Fixed my kids shattered ipad screen for the 3rd time... I should buy stock in them. Quick turnaround time though fairly pricey.

Im in IT and we use Genius (now CPR) for our cell phone repairs, mainly screens, but also batteries and cell phone cameras. Weve had a couple of issues with screen replacements, but nothing they couldnt work out. They have decent pricing that is listed on their website so you know ahead of time what it costs without having to call. They typically repair within an hour or two and keep a lot of the common stuff on hand. Id say about three quarters of the repairs we do on iPhones, Samsung Galaxy S series, and Google Pixels are same day, but the rest take about a week to get parts. I recommend them.

They left dust in my camera and the new back is a slightly different color and material... wish they wouldve told me that before ordering it.Reply: I dont need anybody to diagnose the problems Ive already listed in my review? Im not going to waste my time coming in for you to look at my phone and tell me the things I can already see. If you want me to come in and adjust my review you should offer to clean out my camera, AT LEAST. wish i could lower the one star. Might just start having others give you a one star for such horrible service. Definitely dont deserve anything near the 4.2 you currently have.

Screen cracked on my iPhone so we went to get it replaced. Phone worked fine while the screen was cracked. They replaced the screen and it was glitchy, replaced it a total of three times and told me it’s internal. It worked fine until they replaced the screen. Now I need to buy a new phone.

Professional, friendly, to-the-point and informative. I dont know the average cost of a smashed phone screen and OLED repair is, but I think the price I paid was far more desirable than paying for a brand new phone.I dropped the phone off at 10 am and picked it up at 3 pm.

I bought a new phone to replace the trashed one with a broken screen. Verizon couldnt help me transfer my contacts as Google didnt back them up. GPS guys took care of it in a few hrs for a very reasonable price. Great guys and very knowledgeable.P.S. Dont go to Verizon!

Paid my $24.99 up front fee to have a technician examine my ps2 for what is wrong with it! They told me it couldnt be fixed due to not being able to order parts for this model. Over the phone they had a technical jargon for which part was bad in the machine🤔. O.k.! I when I went to pick up the ps2 I asked if they found the game in the console and they had no note on a disc that I had forgot to remove! Long story short is it came out that they never even opened it up for a diagnostics evaluation. Me knowingly have some knowledge on some mechanical things have never heard of someone charging money for a service without even a cursory examination of the problem. They said they charged me a bench fee to make a couple of calls looking for parts.Not sure what is a appropriate review of this business???? 🤔

Genius? More like below average intelligence. Took phone there for changing of charging port. They cracked me screen while repairing. They replaced the screen but a week later my phone got a screen bleed and it literally was sitting on counter all week. Got bleed fixed...$300 later...another bleed. Had no problems with my phone until I took it here....avoid....find someplace else!!

GPR is a great place to go if your looking for a great phone for an even better price. I bought a iPhone 8 Plus for 480$ today. The guy who helped me was able even able to get me a discount. GPR offers a 90 day warranty on any device you buy. If the battery isn’t working well they will fix it for free. I will go back to GPR for all my phone needs. The workers are extremely helpful and nice. 10/10 would recommend going here.

We sent in our iPad because sometimes it didn’t want to charge. We knew it was the charge port not the cord. When it was sent it in it was working just fine accept for the charge port. I called today to see if it was done and I could pick it up and they told me that it was fried and the only way that could have happened was water. They only place it would have come into contact with water is there because it worked just fine when I was there.

I was referred to Genius phone repair by AT&T because my IPhone home button wasnt working. I was greeted right away. The gentleman took my phone and removed some lint from the charge hole, did a few quick changes on my phone and handed it back to me. It worked and I was very pleased. I wasnt charged which surprised me. They are professional and quick to fix things. I was so impressed and will use them again.

