** Warning **This place sell nothing but refurbished trash disguised as functional chainsaws.This place is not helpful. Mostly because they have the worst hours of any business.I have spent more on repairs of my chainsaw and had more downtime than I’ve been able to use it.Save yourself the headache and shop from Home Depot and let this little trash place go out of business.

I needed a new snow thrower and had heard good things about this place. Customer service is top notch as the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Lowe’s had the same unit for the same price. The difference from Chainsaws Plus it was fully assembled and they even filled the gas tank. This will definitely be my go to place for garden equipment.

Just purchased my first chainsaw. Was going to purchase at Lowes and a relative recommend I go here instead. Ive never used a chainsaw. Dave was great to teach me what I needed to know about operating the chainsaw I was purchasing. I also like the fact they service the machine as well, if something goes wrong. Am very pleased to have the personalized service that a big box store cannot offer. Also less expensive than the big box store. Even registered the warranty for me! Highly recommend!

Dont try to get parts from them over priced and they will take weeks and after they call you tell you its in you go in and its still not there (3 times in a row)

Took a weed-wacker to get fixed and paid 90 bucks. The pulley and gas cap needed to be replaced. Took it home started great but the head didnt spin. I took it apart and the guy who repaired it didnt put the cable back properly. I fixed it and it runs like a champ but when I called to vent the guy said, They have a tendency to do that? Sure they do you idiot. Why not simply say Im sorry, is there anything we can do to make it right? Of course not, thats to F---ing simple.
