Store isn’t open when listed despite all other stores being open in the mall on time. Waited more than 30 minutes. Most disappointing. Then, when the store opened more than a half-hour late, the attendant made no comment or apology other than to say he only accepted cash. Might as well have stayed closed.

Love this store! Staff is generally attentive even when handling multiple tasks. I enjoy chatting with the staff about new things in the hat universe.

The girl working was SO helpful. And my two MLB Official team hats were buy 1 get 1 half off! The best surprise was the in-store sewing machine! Took 5 minutes to custom embroider my name in my hat. Next time you need a hat.....go to Lids Rivertown

This store always has the WORST customer service. Yesterday even the manager ignored us because she was too busy talking to/yelling at her employee who was on break and eating behind the cash register. The only reason I am giving 2 stars is because the guy who did help us was clearly new, but he did a good job and gave us good information.

Called on the phone and asked in person if I could get a cubs logo on a hat for my father. Get there in person and was told the exact opposite. Not shopping at this store ever again and I would strongly advise anyone else to buy hats elsewhere.

Always friendly crew, and almost always a great selection. Even when the selection isnt so great its always nice to stop in and look around. Dosnt matter what Im at the mall for, Ill always make a stop at Lids. Sales are always around, prices are perfect, and the rewards program is more that well worth it!

We spoke with an employee named Rissa; she was exceptionally helpful and was able to make us a hat with two separate designs - one on the front and one on the side. She was professional and really went above and beyond.

Worst customer service EVER! I was trying to purchase a customized benie but the guy was encouraging me not to buy a benie there, No matter how much I insisted that I really needed the hat tonight. I dont know if the guy didnt like me or was just being lazy, but he did customized two hats for a person before me but refused to customized one benie for me

Cool hats every team every style, even pink ones for girls

So this is my 4th time being here in 2 weeks. After wrecking the first two hats I brought in to get stiched I waited 4 days for them to fix my order. After they were finally done with the order. After I picked up my hats and went home I realized the stitching was absolutely ruined. After talking to the manager on the phone, I went back in to get the hat replaced, only to find out that they would not replace it until I brought back the The ruined hat. So after driving another half an hour back home I went back in to pick up my head again with the hat that really the first time only to find out that they stitch my hat and a youth size. So now I am currently standing at the store waiting for another 20 minutes so that they can re-stitch this hat. I have literally spent close to two weeks trying to get to hats done. This store seriously need to overhaul.

I call them to see if they embroidery hoodie and they told me that they dont do hoodie and i know that they do because my grandma got a shirt done for my grandpa. And then they told me that tanger outlet does them but i dont want to go all the way out there. So i call woodland lids to see if they embroidery hoodie and they say no they dont and the guy told me that rivertown does them and so i said thank you very much and hung up and call rivertown and i the same lady answer the phone and i say i call woodland mall and they said that you guys do them and i am very mad. Then she say that it her choice if she wants to do they. So she basically lie to me. They have the wrong customers service

Went to go buy the Cubs champions hat and when we were asked if we had a rewards card and said no, the girl just signed us up without asking AND charged us for the rewards card!!! What store charges for a rewards card?! Ridiculous and sneaky salesmanship. Never shopping here again.
