This is a nice store. The employee did try once to upgrade but he quit when I was adamant. So much better then the old place on 36th st in Wyoming.
The internet is unreliable and their cable app is a joke. You pay the price for cable but the app only works about 25% of the time. And don’t bother coming in to the store for help. They’ll just tell you to call customer service. Unless you’re there to buy something they could care less. Worst internet/cable “service” I’ve ever had.
The store is clean and the people are nice. However Xfinity uses your router as a hot spot that they sell to other people to use that diminishes your ban with (speed) and leaves you vonerable to hackers. On top of that you still pay full price for your own internet. No t cool at all.
Customer service is awful. Went in to ask about billing, because you can never get a hold of anyone on the phone. Representative stated they can’t help with billing, yet if you want something added to your account, they can do it right away. Had returned and cancelled TV service In February 23 and no other change, and service did not go into effect till March 15. Representative kept asking multiple times if we called to make a change on March 15, clearly we did not as we just went to the store a few weeks ago to cancel TV service. Do not recommend to go to this store or use their service.
I was surprised when I walked in. It looks like a cell phone store now 😄 you are supposed to sign in when you go in but I didnt see how so I had asked another customer but a worker over heard me and put me in line, which seems to be how you get in line because others that came in after me had did the same thing. I was hoping to be able to switch to just internet instead of a package, on the phone I was told I couldnt down grade before so I wasnt sure if it was going to happen or not. A guy named Bruce helped me and everything went great 😊 he down graded me without a problem and helped me pick which internet level I wanted 😊 we use a lot of internet. He told me that their highest 2 packages someone would have to come to my house and install new lines for $70. So I went with the 250 mps because that one can run off the old lines and he said it was enough for us. I have 7 kids so that tells you how much internet you really need package wise 😄 also that package if you rent their box for $15 a month comes with free unlimited 💗 the unlimited is a $25 add on for the 1st year and $50 after that if you get a smaller package so that was a no brainer 😄 my bill is going to be $105 plus taxes without any special to worry about ending in the future. So if you dont know what to get for yourself I recommend getting what I have 😊 plus if you put it on auto pay and email for the bill you get a $10 discount 😊 enjoy 🌈When you go, the building is in the parking lot infront of Meijer. When you go in, turn left. Next to Carrabbas. I missed it and had to turn around 😄 the sign blends in with the building. Good thing I had maps on 😄

There phone service is the worst I waited on the phone to talk to someone for like 30 minutes and I could never speak to someone, if you need something just go there cause the call wait is rediculous.

Not happy with equipment set up no TV in kitchen because it wont let me set up TV.
If you have their service, you cant cancel at home, you cant receive a box and send equipment back in. You have to return it to the store and close your account at the store. Also theyre only equipped to make local regional moves, and most of the technical support youre going to get is from their xfinity app, which leads you in circles many times rather than giving you the tools you need, and it inhibits your ability to chat with a real person any opportunity that it gets.

Xfinity mobile shunts me off to India (another country halfway across the WORLD!) in order to pay a LOCAL bill!I am tired of struggling to understand a foreign language 🤬 !!Keep American products in America!!

Recently moved and couldnt get my service cancelled from my former residence. I was avoiding going into a public space to do so and eventually attempting to cancel my service via phone and the online cancellation form was beyond frustrating. A month had passed and I was still stuck with this service. Masked up and drove over to this store. I cant remember the mans name who helped me but I was in and out in under 5 minutes and the store was SO CLEAN. I wish I would have sucked it up and went to this store as soon as I moved.

I dont know why I have to even give them one star. In pay for the best internet yet I get 1.7 mbps and they keep saying its fixed, yet... Nope. I literally cant even load into a game withoutb it disconnecting in under a minute. Yet, good news they keep letting me post full price for a service I dont get
I was in and out in record time. Mike helped me get everything I needed. If youre already an Xfinity customer you pretty much know the drill when it comes to price and whatnot.
I appreciate the measures to reduce contact for covid-19, but their process lacks in communication and efficiency. Signs out front only say curbside equipment drop-off and exchanges, no indication EVERYONE must wait in line and check in. I had an appointment yet had to wait in the equipment line. This was after going into the store, assuming there was someone in there directing people with appointments per the email confirmation of the appointment.They would improve efficiency and provide better service with clear signage and more than one person out front directing customers. What was the point of making an appointment to just stand in line with everyone else?
Once again, Kudos to Andrew at this store in Grandville!! He was so patient, professional and responsive to my mother-in-law of 90 years needs while being efficient. Just an all around fabulous customer service representative!!! What a God--send..I hope you in Administration realize the blessing you have in him and acknowledge his efforts both verbally and financially!!!!

