My wife and I came here to pick out our wedding bands a few months back and had such a great experience! Ashley helped narrow down the choices, and ended up finding the perfect ring for my wife outside what she had found on her own. I was a little easier as I already had something in mind, but when the one I thought I wanted wasnt quite right, Ashley was quick to recommend a similar option that was much more my style. When we came back to pick them up the staff was very helpful and explained the appraisal details and made sure everything was to our liking. The diamond warrenty is the best Ive ever seen and doesnt require constant cleaning/check-ups like most other diamond retailers.

We’ve been coming to Kesslers for a bit over 5 years now, and we’ve never been disappointed. They have beautiful jewelry!We first came in to get an engagement ring (semi-custom), then wedding bands and several other pieces of jewelry; every time we have visited, we have never felt pressured or felt like we got a bad deal.We visit every few months to get my rings cleaned, and one visit to have a ring repaired. There has never been any questions asked. If you feel that everything is equal in a jewelry store, than look at Kesslers warranty. Unlike other large nationwide chains, you don’t have to bring your jewelry in at certain intervals to have it covered under warranty. You could buy your ring at Kesslers and never see them again. If by chance something breaks years later, they will fix it. This reason alone is worth looking at them. It also helps that the people are super nice and you can also get a can of soda or a cup of coffee and snacks while there !

I am so impressed with the wonderful customer service as well as the quality of their jewelry! My husband sent them a picture of a ring to have custom made for me and they nailed it! My ring is beautiful and exactly how we wanted it. The free cleanings and inspections are a great added bonus too.

Wasnt sure what to expect. But walking in, we were immediately greeted by Ashley. She was warm and friendly, and allowed us to wander a bit. Ashley showed us a few items we were interested and explained the process and the perks of shopping at Kesslers. She also found me a replacement chain for a necklace my husband bought from a mall jewelry shop that had broken three times in as many months. We were very impressed, and will DEFINITELY be back to get our wedding bands and more!

I needed my engagement ring resized. The ring was bought at kesslers but not by my fiance. I had another ring that needed resized also. Plus we wanted to look at wedding bands. We were more more than happy with the help we received. We found our wedding bands that we want. What we want is on paper at the store so when we are ready to purchase we can go and do that. They didn’t listen to what we were saying and kept showing options they wanted to show us. Not what we wanted to see. Way to pushy and something should definitely be done about the disrespectful nature here. The ring that I wanted wasn’t in stock at my local Kessler’s- so between contacting them through the site, verifying that the ring was in stock elsewhere, and having it sent to the Grandville location, Jenna had it sent there in about three days. She was super helpful throughout the emails that we exchanged; some of which were after business hours I should say.Once I got to the Grandville location, a sales associate named Mackenzie got me in right away, and brought out the ring. It looked even better in person, and she was able to have it sized up for me right then and there (was included in the free warranty that they offer). All in all about 10 minutes!I have zero experience with any jewelry retailers, but I would 100% go through them again, and would recommend them to anyone. It’s always a lovely experience going to Kessler’s. My ring had unfortunately broken so dropped it off for repair. I was offered refreshments and snacks while I waited a short period and they cleaned my necklace and earrings. Gabriel was very kind and hospitable and the backing of my earring from another jeweler was crooked but was easily fixed by the goldsmith (I forgot her name). Definitely recommend

I had an incredible first experience with Denise at Kesslers. My fiancé proposed a few weeks ago and I needed to come in and get my ring resized. I was greeted with a friendly smile and great service. I was coming in during my lunch hour and didn’t have too much time to spend - they got me in and out of there quickly while still making me feel valued and fully taken care of. I was congratulated multiple times on my engagement, given a bottle of champagne to celebrate with my fiancé, they completely explained the details of my warranty and was absolutely floored at the care that would be given to my ring in years to come. The customer service and selection at Kesslers was far beyond my expectations. My fiancée and I recently met with Sandra to have her engagement ring resized and begin shopping for wedding bands. We were struggling with an exact size so Sandra graciously offered to have the goldsmith come out to assist. That’s where the AMAZING goldsmith Michelle entered and offered to resize the ring right then while we waited (it was a simple solitaire setting so it was quick). Within 15 minutes, Michelle had it adjusted to the perfect size! I was shocked at how quickly she adjusted the size, and the ring looked brand new when she brought it back out.We also had Jacob show us men’s and women’s wedding bands and he did an excellent job explaining our options and the different between them all.This was by far one of the best customer service experience I have had in years and I will be sure to come back to Kesslers for all our jewelry needs.

I didn’t have a great experience here looking for engagement rings. The person we worked with didn’t really listen to what I was looking for. There was a huge focus on the “budget” but we were still in the exploratory phase and not sure the best budget for what I was looking for. Definitely won’t be getting our business!
