I really enjoyed the fact that a representative greeted me immediately and helped me find exactly what I needed. Once I found that and wanted to browse they werent coming up to me every other second which was nice. Thanks for the good experience!

My friends wedding was today and she had scheduled and put a deposit down for her makeup appointment. She got a call today one hour before her appointment with Sephora cancelling her makeup appointment because the stylist called in sick. They did not even try to make it right or offer a phone number for one of their other stylists after causing such a turmoil on her WEDDING DAY!! Good luck trying to use them for an important event, they might cancel one hour before!

This is my go-to Sephora. The staff are top tier and SO helpful. They always have great recommendations and offer to order items online for me that aren’t in store.

I had a crummy experience all around. I went in for 3 things: to smell a perfume Id heard about, to get my birthday present, and to get a bag for an online order/gift. They didnt have the perfume -which I honestly totally understand. I was bummed, but expecting them to have every fragrance is unrealistic. So I went to the register to get my birthday gift. I was told I only had a two week grace period and he was unable to give it to me. Ive been a beauty insider for 10 years, this has never happened to me. I then explained I had an online order sent to me and it was a gift. I asked if I could have a bag for wrapping/presenting. He asked his manager via mic but didnt explain my reasoning (that I made an online purchase). I was told no because I didnt make a purchase. I walked out seriously confused and frustrated by the lack of customer service. I went to a different location and got my birthday present and bag; no problem.

Clean, the staff is nice wonderful selections from top brands. I purchased Sephora Liquid Lipstick and Eyeshadows from the same line. Their liquid Lipstick will last a long time through your day. I am always happy to return and get more quality makeup.

My purpose for going to Sephora was to buy a gift card for a family member. When I arrived at the store, there were two young girls ahead of me in line as we all waited for an employee to come an open the door due to patron limitations.The employee came over and ushered the two girls in front of me to come in. One of the young girls was wearing a blue surgical style mask and the other wearing a typical cloth one. The store associate came over to me and asked me what I was shopping for and I told her that I needed to purchase a gift card. She stopped me from coming any further into the store and told me the plastic shield that I was wearing wasn’t allowed even though it covered my entire face. The sign on the front of their store said that a mask or face covering must be worn but nothing signifying that a plastic face shield was not allowed. She then proceeded to tell me that the transaction would have to be done outside the store.So, I am not welcome in their store but she was more than willing to take my money anyways. As I looked around, not one of their employees or customers were wearing an N95 mask which are said to be the only masks that could deter the spread of a virus. I then changed my mind about purchasing a gift card and instead decided to contact their corporate office.The individual over seeing their customer relations department gave a bogus response stating that neither I or a 2 year old would be allowed to enter their store wearing a plastic shield. It was either wear a mask or shop online or curb side pick up. I asked her why their company has such animosity towards individuals wanting to breathe in fresh oxygen and not CO2. She didn’t have an answer.If Sephora doesn’t care about how they discriminate against their customers, then why not give a shout out to their competitors?!Instead of shopping at Sephora, shop at* Ulta* Beauty Counter* Avon* Aveda* Mary Kay* TruAura

I am really impressed with the staff at this location. I came in with a problem with one of my products and they replaced it for me, which was totally unexpected and made my day! Aside from the awesome staff, they have a large variety of products and a very clean store.

I was at this location a few days ago and all of the staff were so friendly and helpful. I especially connected with Rose. She went above and beyond to really listen to what my skin care needs were and showed me the best products for my skin. Rose is so sweet and I instantly felt like I found my skin guru. I can’t wait to go back!

Always a pleasure shopping in there. Initially I was nervous because some of my friends didnt have the greatest experience but I have been 3 times and every single time the staff has been helpful and seemed like they really enjoy their job. I literally go to Sephora every month because this is where I buy my make up so I got a fill up every month these women and men that work there are great super helpful and would do anything for you in the make up department to help you at the end of the day These people are super friendly and good at their job

I absolutely will not step foot into this store until I hear of massive change and see different faces employed. I am a well dressed, professional in my 40’s. Every time I have visited this location I am closely followed, glared at, looked up and down, given dirty looks and not given any space to even browse. I have even heard employees communicating rudely through their headsets. I completely understand that theft is an issue when running a mall store with smaller sized products but I assure you, making people feel uncomfortable while they are trying to browse and explore on their (limited) spare time is just rude. Find another way to handle loss prevention. I’ll stick with a more welcoming atmosphere that I find at Ulta or Macy’s.

The store is clean and the employees werent too pushy. I dont wear makeup so I am going to guess the product is nice too. The mall is busy so that makes lots of kids there but they dont tend to go in the store. The store is a respite of smells and makeup. A true Sephora.

Cant beat the selection of makeup anywhere picking up eyeshadow always can find your color match

My teenaged granddaughter and I frequently shop here. The staff is wonderful, helping my granddaughter learn to use products that she is unfamiliar with. This is always a must visit every trip to the mall.

They always follow me around like Im stealing. Even though I spend a lot of money there and am a Rouge member, they still do. Everytime. Other than that, I really like the store.

I had Stevie help me, she is definitely the sweetest Sephora employee Ive ever met. She was very polite and kind, she made good conversation and brightened my day!

Extremely friendly, fun-loving staff and incredible customer service. I was asked by the floor manager, Andrea, if I needed help, and she took her time with me and answered all of my questions even though I could tell she was busy. At one point she even stopped to ask one of her coworkers through the mic & earpiece to watch the floor while she helped me. I told her it was 100% okay if she needed to pass me over to someone else to help me, but she smiled genuinely and said it was fine - she really wanted to help! Love this Sephora!

Their products are good, but noone really shows different ones to you. People dont get serviced there.

Not enough variation

I shop here frequently and have for several years from being in the beauty industry for almost a decade. The staff there normally leaves me alone to do my shopping since Im there often and thats how I like to shop anyway. I have definitely noticed that if I go in with a full face of makeup everyone is super friendly and doesnt crowd over my shoulder. But if I walk in with my frumpy day off clothes with little or zero makeup one or both of the managers with hand me a basket as a method of detering me from stealing like they think Im going to do or Ill just be glared at in close proximity and followed around my entire shopping trip. Just recently I had one manager stare me down while I was looking at an end display. When I made my way to the checkout I also was trying to find a specific travel kit and she stood shoulder to shoulder while I browsed the tiny checkout aisle. When I was finally ready she slammed a product on the counter as if I disrupted her busy work, even though the only thing she had been doing prior was stare at me, then she simply holds put her hand for me to give her the products I was going to purchase. She asked for my number after scanning everything which was odd, but she instantly changed her tone after I assume she saw how many points I have on my account. She did a complete 180 because she, for the first time, smiled at me and gave me a friendly goodbye. I have defended sephora for years and have offered to go in with friends so they dont feel belittled or overwhelmed, just so they can have a good experience buying high quality beauty products. I work in the mall as well as for Loreal, but I have to say with this last encounter I had with management its almost enough to turn me to online shopping. This sour and unprofessional behavior is unacceptable and just plain sad to see such a poor attitude.

I have yet to have a poor experience at this Sephora. Service is great and the store well kept.

APRIL 2019 Store associates (Kelly w/ purple hair) and manager (Misael) mistook me and my daughter to be teens. We were stalked the entire visit at Sephora. We had no space to make a decision because we were followed throughout the store. I asked to speak with the manager Misael to no avail. Next security was called. This is not the first time this happened to me and my daughter at this store.Later called back for a followup, I spoke with the store director Christine who informed me that Misael was no longer employed with the company. I asked for corporate and the district manager email and/or telephone number but she refused.
