I have to say we can trust LC, he will give you an honest view. I am greatful for a solid guy to deal with.
Called for some rotors to see if they had them instock they said if i did not have the VIN number they could not help me because that vehicle had hundreds of brake configurations which is a lie called other dealers they didnt even ask for the VIN and the hundreds of configurations was an LS or Denahi the difference is the LS has an 11.7 inch rotor compared to a Denahi 12.7 inch rotor so if you need parts or help with parts dont bother with their incompetence they are no help and lack the knowledge.
As big as your dealership is I would think your website would work better. Honestly one of the worst ever. Very jerky makes you click on things on accident over and over. Frustrating to say the least.
If you like paying 124.00 an hour for service work that a local garage could do I would recommend going here besides the high labor charge a 32.00 shop supply and don’t forget I purchased my vehicle their so I should also pay for the loaner car . That won’t happen again I should have figured out it was going to be a horrible experience when trying to call for an appointment and just get voice mails and put on hold one would think with those kind of charges you could at least have staff in place good luck with your new building project as you lost my businessThom
We ordered our Enclave about a year ago not knowing how long it would take. We didnt want the car before May. They ordered the car and it arrived several weeks before we wanted to take possession and kept it for us until we needed it. There was absolutely no pressure for us to pay for it before we picked it up. Judi was great during the whole process.Recently got one of our free oil changes and there too it was a great experience with minimal waiting. Nice waiting room and free popcorn.
For those who are looking at buying a vehicle from betten baker- dont. They do not have an issue selling rust buckets of cars that do not belong on the road.One year after buying our truck we have been told by multiple mechanics they are impressed it has not folded in on itself. We went back to see if betten would make it right. Answer- no. They wont.After talking with a few people this is not the first time this has happened. Techs have actually written on the forms for vehicles that they should not be driven on the road. Then a week later they are on the lot.And while talking with a rep now- he did not deny it happens. So now here we sit with a 6k paper weight.The picture below is a 2 foot section of our frame missing. Did not get that way in one year.

I took a vehicle to Betten Baker Buick that only needed the body control module reprogrammed after a used replacement was put in the vehicle. This is something the dealer should know exactly how to proceed with, and I was told they needed the vehicle for half a day. After having my vehicle for ¾ of a day, I hadn’t heard back anything. I called and was told it was ready to be picked up and was told they could not reprogram the BCM so that the odometer was correct. Instead, my odometer was still frozen at what the BCM said the mileage was, which was not what the ECM or vehicle had on it. Even though I had no solution given, I was charged the diagnostic fee of $95, which I begrudgingly paid considering I was no further ahead and there was no resolution. I was told to wait out front for my vehicle. After twenty minutes, I went back inside to see what the holdup was just to find out the service adviser “forgot” about getting my vehicle. It then took him another ten minutes to get my vehicle to me, for a documented and timestamped total of 30 minutes from when I paid my bill to when my vehicle was released to me, unfixed. So not only did they charge me and tell me they couldn’t do something a dealer is able to do, but then proceeded to waste my time after they “forgot to bring me my vehicle” around front. It was at this point that I decided I was going to make a complaint about the whole ordeal, not using the fact that I paid for a service where I was basically told there was no resolution and sent away. I did not know where to start my contact, so I used their online help service to request someone from management call me back. No call was returned for two days, so I called direct and asked for a manager in service. I was directed to a voicemail, and no call was returned.Betten Baker, your phone recording even states “We know your time is valuable” yet you have zero customer service. You could have stated before time of service that you cannot reprogram your own ECM, BCM, or IPC’s so all three modules can agree on a number for the odometer to read and function properly; a quick Google search shows this is not an uncommon issue. You have a broken system where a customer can be “forgotten” standing outside. You need to establish some form of customer service, even if you only make contact with the customer to say there was no resolution. You need to ensure your techs are making the best use of your time and the customer’s money because with modern vehicle and electronic technology, making these systems work right again is a key function for a vehicle. GM’s MDI and Global Diagnostics software allow modifications like this to avoid or resolve this exact scenario. I am less than pleased with the outcome; rather, I am extremely unhappy with it. You have my name, my number, you can look all my info up if you wish to contact me back after seeing that not doing so caused bad press. What I will not tolerate is you responding with the comment for me to contact you at your given number because I already did that. I was more than pleasant; I never made any issue with the service adviser because he is just a middleman in the equation. Even when he admitted that he forgot to bring my vehicle up (even though the service dept was not very busy), I was not unpleasant to him. I have given you every chance to contact me and at least offer an apology, but my last option is to leave an honest review.

