I thought Id try these folks as a provider. I went in and gave them my info, and they opened a new account. Then I had my doctor fax a prescription over. They said they hadnt received it. The doctor faxed another prescription. They said they hadnt received it. The doctor phoned them today, and they found the faxes in a folder they hadnt noticed before. (All this took place over a period of about 5 days. Its a good thing that nothing mission-critical was involved.) So, yeah...probably not going to be using them as a provider.

I called these people to find out if my BIPAP was on the recall list I told them it may have been poising me., hence the recall. They responded by hanging up on me. Now, theyre calling the cops because they dont like me asking my they hung up me after I just got done telling them my BIPAP maybe poising me. Horrible horrible people work here!

I was welcomed into the store by Carrie, a few minutes ahead of my appointment. Place was clean and orderly. Our meeting was conducted with facial masks. Carrie explained everything I needed to know about my machine. I was treated very well. She was professional and knowledgeable and patient. She reexplained things if I questioned it. Our time was well used and productive. I recommend Carelinc to anyone needing medical assistance.

They charge more for the equipments than any online service. Do the search by yourself and you will save money. I payed 200$ for a wrist brace that costs 40$. Dont be fooled by the health system like I was!

Worst experience trying to handle a simple change of insurance. Unfortunately I communicated the change a couple of weeks after they submitted the bill to the wrong insurance company. The representative I spoke to was unprofessional, uncaring. She would do nothing to attempt to be paid by the insurance company for benefits they provide.

WORST customer service EVER. I called in as a new customer and the rep was completely overbearing, and dead wrong about the process with my insurance, and not at all interested in hearing that/why she was wrong. Apparently since they are on Medicare’s roles, they must feel they don’t have to have “customer service”, …. And it shows. If this is how a new customer gets treated, I can only imagine how it is afterwards.

Rip off total scam. Paid 165 dollars for an air boot my insurance paid 165 dollars too. I went on Amazon and found same exact boot for 65.00 dollars brand new. Not only are they ripping off the insurance companies they are ripping the general public as well. Dont waste your time. Overpriced thieves.

My grandfather had his chair built by this place a few years back. The chair needed repairs done and they picked the chair up on August 4th 2017. Its now August 18th and they still dont have the parts, dont know when they will be in and also do not know how long the repairs will take once they get them. They had the chair for four days total before even ordering them. My grandpa is severely handicapped and needs alot of support to keep him upright. They came out with a MANUAL loaner chair that might fit a teenage girl in it. We requested another because his condition does not allow him to push himself nor did he even fit into it. They came back out with a scooter! Not a wheelchair​. A scooter. Not only was this not able to fit his needs, it smelled of heavy cigarette smoke. We requested yet another chair. They came with another manual chair. This current chair also does not fit him or his needs. This place is completely disorganised and incompetent. My grandfathers nurses and doctors have all called expressing the importance of him having a suitable chair and all we get is I dont know answers. His health is currently in decline because of this place and has been getting sores due to the chairs and due to him being stuck in bed all day. His nurses dont want him in chair due it not fitting him. I would highly recommend not bringing your business here if at all possible. Unless you like getting the level of service one gets a DMV office.

My experience is they hassel worse than a car dealership. I bought my CPAP machine from another supplier out of state that doesnt work with insurance but sells for much less. I went to Carelinc as needed to be fitted with a mask as working with the out of state supplier to find a mask to work seemed futile. Carelinc wanted me to return my machine and buy it from them. I almost walked at that point. When I went to an appointment for the fitting, I was fitted for a size small Resmed Quattro fx. I thought this odd as I had previously used the Resmed paper measuring gauge which showed me to be a medium. I was told the bridge of my nose was narrow. So, I was thinking I had to make the small size work. They also messed around with my machine, took data from my SIM card and did not return it to the machine to where they had to mail it back to me (Remember, I was only there for a mask fitting). Two weeks later, I returned the mask as it was just too small. I got the medium size I needed and was informed that the small size selection had nothing to do with my nose bridge size. So, bottomline was they just simply fitted me with the wrong size never using the gauge tool that Resmed provides openly to everyone to size me correctly or tried me in a medium size mask. I seriously wonder if they just wanted to sell off their stock of small size masks. Sleep apnea is a serious condition for them to be messing around.

Service is horrible! Nobody returns your calls and nobody answers the phone. When you finally can manage to get your chair in for service they keep it for months at a time. They give you a loner chair that is an absolute piece of junk! And when you try to call to check on your chair nobody answers the phone and they dont call you back! Uuuuugggghhhh!!!!

Absolutely not recommend this place I stopped by to get medical merchandise for my mom with the order from the doctor and still not able Tri get what she needed after they send me back and forth 3 times and many attempts to call still did not get anything I will never go back plus the person working there absolutely not professional at all eating here lunch at the desk and here cellphone in front of here texting what kind of services is it !!!
