I didnt get a oil change

For the oil change and multi point inspection, service is always pretty quick and everything is documented, so you can see their measurements and the health of your vehicle.

Expect to wait a LONG time. I stopped going here due to multiple long waits just for an oil change or tire rotation. Not worth wasting an afternoon or morning. I dont care if a movie is playing in the waiting room or not.

After purchasing a brand new Ford Transit Connect work van Ive brought it to Borgman for its first 3 oil changes. Last two visits their tech left oil stains and finger prints all over my white paint. This last visit today he also left oil stains on my interior from grabbing the door pillar to reach inside and change my sticker. After I brought it to the service departments manager, the tech came out with a shop rag and just wiped it down and said sorry. Sorry doesnt get that oil off my clear coat so now I have to go wash my vehicle yet again after they serviced it. Wont be returning in the future.
