Not a respectable, ethical or honest company. I have always liked their candles and have been buying about 10-15 a year for the past 10 years. However, after this last experience I will not be returning. I purchased an order online for about $93. I had a $50 gift card and had some funds in my Paypal account and I used that to cover the rest. To my dismay they put a hold on the full $93 in my Paypal account, despite having the gift card and this lasted for a full week. I badly needed that money to buy among other things, food. This was not disclosed when checking out and I have never had this happen when purchasing anything anywhere else with Paypal. This was unacceptable and I could not get a timely response from the company. They had not offered to make it right so I will not be buying from them again.

I am not a candle person. Mcayla and Dayna walked me through candles, defusers, Nd my house will smell so pretty for my mother in law. It wont smell like 2 large dogs live there.

Great Sales Clerk new the products very helpful.