I am still waiting on a phone call but I think Ill just go back to the dealership rather than wait. Other than that John is awesome. He listened to my concerns and worked with me. They dont try force you to do anything you dont want to do. Nice selection. Friendly staff.
Lener Montes in Used Car Sales was excellent to work with. Zero pressure sales tactics! They made buying my Equinox easy. They work with credit unions for financing and I got a better rate with a CU than any conventional bank could offer. I highly recommend this dealership.
Bad customer service... the sales man I had was rude and had an attitude until he got his commission. He chaperoned as I went on my test drive several times and when asking questions about the car, he was very irritable. If it wasnt for wanting my dream car, I wouldnt had dealt with him or the company altogether (not a good look for the company as a whole). The only good thing was that I was able to leave with my dream car. (That deserves one star at least)
Horrible Service in Service AreaI have had to take my vehicle in multiple times for the same things. First I stand there not to be spoken to, then to have any of the guys punching the information into the system treat and speak to you like you are bothering them. Phone calls to me are rude and not once have they fixed the problem. My car has been there now for two days and I get a call this afternoon with him telling me I am sorry but you are going to have to pay to get this fixed WHAT?! This is my 4 or 5th time taking it in for the same leak. Then I get and the power steering we can not make it make that sound. I almost took his head off. I tried to say very calm that this was impossible because it is none stop when you are driving the car. I asked did someone take it for a drive? he did not know that answer. I am sorry but I am NOT going to be quite on this anymore. We buy our cars from you and you have this kind of people working for you. I am sure that you are making people not to want to buy from you again.
They will give you the runaround. I had bought extended warranty for my work truck. Soon as the tranny went out they decided they didnt want to cover it because all of a sudden it was a commercial vehicle, after they had already covered things on it. So they cancelled my policy. And then took 3 months to give me my money back.

Ill start the review by disclaiming that I do work here and have been employed here for just over a year. That being said, from what I can see customers get taken care of in a very timely fashion, there is a wide selection of vehicles available because they own four separate dealerships, and they treat everyone like family, employees and customers included. The service department is always busy and our rates are always very comporable. I have brought my personal vehicles in to get serviced here and always trust the opinion that I get from the technicians.
I purchased my 2018 Silverado truck in Muskegon on Henry St. as they gave me a phenomenal price with incentives and just couldnt pass up....yet I work real close to Betten Baker Buick in Grandville and they treat me great when I need service. Courtesy Ride back to work or Rental Car if needed. I appreciate the Good Customer Service.
Service not that greatest. Wont even start with the staff their rude and you can just tell they have no customer respect. Starting from the service manager to the guy that took my truck to the back. I do not recommend this place at all just home they did the oil change the right way.

Grand Buick is the worst service I have ever received from a dealership, 1 star is too much! My truck was under warranty in June 2015, when a service air bag light went on. Brought truck in for service and the service department blew me off and told me I was in a hot state (Missouri) and someone had moved the seat to set off light. Service would not even look at the problem. I was told if it comes in if happen again they would look at it then. Light went on again in March 2016 and service told me truck was out of warranty, so I had to pay for the checking of light. Was told by service the service air bag light was from a week battery. Grand Buick wanted to sell me a battery at 200.00. Took my truck to a local mechanic down the road and they check it for free with their meter. The code was improperly installed air bag sensor. Grand Buick charged me 55.00 for a wrong scan and was going to cover charge me for a battery that would not have solve the problem. I have heard from people, Grand Buick has a history of overcharging customers and not fixing the problem. They tried it with me and only stole 55.00 from me. STAY AWAY FROM GRAND BUICK, poor service.
Worst customer service ever. Service guy is rude, didnt even say good morning. We sat down in the gallery for an hour and workers walked by and never said a word. Never coming back.
