to try to fix the issue. I left very upset and no cake for my sons birthday party.Horrible experience!!!!

Went to the butcher today there was a lady helping us. Seems like she didnt want to be there. My husband was trying to decide how much meat he needed and when he asked to have it seasoned she sound kind of rude asking with what. When we got home she had put so much on it we couldnt even eat it. It was to salty. 40 dollars of meat wasted

We recently moved from IL to CA and I have to say Stater Bros is superb compared to any grocery stores we had in IL. The produce is excellent along with great selection. Also the meat and fish taste so much more fresh. I had to give this store a 4 instead of a 5 because of the long check out lines and some (not all) of the immature staffing. During peak times they will only have one fast line open and 2 regular lines. A majority of the check out staff are immature employees that seem more focused on chatting amongst themselves, and talking about other employees, than focused on the customer, they barely say hello. Tip to the manager: have a team meeting on professionalism in the public workforce!

Awesome store clean and friendly.

The meat department was excellent season my steaks upon request even though they were already shut down. The bakery department was great the older lady was just phenomenal engaged in conversation and such. However the Checker and the bag girl were less than friendly and seemed very opinionated. I would say the girls were over all- very rude.
