I always go to Speedway and lately everyone has been short-staffed but it seems every time I go in there the person who is working is always trying to do their best considering impressive..

The morning staff barely ever greets you. Usually they ring my coffee up while talking to each other or chewing down a mouth full of food. Saturday morning there was a sign in the window that it was closed until 9am. It was 7am. What a joke.

Night shift clerk was very rude and confrontational when asked about the postings on the business window. I asked him to call his manager and upon refusal I opted to have the grandville police come and make a report. He refused. It’s good he did probably was nervous about his marijuana smell. Going to speak with the manager in regards to this incident. He may want to find a job that doesn’t deal with the public.

This laundry is the nastiest and most disgusting I’ve ever seen, just about every washer is done, change machines don’t have quarters to do laundry and the clerks won’t give you quarters, it has clogged fabric dispensers, Mexican kids everywhere running wild and parents paying no attention to them, I even seen a cockroach, they should be ashamed of this dump. Never ever going back

Where should I start? The disgusting coffee area or the dead cockroaches laying in the cooler near the bottled water? You know I won’t go there just have a look for yourself. Gross I guess I need to find someplace else for my morning coffee

Pricing on the Sign (See Pic) today 5.5.20 was $1.559 but after I pumped the pump showed $1.759, when asked why they said Oh I Forgot to change the price No offer to compensate, just didnt seem to care.

Has potential with an arcade, music and convenience store handy. Need to have a dedicated worker to help handle cash request and clean up. Pricey washers at $2.50 for double or $3.25 for triple. Dryers are reasonable at .25 per 9 minutes. Change machine is the devil and needs to be calibrated. Could be a great location but needs management to take responsibility.

Is there a reason everyone (customers and EMPLOYEES) never have masks on? Today a employee was putting the food out now mask no gloves. Disgusting needs to be shut down won’t be going back.

Got a bad cup of coffee at a different Speedway about ten minutes ago, so I stopped here to replace it. Poured a English Toffee and it ended up being mostly got water with little flavor.of They wanted to charge me full price, even though I had the full offending cup in my hand. They want me to go back in the wrong direction to fix a speedway screwing because they wont.

Gas station tv is immensely annoying, if I see it at a location I stop using it

This is the worst laundromat I’ve ever been to! It’s extremely dirty, nothing works & I even seen a used tampon fall out this lady’s washer 🤢. I will never go back!! I can’t believe they’re still in business & the gas station is just as bad!

The gas station is okay for the most part. However, the bathrooms are usually dirty and they only have one place trash on the food and pop counter. There used to be a second one, but they covered it with a beverage dispenser. The laundromat is disgusting. There is aways numerous broken machines, I dont know if the floor is ever swept, water on the floor in front of machines, dirty tables, the carpeting in the game area is so dirty. They also have carpeted window ledges for people to sit on while they wait that are dirty and gross. It is such a nice concept, but it is such a shame it is so neglected.

Horrible! Manager dave is incompetent! This guy watched me get quarters out of the machine, followed me outside, and told me to not come back because I stole quarters from HIS machine. When I asked for his superiors name he threatened to call the police on me if I didnt leave. I went inside to ask the other employees for the name of his boss and he threated them so they were sacred to give it to me. He preceded to act as if he was on the phone with the police, saying I was disturbing the peace... Embarrassing and unnecessary, I will no longer spend a dime at this location...

Came into do laundry and this place is so nasty. If I could have gone to the Jenison Laundry I would have. Had to ask the manager to mop the floor so I get to the table with my wheel chair so she comes out and mops the floor and does not even sweep it before mopping, and does not even wring out the mop. Please I hope she takes care of her home than she did of her store. This will be my last time here.

I use this laundrymat to wash my king size blankets. The laundrymat is very convenient in location and hours but has to be the dirtiest laundrymat on the planet! I just cant understand how someplace to clean your clothes/blanketes can be so filthy. The tables are always dirty & sticky.

Employees have little to no knowledge of products/types of gas they sell (do you sell Kerosene? Idk)