Andrew E. is an AMAZING help at that store. He was very informed about the promos and phones in your store and defiantly got me paired up with the right phone for my budget. He was very thorough in his explanations and made me 110% sure I walked out of there making the right choice. He is an amazing asset to your store for sure! He helped my grandmother as well switch over few months back so I knew I had to come back to him and he did not disappoint.

I am a current Xfinity Mobile customer with 2 lines. I went to this location today with 2 new iPhones I purchased from apple.com to replace my current phones. I was told after standing around for 15 min watching this guy on the computer that they couldnt put my number on the new phones because I did not buy them from them (Xfinity). Why they waited 15 min to tell me this Im not sure. They suggested I return my already opened iPhones that I spent $1000 on and already transferred my info and buy the phones from them. I asked if they let their customers know when they sign up that customers werent allowed to purchase phones from anywhere else. So if your phone breaks and you buy a used one, because not everyone can afford a $500+ phone on a whim, you are SOL because you didnt buy it from them. They didnt;t try to help me any further. Just told me to call Xfinity mobile to take care of it myself. These guys were awful, didnt really care about my problem.Side note, when I told them the reason I purchased the phones through apple because they offered me a $50 gift card and Xfinity offered nothing to current customers (I called Xfinity and asked), he told me that wasnt true that they were offering $250 off a new phone. I asked why the Xfinity guy I talked to told me that wasnt an offer, he said because its an instore offer and the corporate line doesnt always know about them. When you Google the phone number for the retail store (which is the number I wanted) you get the corporate number, so shouldnt those guys know the store offers? I let them know that and they didnt seem to care about that either.

We visited in February and got good service and even upgraded plans since the service was so good and showed us a plan that saved money over what I had planned to change to and what we previously had.I visited today and was told I was “wasting my time and his time” when asking about a change to my DVR equipment since there was “nothing he could do”. Can’t wait for our contract to end so we can be done with them for good.
Their phone number does not connect you to anything. It will have you answer questions only to be disconnected before reaching a human. If I have any contact with a human I will remove this review.
Walking into the store I was greeted with the most unemotional I dont want to be here or talk with you greeting. She didnt want to help me with any of my issues except for a billing question. When adding on to my services there was the ocward silence and push to get me out. Thank goodness I am I hard working customer of this style business of I dont give two craps about you give me your money so I can have a paycheck style business.

Not impressed with their customer service, waited in line for half an hour and I was next in line the guy ignored me and helped the person who was behind me.
Why is the easy part of customer service so hard anymore? I’ve been standing in the front of the store for 10 minutes. Yes they are all busy. Yes it’s not their fault I’m sick and my baby is sick. It is their fault they can’t even just say “sorry, we’ll be with you as soon as we can.” Or ask what my problem is; maybe it’s an easy fix maybe it isn’t. I would think if it was, you could help someone like that real quick.
I scheduled online to have my service terminated on a Saturday. I had Internet and TV (though I didnt use the TV at all, but you have to bundle!). I was told at the time I needed to return the TV box I had before the end of the month. So I did the Thursday before I wanted the service turned off. I took it to this store, they said 2 words to me the whole time, and handed me a receipt. An hour later my internet was turned off. This was an obvious mix up, so I went online to check my account and my service had been terminated. I got onto chat and after being transferred to someone else. I was told my cancellation was still pending and I needed to go through their triage to check my wires. I told them I wasnt going to do that because my account shows that I have no service anymore and they needed to fix that. They abandoned me and wouldnt respond any more.This is hands down the worst company in the world. If you have other options please do not give Comcast a penny of your money.UPDATE: They charged me an early cancellation fee because I moved to a place that they dont have coverage!

Nobody at this store ever seems to have any sort of energy or sense of ambition. We walked in the door and weren’t greeted on two separate occasions. We took a seat and waited quite a while before anyone noticed we were there. Instead of checking us in, the worker was switching time cards for phones & moving things around. He then proceeded to greet and check in someone who walked in the door before even acknowledging us. All we were there to do was to return our equipment, so he took our equipment and we left. All of it could’ve been handled as soon as we walked in the door rather than making us wait 30 minutes. If we were available for any other internet we would definitely be cancelling our services. No reason I should have to wait that long in the store, let alone pay $100 for my services with slow speeds.