I brought my Mac laptop for a diagnostic appointment due to issues with the screen. They stated it would take about 24 hours to review and give back. It actually took less than half the business day and was told by the worker that the issue with my laptop is common with my model and would be worth bringing to the Apple store in the Woodland Mall because there was a good chance they would fix it for free. I ended up bringing it to the Apple store, got it fixed for free, and it was returned in 3 quick days. It was super nice of the worker to tell me this because he could have given me a big bill to have Genius Phone Repair fix themselves. I appreciate their honesty!

Great place to go to get your phone fixed. Went in there because headset volume was low and they fixed it for free. Had to get my mic fixed due to an issue with siri but they forgot to check the volume on the phone again for the headset so had to go there 3 separate times for that. Overall great place just make sure you have them check for consistency issues before you leave.

I use to tell people to go to Genius all the time when I worked Computer Repair due to not doing phones... However now that I need a new screen called up Genius to get a quote on a screen repair. Just for the screen itself they wanted to charge me $115 I can order the part and fix it myself for under $30 brand new screen. From the Manufactor... DO NOT GO TO GENIUS THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF. Might as well either just buy a new phone or find someone who knows what they are doing and have them do it. I put genius on my list right next to best buys GEEK Squad as a Never go to place.

Came to the Grandville location with a system error on my android that wouldnt let me make calls or send texts. I thought Id have to do a factory reset, but they fixed the issue without any hassle and got my phone back the same day. Great customer service and I appreciated the quick work.

I received a good deal on my repair and it literally took her minutes to get my phone back to me. I would highly recommend this store if you are looking for a cost effective alternative to phone insurance that have high deductibles for repair.

I took my computer in because it was slow and wouldn’t log on, anyway Tyler and Robert not only fixed my computer and explained to me what was wrong they never charged me a dime! They were both very patient and very kind! I just needed more memory and I purchased a thingamajig lol for it. These guys were busy but still made time for me then never charged me a penny! I bought a refurbished phone from here the last week in July. Maybe my fault for purchasing a used phone, but it looked to be in mint condition and was assured it had passed all their tests. It has completely died within only two months. I never had consistent cell phone service, and it was not because of my provider. I think the company has a great idea and may be good at fixing broken screens on phones. I will never go back to this place, even if its to repair a cracked screen.

They BROKE MY CAMERA AND BLAMED IT ON ME. I had them fix my screen on my iPhone 7 and when the phone came back the selfie camera no longer worked and when I brought it back to them they told me it wasn’t working when I brought it in. WHICH WAS UNTRUE. So my suggestion is that if you’re going to bring anything to them is make sure you have proof that everything was working or just don’t go to them on account of the lack of integrity.

The customer service was great - it took less than 30 minutes for them to repair the screen of my iPhone 6. However, 3 days after having the screen repaired, my screen had a large crack in it - I did not drop it or do anything that would justify such an issue, which is why Im comfortable blaming it on the quality of the screen replacement itself. The screen I was given was not worth the $120 I spent on it and I would not recommend this service to anyone else.

I brought my very damaged ipod touch in to be fixed. It was done very quickly with solid work. About a month later it got cracked again. I brought it in and they gave me a big discount and helped me out. They have great service and i would recommend it going there!

Excellent service. My Galaxy S4s screen was damaged after I, stupidly, left it on the roof of my car. They repaired it within a day and it is working like new. They probably could have repaired it faster, but I could not wait for it. Hopefully I wont need to use them again, but if my phone is damaged they will be the first stop.

I had shattered my iPhone 4s screen and brought it in to get fixed at genius repair. They talked me into having a temper glass put on the top of the screen so that if it broke again the temper glass on top would brake instead of the actual screen, which cost me $100. I dropped my phone into a pile of clothes 5 days after getting it fixed and it hit my belt buckle, the screen broke, the actual screen, the temper glass is still fine.. and now i have to pay for another screen. >:(

I recently had an issue with the face plate on my phone. Both AT&T and our daughter recommend I go to your Grandville location. Initially the rep thought I would need the face replaced but took it to show a technician. After a very few minutes he returned with the face plate put back in position! I could not have expected any better handling of the situation. A truly fantastic experience with a great company.

