Wonderful store and products! This store has been my Go-to for one of the best multivitamins in the world called the Super-vit. Theres a huge difference between their supervite and competitor multivitamins. My body has noticed a big difference when Ive switched brands in the past. Thats why if the supervit is in-stock, I get a big supply because they have run out of stock due of the high demand. Also, the owner is very knowledgeable and a great resource for supplement questions.I would ignore the low star comments from people who are not his customers complaining that he guards the few parking spots hes allotted. His frustration shows from dealing with a lot of ignorant people from the businesses next to him taking all the parking while many of his customers are only stopping by for just a few minutes to grab vitamins on their work break or lunch hour.Overall, the store and owner are a valuable resource to the area and they carry the best quality products. I highly recommend them!

The owner is HORRIBLE. He came out if his store a just started yelling at me to move my car instead of just asking nicely. I am reporting his business to the BBB and to the city.

This old dude will literally stand in the window and watch to see where people park. He thinks he owns the 3 spaces in front of his shop. Sorry, no you dont! The lot is public parking. The people going to Ranch Cafe use all the curbside spaces that are open, since their doing most of the business in that area. This old man will also come out and confront you if you park in one of the 3 spaces he has marked from a sign hanging in business windows! He approached me one day and I told him to get out of my face and Ill park anywhere I wanted here that he didnt own any parking spaces!!!

The guy that runs the store is crazy and rude!!! We had an appointment next door but didn’t know if we were in the right place, so we pull in and park. I wish I was joking but the moment we pull in this old man runs outside starts yelling and pointing at his signs. Mind you we didn’t even have time to read any of the signs. I wish it was an exaggeration but we literally had been there 3 seconds. So he comes running out screaming and pointing, we immediately put the car in reverse and he still is point and yelling. So I roll my window down and apologize, doesn’t matter still angrily pointing. Then proceeds to stare at us for the next 30 minutes until we walked in next door for our appointment. Honestly there is just no reason to be that much of a jerk, especially since he didn’t even know if we were customers or not. Obviously he doesn’t understand customer service or having customers in general.

Run as far away from this place as you can, the owner is a scam artist, my brother suffers from anxiety and he finessed him into buying a product claiming it would 100% work, always he tries to force people to buy products saying you better hurry and its the last item available. Hes shady and tries to manipulate people into buying. RUN, and spend your money elsewhere. All the negative reviews are true.

California girl who spent 10 yrs. in Kansas and only found quality equal to it here. Wow, I cant believe how poorly people rate this place. Forget parking and realize how lucky you are to have this guy and his establishment at your fingertips. God bless him.

The helpful man who runs the store reminded us that he is not very friendly by assuming that we werent here to purchase health food. He pointed to his horribly designed sign that stated we were in HIS parking lot. He continued to make gestures at his sign as if he was proud of it. I wouldnt personally be proud of it, but whatever. Anyway, he Continued to gesture to his 3 parking spaces, one at a time. One, two, three, sign. One, two three, sign. I needed some clarification, because again, poorly designed sign. I rolled down my window and asked him which spaces were his. He IGNORED me! How rude. I didnt end up going in. I had already decided to go somewhere else. Best car-buying experience Ive ever had.

I just read the reviews of Super Natural Health Food Center. I think it is important to remember as you read reviews that you may be getting only one side of the issue. When I have a complaint about a business, I like to talk to them about it when both sides are calm. They have unique supplements that you cannot find in any other state. They have been in business for 45 years. They match prices from other local stores on national brand supplements. In a small business it is totally possible that when someone calls, the person might be working the register, helping a customer, etc., and have no customers 30 minutes to an hour later. Thank you

I am sharing this for Joe, the owner of Super Natural Health food Center. He wanted to respond to some of the negative statements. Regarding comments about the parking areas, the individuals who made the comments are not customers. Joe told them he tries to save the 3 spots up front for older customers who have difficulties walking far. One of the critical reviewers gave Joe the finger. There are plenty of parking spots for able bodied individuals going to the other stores. There are two sides that dont often get expressed by negative reviewers. Thank you. Kelly

Went to buy a product here because natures pantry was having problems with thier distributor it was twenty dollars more but I needed it asap so I decided to go ahead. Gave him my debit card told him I wasnt sure if my check had gone through yet but go ahead and run it and if not Id pay cash. Apparently he really wanted the cash he ran it and it has a chip and he doesnt have a reader he said it didnt work go ahead and pay with cash. I told him yeah it has the chip so if you dont have a reader you can manually type it in he said oh that doesnt work here. Oh I said well let me go ahead and just wait then and he told me you better get it now its the last one I have. I told him nah Im gonna wait and he said well let me try it another way took the card and manually typed it in which he said they could not do there 😒😩😂 I was happy when he said declined go ahead and pay in cash and I said no Im going to wait its twenty dollars cheaper where I usually get it. I have been here through the years, he has always been rude and condescending in the past but hes close to home so I ignored it when I was in a pinch but no more. Not only is he rude and condescending but hes completely shady and overpriced, Im done. Found my product in a little store a block from the river market for five dollars less than even natures pantry😁 also if you go to super natural like I did because its just close there is literally one on main street with nice people who actually are helpful and not condescending when you have questions.

I had called to check to see if theyd had a vitamin supplement that I needed. The gentleman to answer the phone was extremely rude and would not give any prices over the phone. When I arrived at the store he was in fact more rude than ever . I asked him why he could not give me a price over the phone he stated that he had too many customers to look up prices. When I arrived at the store there was one customer in the store! Save your time go somewhere else. I did not buy anything from the store. I have now chosen to go to the Vitamin Shoppe in Overland Park worth the drive great customer service

BEWARE this store is a rip off and the owner is a crook. Needed a supplement, my regular store was backordered. Called to make sure they had it and ask the price, man said he had it but was too busy to go check the price and then hung up. I went there anyway, the store was empty of customers, the bottles were behind the counter about a foot from the phone, the price was double what I normally pay. I had to peel off the price tag to check expiration date and discovered to WAS expired by 3 months. Owner got mad, started yelling said I had to pay or else, I left and will never go back.

I love supporting local shops and have been to this store before. I also enjoy speaking with people who are unconventional and have enjoyed talking with the owner in the past. This weekend I needed a supplement that I usually get online, but I wanted it right away and happened to be driving by this store. Asked him for the supplement, he showed me his SuperNatural brand. When I asked for one of the two brands I prefer, he said he did not have that and his is better because it is mixed tocopherols and non-GMO. So are the two brands I mentioned, but whatever. I wish I could say I just left and went to the other store on Main St, but I was a pansy and just allowed myself to be bullied into buying what HE decided I should want (at a price that is more than I expected!). As I was backing out of my parking spot, I saw him peeping out of the window at someone walking on the sidewalk in front of his store talking on his cell phone. Rather than unique and quirky, he strikes me as mentally unstable and I do not intend to return again. There are other locally owned stores nearby, though. Because I do not trust him, I also do not trust the supplement he sold me. He strikes me as paranoid. If you do decide to go, I hope you will just leave without purchasing if you cannot get what it is you really want from this store.
