I had a great experience at this location this morning! I noticed the staff was going above and beyond to help the customers with excellent service! Merissa was especially very helpful and caring!
Today when picking up a prescription, I asked about the price of one of mine … they are charging $144. I pulled up Good RX and found $53, but because the line was too long the pharmacy tech told me it did not apply to my prescription. Upon further inspection of the prescription box, I found it was in fact the correct prescription. When I called I was told I would have to come in and speak with the manager. I understand lines are frustrating, however, each PATIENT deserves attention, especially with drug facts, prices and help. Yet another place who treats us as cattle and doesn’t show any care about your personal health - only the dollars in the pockets.
Every time I come in here and ask to ise my good rx gold, (because it is cheaper) I get attitude. I have went to the managers, but nothing changes. I am sorry l, I have a really high deductible, like thousand of dollars, so good rx gold allows me to get my scripts cheaper. I am done giving thisPlace a chance and will find a new pharmacy.

Stay away from this pharmacy! Pharmacy technicians were not helpful. Pharmacists looked like it was their first day on the job. The wait to fill a prescription was not accurate. Terrible service!
One of the guys who works here is rude every single time i come. i only come here because this location is convenient to me, but im starting to dread picking up my prescriptions.
Never ever had prescriptions ready when theyve claimed. Ive come FIVE times for a simple reflux medication for my son and the very last time finally someone let me know that I could buy it over the counter. 😳 no one else knew?? And now Im on round three for another med. get it together!
Long story short, I had a nightmare of a situation with another Meijer pharmacy location. Louis took it upon himself to resolve the issue, apologize for the others mistakes and rudeness, and managed to remain professional throughout all of our communication. Thanks, Louis! Pharmacies are generally not fun for anyone, but you find a way to show you care about the clients and your job. This location is lucky to have you!
I showed up just before the pharmacy was scheduled to close and joked with the staff about picking up my prescription in 5-10 minutes. Megan laughed with me and said if I was willing to wait, theyd get it done. Always great people and great service.
Always a pleasant experience here. The staff is great and always willing to help. I can not speak to the drive thru experience as I never use it.
Okay so when I got here the pharmacist said there was no insurnace on file, I was like what? I asked for a check edibility search and the pharmacist found it. The technicians didn’t check and just ran it ask cash, you should already be trying to find insurnace on file silly techs. However I’m giving 5 stars because Louis the Pharmacist was good looking. Like GQ standards and was polite and helpful with his killer smile.
Called in today to politely check on the status of a prescription. The customer service associate was the rudest person Ive spoken to in a long while. Needless to say I will not be using this pharmacy anymore. This staff needs to be reevaluated. Send your prescriptions to Walgreens or CVS instead.
The only reason I continue to use this pharmacy is for the mperks. I know theyre busy, but theyre impossibly slow and a lot of their staff acts like they would rather be anywhere else.As for their drive thru...just dont do it. Its poorly designed and once youre in line, youd better be ready to sit because theres no getting back out of line if there are cars behind you. I just spent over 30 minutes in line at the drive thru, and there were only 3 cars in front of me. I paid cash for my transaction, thinking it would save time, but it was still just as slow. I really dont understand why it takes so long if the prescription is already ready.
One of the worst pharmacies Ive ever dealt with. They definitely have a few great employees, but the bad ones are BAD. Short, downright rude, and often purposefully screw things up. Ive had regular monthly maintenance meds with this pharmacy for over two years and they never keep those meds stocked unless I call in advance to remind them to order them for the upcoming month. And because my afflictions are not outwardly obvious, some of them have been very judgy and rude about my meds, which is completely unacceptable. Not worth the mperks to continue using this pharmacy so switched. Best decision Ive ever made.
For some reason every single time I come here, it is short staffed or no one knows what theyre doing in the drive through.....it takes FOREVER to get my meds!! Good customer service but its like time doesnt matter to them
This pharmacy is such a mess all the time. They always get at least one thing wrong. More often than not, when I go there, theyve managed to screw something up. Ive reached a point where I mentally prepare myself to go in there now because, based on the pharmacys history, theyve most likely messed something up. Honest to God, Im pretty sure Ive had issues there more often than its gone smoothly. Absolutely ridiculous.

Worst place to get a prescription. Came here an hour after my Drs visit and was told it wouldnt be done until tomorrow. Came back the next day and sat in the drive-thru line for over an hour. Wasnt able to get out of line due to poor spacing of the line and having vehicles behind me. Will not come back here.
Horrible experience. Waited over an hour and a half when they said it would be 40 minutes and they only filled 2 of 3 Rx. Definitely switching pharmacies!

Slow!!!! Takes 10 minutes minimum per person, drive up is worse.
Most of the employees are very unpleasant horrible customer service.