I was having phone issues and brought mine in. My phones screen was coming and going, and they guessed my lcd was bad and quoted me at like $230. However on pickup, they told me the LCD was only loose and fixed it for only $80. What impresses me is they could have charged me for a new LCD and i would never have known! We tried selling our old phone to them, but they gave us the run-around. It was a Verizon phone, and we took the plan off of it, but they told us that there were outstanding fees on the phone from Sprint. The phone was never used with Sprint, and they didnt let us sell to them. So we went somewhere else.

Came in with a few problems on my phone and computer, mostly screen damage. Was expecting to pay a months worth of rent to fix it all. Ended up being cheaper than I anticipated. Got my phone and computer back at a reasonable time as well. Good stuff yall, keep it up.

The Grandville Wilson store has staff that is very knowledgable about a wide ranch of technological products. Phones computers laptob pads they can do it all.

I had broken the glass on my camera lens and attempted to fix it myself and in the process I cracked the back glass on my Samsung s7. I called Genius on a Saturday morning, they had the parts instock so I ran over to them. In less than 15 minutes my phone was fixed and Im happy. It was $74.79 out the door. I would gladly use them again.

Every time Ive visited staff has not been pleasant and there prices seem very high. I will not be going back after my last experience.

Before I brought my phone in for a broken touch screen I received multiple text that I could not open because of screen not working at all. After dropping it off and coming back to get it all the text messages I received were read. VERY DISAPPOINTING. On 2 different occasions I had to bring my phone in and they messed up and I needed to bring it back to have them fix their mistake. They did it for free but it was a huge inconvenience. I also believe that multiple reviews on here are spam and are posted by the Genius Phone Repair because they all only have one review.

They were a little bit slow getting my screen protector but they install it and everything looks good. Im happy.

I went in to get the camera lens fixed on my Galaxy S7. The initial repair only took about 20 minutes but there was a small scratch on the lens afterward from something, I brought it back into them and they redid the repair for free under their warranty and now its working great.

I Shattered my iPhone 5 screen after having it for 3 weeks. First cell phone I ever bought for myself. I was devastated. I was looking at my protection plan for AT&T and it was way to much to get just a refurbished phone and not a guaranteed that I would have it by tomorrow and we are moving. I heard about them and brought it in. The sales rep was very nice and helpful. I went to go eat lunch for about an hour and a half came back and it was ready to go. They even put the screen protector on for me. I would definitely recommend them.

I left my phone there for a 24 hour diagnosis right when they opened. Since it wouldnt make since for them to wait to check out my phone and called right when they opened, I should have gotten my phone back the same day. But the took 4 DAYS to finish the 24 HOUR diagnosis. And the they still have to order a part which take 5 DAYS. They also gave it back to me at 1%! Only ever take your phone here if you are scheduled to pick it up in a couple hours.

Had Apple phone repair done for fair price and replacement parts seems to be quality

Had to pick up a UPS package here which is no big deal, sat in the lobby for 15 minutes while the one clerk helped another customer only to find out there was another one just sitting in the back doing nothing the entire time we sat there. No effort from the one clerk to jostle the other one from the back.

They swapped my housing on my iPhone 4, and made it pink! They did an excellent job and provided a warranty in case of any issues or glitches related to the new housing. There were none! I highly recommend their services!

Extremely disappointed. Brought in a note 5 to have the battery replaced. Bottom of the screen pulled away when they replaced the battery. Never told me beforehand that this could happen, then did not tell me that it did pull away, I had to find it myself. When I approach them about the damage they apologized, but refused to fix it. BEWARE OF BATTERY REPLACEMENT!!!

I shattered my iPhone 4 and I got a new back and front for $104.99 and I would have had to pay atleast $200 at the Apple store, plus transfering everything back over to my new phone. The guys were very friendly and only took an hour to fix it
