If you Insist on Going in person to Buy Pandora Jewlery then I recommend this location. Personally we Get alot of Legit Pabdora stuff Online at a reduced price, But when they have a sale Or I dont want to risk something Non-Authentic this is my 1st choice. Staff is friendly, polite and helpful and when they have a Sale like today it makes it a better justification.

I called the day before asking if they had a charm for my wifes birthday gift. They told me 8 were in stock. The next day went in and they had 0 in stock. The ladies working looked in the system and it said 8 in stock. The women I spoke with the day before never verified the inventory. I would never purchase anything from this location ever again.Waste of time and was given nothing for my troubles after walking through the mall with my 3 month old son.DISAPPOINTED!!

I had an issue with one of my Pandora rings. My boyfriend had given it to me, so I did not have the receipt. The staff at Pandora listened to me, asked helpful questions, and exchanged my ring with no hassle. Best customer service I have experienced in a long long time! I will definitely be coming back to this Pandora and referring them to family and friends.

Good selection

Went to this location about two days ago after being a loyal customer for 3 years. A very expensive charm on my bracelet that I got around 2 months ago kept unbuckling randomly and falling off all the time. When there the customer service told me it was in excellent condition, so great it couldnt even be swapped out. Two days later the charm has fallen off once again and $70 down the drain when I asked for a quick repair or replacment. Will never me returning to this location again. Do not recommend!

Went in to exchange a bracelet for a larger size. Was helped quickly, the exchange went fine, my girlfriend is happy. Not a bad experience, no issues.

Went into the store to purchase something for my wifes birthday. There were four ladies running their traps doing nothing. I stood by the counter for several minutes before one lady decided that she should help me, but it appeared like she would rather rejoin her group of kackling hens and continue their discussion of the bachelor than to help me.

Horrible experience at this location. if I could give them 1 star I would.. on December 27th,2017, My sister and I entered this store with hopes of me purchasing one the Disney charms, when we entered no one greeted us nor did they even acknowledged us. As we preceded to shop I tried to make small talk with the one of the six employees who happened to be doing nothing but talking each other, but even that they did not make any effort in helping. Im not sure if the was I was attire that made it seem like I didnt have money but I left the store heart broken, discouraged and embarrassed.

Horrible customer service. Ordered 2 charms, only received one and the other one was ordered incorrectly. A month passed and I never got the other one. I called every week to check and was always told it should be in by Thursday. I asked for a refund as my sisters birthday passed and I ended up getting her a charm from Jared instead and didnt need the charm anymore and they refused. I also waited a long time both times I went into the store for someone to help me. Was always told someone will be right with you only to wait 5 minutes for anybody to acknowledge me. Save yourself the hassle and go to Jared. They have the same collections and their staff are ten times friendlier.

I hate being called into jewelry stores by bored employees. They saw my mom eyeing the store as we walked by and the lady inside pulled us in. She proceeded to do a hard sell of their most expensive things once they realized they had my moms attention. Im not a big fan of any jewelry but the lady was still trying to push things on me via suggesting my mom to get them for me even when I said no thank you and made it clear I wasnt interested. My mom caught on to the hard sell of their expensive stuff after almost caving in to it. She and I pledged to avoid this place from now on.

Customer service is horrendous, management needs to be overhauled there. Sad that such a great product can be ruined by a single experience. Luckily I found out there was a store in the woodland mall and was able to complete my transaction there.