I made an apptmt to get my mobile upgrade expecting the typical service provider time of 2.5 hours to finish the transaction (per experience with Verizon, Sprint and Best Buy). Walked out 30 minutes later with a new phone, a new case, tips & tricks from my rep (Thanks again, Jake!), and a HUGE smile on my face! Oh, and this is the LOWEST our mobile bill has ever been. We wont go anywhere else! Thanks Comcast!

The quality of their streaming is an upgrade. Their customer service lacks greatly and makes me regret signing up for their services.Advertised free installation, which wasnt free. The charge showed up on my bill. I went to the store and asked about it and was told not to pay the charge. I didnt.I got a shut off notice, so I went back into the store and was told it was an oversight and not to worry about it. An email was sent to a manager and it would be taken care of.Next week, service was shut off. I arranged to pay the charges a week later and got the service reconnected.Went into the store AGAIN, since you cant contact anyone via phone. Another email sent and was told the situation would be taken care of and the payment would be taken care of. Yep, nothing changed, the extra payment was still required and went through.So, I now have paid for my free installation and late/reconnect fees for the free installation. NOTHING can be done for you in the store by way of a problem with your bill, besides taking your money. Why have a local store if you cant get any help from them?I was told that I shouldnt sign up with COMCAST. I wish that I had listened to that sage advise. Now I have to look for another provider and pay a cancellation charge to Comcast. Better that than paying monthly to a company that doesnt give a rip.
Only have them one star because couldn’t figure out how to go lower. Manager unhelpful and dismissive. They do not help with any kind of disputes or are willing to help in any way after they sell their product. Unprofessional and rude. Had their friends follow me out of the store and flip me off. This store was incredibly unprofessional. We visited on two separate occasions. The first occasion they were not patient and unwilling to understand the troubles we were running into setting our WiFi up. They were very quick to hurry us out the door and not be of any assistance. The second occasion the lack of professionalism continued. Two employees assisted us and they spent time whispering to each other and not directly addressing us. We witnessed Mike, who appeared to be some type of manager or authority figure, roll his eyes when an older gentleman asked for assistance with the self-payment kiosk. He asked another employee “does he need help?” And then proceed to groan and roll his eyes before assisting the gentleman. The employees were very unwilling to explain the different packages to us and if we had not done our research beforehand they would have easily gotten us to sign up for something we did not need or want.The employees were quick to disregard us and we had to be persistent in advocating for the assistance we required. At one point the employees took my ID and lease to the back to scan to themselves. This seemed incredibly sketchy. At other businesses they’re able to scan in front of the client and can then show the client they deleted their personal information off the computer/email. He wrote my social security number down on a business card to refer to it and at the end I had to ask for the business card back to appropriate discard of this confidential information. It was overall a very negative experience, feeling as though the employees were unknowledgeable, inconsiderate, unwilling to assist, and not appropriately trained in their job duties, company policies, or how to handle confidential information.

I ordered xFi service and was told I would receive free xFi pods due to the large nature of my home. I called to ask about having the pods sent to my home. They assured me I could physically go to the store and pick them up. So I went to the local xfinity store. I was turned away saying they couldnt do that. So I contacted xfinity again and they told me they were sending them out and I should receive the pods in 2-3 working days. I have a ticket number for this conversation. A week later, still no pods. I contact them again and now they are telling me they cant send the pods. That I have to request them online and wait another 10-14 days. Apparently, no one knows what information to give the customers and they arent able to make right of their wrongs.

Terrible company. Has a complete monopoly in my area and charges extremely outrages prices. $140 a month for basic tv package and 25 mbps internet.
This was by far the best Comcast store I have ever visited. They were fast, friendly, courteous knowledgable and above all, Professional !!I would give them 10 Stars !!
Biggest scam ever. They only give you 1tb of data per month so your WiFi has a cap and if you go over they charge you a lot of extra money. On top of that they cut your WiFi off at random times in the middle of the night so if you stay up late good luck. Also my bill has increased slowly over the past few months to the point Im paying $20+ more than I signed the contract for.
