Ordered 30 spray heads, they charged my card right away, 10 days later nothing arrived, called, got the run around, hung up on, transferred to full mailboxes, then finally after 5th call was told they never shipped the order, asked for a refund after such poor customer service, they said they would charge a restocking fee for something never shipped, not acceptable, when I demanded a full refund, I got hung up on, and after more calls got transferred around to full mailboxes, still waiting for a refund after 10 calls, these people have extremely poor organization and customer service, havent seen anything like this in my life, steer clear of these people.
