Hi,My name is Tamara Stefanik. I had the pleasure of working with Lauren Reynolds. I’ve known for many years that my hearing was declining. I guess I just wasn’t ready to accept it until I met Lauren this summer. She was so easy to talk to and I felt comfortable with the information that she had given me about hearing loss and not addressing the matter.I just so happened to be going to Grand Rapids for a few days so I decided to make an appointment.Lauren went a step above and ordered a couple of different hearing aids.I did the testing and an hour later I walked out the door a changed person.I was in such denial for so long, I guess maybe a vanity thing. My dad was having difficulty hearing out of his left ear, after contacting the office Lauren was able to give my dad some advice over the phone and got us in within the next day! She was very professional & kind, would recommend 10/10!

My dad has been going to Miracle ear for awhile now & he had to have his hearing aid fixed after he tried cleaning it himself 😌. We made a phone call & Lauren got us in right away . She is very personable & makes you feel like youve known her for quite awhile. She fixed dads hearing aid & he was very happy. He said she knows what she is doing . Office is very clean and friendly, Katie will greet you with a big smile and makes you feel welcome. Lauren is also very welcoming and friendly, she is great at testing and makes sure you understand what she is doing at all times. Any problems after you get your hearing aids are addressed and adjusted in a timely manner. You will be glad you went to Lauren at Miracle Ear.

My father in law who is 84 & in a battle with pancreatic cancer recently got a new pair of hearing aids form Miracle Ear. I have accompanied my mom, Jean M., to her appointments with Lauren at the Grandville Miracle-Ear location and have been very satisfied. Lauren is extremely knowledgable about hearing loss and the newest technology in hearing aids. She is patient and kind and does her absolute best to make sure the patient is comfortable, satisfied and knows how to use their devices properly. She was accessible to make minor adjustments on short notice when my mom upgraded to a different type of device. The office staff was equally patient and helpful with scheduling and insurance paperwork. I highly recommend the Grandville Miracle-Ear location. My mom and I were totally satisfied with the care provided.

I just signed up for my fifth year of my annual service plan for both of my hearing aids with Miracle Ear of Grandville MI. Ben Norris and his staff have exceeded my expectations over the past 5 years in product recommendation, servicing, and customer support. I would not hesitate to refer anyone to this office. I fired another company brand after 1 year but I see myself a Miracle Ear client for a long time from now.

The staff are great! The Bluetooth technology is such a pleasure to use. I tap the back of tha aid and bam I’m listening to my tv. No more cranking the tv so loud that others complain.I like how it has different modes for the places I go. The restaurant mode drops off all that background noise so I can hear the conversation at my table. I like how you can fine tune the treble and bass myself. You can adjust the volume right on the phone and talking on the phone is so nice to have it connect directly to the aid. I no longer have to use two hands, one to hold the phone and the other to cover the other ear. Using google maps in the car is great . It also goes directly to the aid. No more missing turns because someone is talking in the car.All in all these hearing aids have made my life a lot simpler and enjoyable .
