Jerry completely rebuilt my Kawasaki Jet Mate. Put in a bigger engine. New exhaust. New seats, etc. Super impressed with it. We had to troubleshoot a few issues in the build, but PWR handled it extremely well. Recommend for all PWC repairs.

I bought 2 skis 3 yrs ago. Not even put in during COVID last yr. They have NEVER once both run at the same time. Put thousands in for rebuilding an engine in 1 at PWC. LESS than 1 tank of gas & cylinders leaking oil AGAIN! The other one he also worked on wont run at all. Both are down with less than 5 hours riding time on either of them by us TOTAL since we bought them!! He saw a fool walk in and took us to the cleaners. I asked him to buy them back. He refused. AND even though I had to haul them 5 hours so he could fix them, The crook charged me $810 for storage!! If they had worked, I would not have even had to bring them back to him!!!!! RUN! Who are all these 5 star reviews from local guide paid reviewers? Certainly not customers.

Absolutely had a great experience. When my Wtfes old Waverunner was on it’s last leg, the owner walked through all the options in person. No sales pitch, just the facts and let us drive away and talk. Ended up with a new Awesome ride that his whole shop helped to shine and load. Back having lunch in Grand Haven on a new, FAST, smooth ride

I got a used starter from them with a 1 year warranty. I didn’t have to wait two weeks for one in the mail. Called in the morning and picked it up the same day. Real nice people

This guy is complete junk...charged me for work i didnt even want and left the same starter in my ski after he billed me for a new one...never ever use this sham of a business!!!!

The owner is an Awesome guy and very knowledgeable about Personal Watercraft. I would recommend you have you maintenance and repairs done here.

These people know their profession. The best place to take your PWC. I drive 2½ hours to have them work on my stuff. They are a little pricey and very busy so dont expect to drop it off and pick it up tomorrow. They are first come first serve (no appointments) they are worth the wait and the cost because you know it will be fixed right the first time.

I spent 2 grand getting a motor fixed last year before winter. Took the boat out this year for a max of 10 hours, the same engine they fixed seized and now they want another 2 grand to fix it. Now I have to sue them for both the work they’ve done (I honestly don’t believe they did all they said) and the work I’m going to have to get done to it now. I highly recommend going to a different location. I might add, it took them over a month to even get to it.

He has used PWR for years and has been satisfied with there service.What i have to say is i feel extremely confident riding my 24 yr old jetski for hours now with NO fear of failure after having them repair it, which is exactly what I wanted!When i dropped off my ski i said i wanted to be able to ride it on the big lake no problem for at least a few hours.and well... as I write this after my grand haven day trip i have to give a big THANKS to PWR for making my summer awesome!

Jerry repairs and stores all my skis. He has done an excellent job for over 10 years. This repair shop is the place to go hands down!!!!

Jerry is a very reasonable person to work with and has any used jetski part you might need. Usually takes a day to get it pulled.

Best place to get parts if you have an older jet ski and cant find parts.

Find another choice. Especially if you have any mechanical aptitude. Otherwise you will quite possibly be very insulted. Felt like their approach to business was similar to SE Florida.

I bought a used jet pump at a fair price and it’s worked great ever since. Jerry is great to work with and I highly recommend.

My starter went out on my seadoo and Jerry had a whole bucket full of used ones. He sells them with one year warranties. Installed the starter and havent had a problem since.

I had a very bad experience here. I brought in my PWC for a tuneup. I was told a few weeks since they were busy. I called after 3 and 4 weeks but was told, they will call me when complete. After 2 months I showed up to claim my PWC. There was paperwork completed and an estimate for $2000. Why was I not called? So, I still wanted my PWC which they gave me with the heads and exhaust removed. Now I get to invest the time to put it back together and get it working. This all could have been avoided if they would have called me with what they found WHEN they found it. Also, bad organization of paperwork. Took a long time to find the details about the PWC as it was buried under stacks of other papers

They do not tell you the truth of whats really wrong.And then use used parts without you knowing it.Buyer Beware when it comes to this place.Very Dirty and unorganized as well.

Had some work done here on my seadoo only to find out that the cost was astronomical! 40% mark up on the parts and they were not even OEM parts, the OEM parts were cheaper.They do good enough work but with the crazy mark up and overpriced shop rate and taking there sweet time it ends up being double the cost. Fox power sports was cheaper and used OEM parts! Dont get your wallet cleaned out because these guys good at soaking up your cash.

By far the worst experience u can get ..they do un autharized work without calling you to verify the work first and than still charge you for it...I wouldnt recommend my worst enemy to this place..Do not go here
