I enjoy the selection and come back every now and then to see if they have any special items on sale. Occasionally will have sales on soft drinks and a great time to stock up. Also enjoy the random contests they have to find gift cards.

Joined loyalty club for upcoming specials. Shopped the international food section. Great variety of items. Kids might be bored, but adults could spend time browsing.

World market is great! So many neat finds! Always check the expiration date if buying food though. Theres been a couple times that Ive seen some near expired food.

Went during a busy Saturday sale, they seemed a little understaffed with both managers running around on the floor and only a couple of cashiers. However, they seemed to get to everyone that needed to be helped and answered all the questions we had. Stacy was in the middle of a number of different tasks, but she still made time for me! (which I greatly appreciated) And Brian helped us carry out and load our purchase which made the trip a lot easier! I just wanted to say thank you to these two in particular; they gave me the best service Ive ever had there, and it was clearly on a very busy day!

I love their Sumatra coffee. They have lots of unusual products. A fun place to shop.

First time visiting a World Market. Just moved to the area from Ireland and was happy to find some familiar items. A very nice clerk, Alexa, helped me pick out some BBQ sauce...which was absolutely delightful!

Great staff. Always a lot of fun to look through all the items from different countries. Lots of novelty stocking stuffers near the holidays. The coffee selection is good as well.

I have only been here once and cant wait to go back!! This place has everything from kitchen utensils, food, pet stuff, decorations, jewelry, toys, furniture, body care and gift baskets. Unique products and good sales.

Was in on 7/19/18 around 3:30 and had the best service! Ordered and also bought a couple tables. Everyone, from the two gals helping me to the gentleman who helped load my car, really went above and beyond with their help and friendliness!

Weve made two major purchases here in the last six months and have been highly satisfied with both.The customer service has been excellent both times as well, and they were able to hold one of the items for us overnight.We will continue to shop here frequently.

Awesome customer service! When the 28th street location was out of stock on *the perfect* chandelier [sold out online, too], I called the Grandville location. Ryan worked tirelessly to track down a chandelier from the Portage store and kept me updated until it was ready for pickup in Grandville later in the week. Service experiences like this are few and far between.. thank you Ryan for all of your help!

Customers hit the phones and track mud across your freshly polished floors to purchase the awesomeness if your product line. Unfortunately, this information is a well kept secret. Secretely stashed away in the forbidden knowledge section of corporate, employee training manuals. Honestly, customers phone you with the intention of buying the awesomeness if your sales stock. Yet, poorly trained, under-supported team members turn away purchace-seeking customers. Hirees ill-equipted to answer simple product questions on new or previously purchased items. Unwittingly, Cost Plus World Market sales reps make a strong case for online ordering. Thus supporting customers in avoiding time-wasting efforts to support a business whose team members are ill-equipted to promote. To champion the store they are paid to represent.

Fun stuff to buy. Tim Tams are a must. Laceys just recently down sized and costs more so that wasnt a great thing.

This location is going out of business as of January 25, 2020. They had their Christmas and furniture items 50% off, but candy and food products were only 10% off, so not a great deal by any means.
