Upon entering, I was politely greeted and asked if I needed anything in particular. I told the gentleman what I was looking for and got me all my items and checked me out within one minute of entering the store.Excellent selection, excellent staff knowledge and service.

Had tried several other places to have some keys made without success. I was able to find the key blanks that I needed here . The staff was very helpful. This store was well stocked with many hard to locate hardware items. Would highly recommend this store for your your hardware needs.

Friendly and knowledgeable. I have been going to this store for more than 30 years. I enjoy it more than going to a box store, where knowledge is iffy depending on who is available to help you.Their service has never wavered as some places do over time. I visited Ivanrest hardware last Saturday. To purchase a window screen and spark plug.Much to my amazement.. the employees were gathered 4 or 5 of them waiting just inside the front door. My concern is that all of them had no mask on. But, were willing to assist me.. I didnt need help because I have been there so many times in the past. Well, i decided to go else where Instead. I went to Godwin on division.. 4 guys willing to help all wearing masks, doing where part. Look i dont like wearing mask just like anyone else.We all need to do our part to control this virus even if it seems senseless. I dont think it would right of me to share virus with others . As I would expect the same others.expect others to do the same.

My husband, seeking help to find and buy a Dewalt cordless 7 1/4 circular saw with a battery! Ivanrest True value sold him a saw with a power cord and battery? We decided to purchase from a local small business and apparently, not very knowledgeable place. So it was a gift! Before we knew it we gave it already😞 Im not impressed! Big box store here I come.. Its just not the same world anymore!

Ivanrest True Value Hardware is my new local hardware store. Surprisingly large selection for an independent hardware store. What’s even better is the staff who are extremely knowledgeable and friendly, especially Luke.

The staff is always will to help no matter what the problem is. I will continue to shop at Ivanrest Hardware.

I went there to have the screen repaired on my door. Was immediately greeted when I walked in to see what I needed help with and was waited on within minutes. I received a call the next day that my door was ready. When I went to pick it up, an employee in the store already had picked it up and offered to put it in my car for me! WOW. Amazing customer service!!!

An absolute God sent. These guys in a matter of second helped me eliminate an entire afternoons work and effort by pointing me to the product I actually needed. Its so nice to see employees who actually know what theyre doing and looking out for customers.

I like to support local businesses and I’ve always liked the store. It’s conveniently located right around the corner from my home. However, right now is the time for safety, and when I went into there the other day nobody was wearing a mask, customers or employees. I called and asked what they’re thinking was on that and they said that they were not requiring that. I am going to shop somewhere that’s more concerned for my safety.

Love the store and staff! Unlike the big stores, they can usually answer the question without a response that finishes with is it on the shelf? Helpful, courteous and knowledgeable.

Love the local stores! Kids working here dont pretend to know everything, unlike some big stores I can think of. They ask for help if they need it. This store had the stuff you need and you dont have to walk a city block to find it.

Tuesday March 5/19I was out doing some shopping I traveled a distance across town only to find out the store was closed & on top of that as i proceeded to get back in the car I felt the key snap cold & stranded not knowing anything about the area & shops every place I called said no we cant help fortunately a really nice lady asked if I needed help persistent she was as if it took much with the freezing temps We ended up at Ivanrest Hardware Thank God they were able to help the staff was so nice & sweet the vibe was nice & cozy & very friendly & of course the price was extremely right & I was back in my car driving in 10 to 12 minutes Ill do business with them anytime Thanks guys I appreciate you

They have a very competent and helpful crew. There is a nice selection of metric and standard fasteners (nuts and bolts) ideal for most of my automotive needs.

Sent employee to pick up 1 bag of fertilizer. Called ahead to make sure they had it in stock. “Oh yeah we have it in stock”. Arrive 10 minutes later and they stated that “we have 2 bags in the back but they are spoken for”poor service.
